Took car this morning 7/23/2021 to have one tire changed. It took over an hour and then they also destroyed the face of my rim. Scarred and left the rim looking horrible. They obviously don’t know how to use a tire machine. Also overfilled the psi by 10psi. I expect a call from corporate due to the way my car was handled. I am appalled by the damage they caused.

Now I see why they have bad reviews. Had an appointment at 11:00am for tire rotation/balance and alignment. Dropped my car off at 10:30am. Called a little after 1:00pm to see if was ready. Lady said they haven’t even started stating they just finished the appointment before mine and it will be another 1 1/2 before my car will be down. Like really I need my car back. I have things to do. Picked up my keys and they didn’t apologize or have the decency to call me and let me know it was going to be longer then expected. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Always felt pricey.. maybe my own fault since they usually did good work.Came to them with one issue on my vehicle, that cost me $1,000, and another issue coincidentally(?) popped up the very day I picked the vehicle up from them. I bring it back to them, and I am charged more than $500 to fix this new issue, with recommendations on more than $2,000 worth of work now.Oh, the $500 fix, didnt fix anything. They did offer to take the car back to work on it again, but I got tired of draining my funds down this place, and my car. I will only use them, if I have no other option available.

Very disappointed....so I went in to get my struts done alignment and censors..took 3 to 4 days had a job interview I almost lost but a friend lend me their car so they took off $200.. when I did get my car back, the springs were put on backwards so I had to go back for a 5th day to get it fixed. my uncles was the one who pointed out the backwards springs...they fixed it I ask them to tell me everything that was wrong with my car cause they are professionals...I was told there was nothing else they mentioned they did not know what the noise was 🤔.....so after I pick my car up for the final time. I find out my sway bar link is now broken but it wasnt before because prior to that I took my car to jiffy lube for low arm controls, brakes and etc. So now I have a new problem I know they fixing and breaking things on my car at the same time and now they wanna charge me for what they did but they told me nothing else was wrong Im a young women and I feel like Im getting hoodwinked

Very expensive and slow compared to other mechanics shops in town, but you absolutely get your moneys worth. Theyre very generous with their warranties. Youll get lasting fixes, but they arent cheap or fast.

I was having some suspension issues with some engine abnormalities. They said it would be about $100 to do an inspection to see what was wrong and when I went to pick my car up a few days later I was told to take it somewhere else and didnt address any of the other issues. What a joke Ive taken our cars to Firestone plenty of times for repairs in the past Ive never had an issue this one is terrible.I guess my point is there are things on my car that they could have and should have fixed or at least called me and talk to me about it but did not. Just took the inspection fee and didnt want to work on my car afterwards.

I had firestone destination le tires. One of them burst within 2 years. Went to the closest Firestone which happened to be this location. I was told they dont have destination le and will replace with similar one like ecopia and given estimate for $50 to 60. After waiting for 2 hours and at 6 45 pm, I am told price is $142 now since the tire is ecopia. We would have gone to another tire shop if we had been told upfront the correct price. They wont budge from the new price. Very unprofessional.

Wild ride. Took one used right after purchase and they did great; swapped out the tires, lifetime alignment, fluid changes, etc. Took another (used) there right after purchase, the check engine light was on due to an exhaust solenoid.After charging me nearly 1500$ to do a number of repairs, including new power steering hoses, and assuring me the leak was only in the hoses (and not the reservoir) and theyd been replaced and the car was inspection ready, only 24 hours later the check engine light was back on, the power steering fluid was empty, and it was like they hadnt even done anything in the invoice. On my way out the power steering even made a sound and I was assured it was just some air bubbles in the new lines.Whatever the issues, the car is certainly not inspection ready, power steering is not working, and Im not sure why I bothered to pay for diagnostics that shouldve been applied to the repairs if they couldnt even figure out what was wrong and all the problems returned within 24 hours of departure. What a rip-off!

Made a appointment for 11 am at 7:30, they never confirmed it. So I called and he said yeah bring it in. Dropped it off at 11. Came back at 3. They never touch it. Had to come back next day, they never offered discount or anything. Terrible customer service.

Scheduled an appointment online as their website showed they had tires I needed in store for the Baytown location. My appointment was reviewed and approved for a Saturday morning. Upon arrival the woman asked why I chose the brand of tires I reserved? I said because they were the ones I was reviewing and that they were shown to be in stock at this store. She said they didnt have those and when she looked for others, I was told they had to be ordered or I could drive to Beaumont to get them! Why in earth would my appointment be approved for the service I requested and parts not be in store!? I even waited 4 days for the appointment! I quit using Firestone years ago because of poor customer service and oil changes that either was filled with not enough oil or too much! Never again will I waste my time with Firestone! I went to Discount Tire as I normally do! They greeted me with a smile and had what I needed! Good luck to anyone that uses Firestone. Hopefully you have better luck than Ive had..

Dropped off my car at 9:37am. ONLY 37 MINUTES after open for a 30 min wheel alignment and it was not touched till 4:30pmIf your that short on techs and have that many cars keep your customers updated i should have been apprised of the 5 to 7 hour wait (a Courtesy call if customers being gone for more than 2 hours in there still 8 cars ahead to find out if they want to take it somewhere else)POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS

So I got 2 flat tires this past Sunday and my insurance place said this was the only place open on Sundays which I was fine with but I show up here at 8:30am with my car on a flatbed and they just drop off the car and leave because I didnt see a sign saying that they werent gonna open. Well I waited there till 10:30am and they never opened. I called the firestone in deer park to see if they were open and if they knew anything but unfortunately they didnt know much besides that this location was having staffing trouble due to covid, which is completely understandable but if youre aware your shop cant open then you should at least leave a sign posted at your door. Because of this I had to get another flat bed tow truck to come for my car and take it to the one in deer park.

I went into the business today and ask could they change out all my lugg nuts and put new lugg nuts on for me. This in professional dude tells me no. Say that its a safety hazard that the lug may be stripped. Now tell me do you sell tires or not? And no the luggs arent stripped, went to Jiffy Lube got them changed wit no problem. Not my first discuss wit this Firestone in Baytown, never again

Beware to clarify all the details of your vehicle before scheduling out a service. I have a 2019 f350 dually that needed a tire rotation and an alignment. They asked for all the information the needed on the truck and said they could do it. I got there at the 1pm scheduled appointment and was told they could not do the alignment because the truck is too big. If they cannot handle the size of the truck and have all the information on the vehicle they should have never set up the appointment waisting my time and their time. Causing a loss of money for my business.

The worst customer service of my life, the person at the reception when i went to him on Saturday afternoon, told me that he is not providing any services today but i can come on Sunday i asked if i can reserve for tomorrow Sunday he said it’s first come first serve no appointments, so on the next day Sunday i was the first but after waiting long time like 40 min when i asked him why my car still outside he said there is appointment before me, i just reminded him about his words and took my car keys and left, he doesn’t deserve the position and place.Regards

My girlfriend took our car there to change a tire and she told me that the customer experience was terrible. She scheduled an appointment online and she got there 15 minutes late because the tire we needed to change was low so she was driving slow for safety purposes. She arrived to the store and Hazi didn’t greet her and made my girlfriend wait for her to help us with the excuse that she was we other clients but she wasn’t helping other customers. Is not the first time that this happens.

Its hard to figure out where to start. I have been a customer for years and since management has changed at the Baytown store I will be takin my business somewhere else. A visit with appointment that wasnt honored a week ago and a bunch of sad excuses from manager Xavier. In addition no explanation of invoice or findings. No courtesy call to update me on vehicle not ready at promised time. As if that wasnt enough there was a female employee in store without a name.badge visible.and no face mask even though it is clearly posted n highlighted in lobby. Today my better half is in to replace a tire n was met by same manager Xavier, Jessica the female associate n a third party all displaying no regards for face masks and no social distancing practices in sight. After callin the store Mr Xavier again had alot of excuses I advised him that I would be posting the picture of no one wearing masks. He only replied that he removes it when on phone...that doesnt explain the other 2.

They took care of my needs, though a 10 minute tire change turned into a 1hour & 45 minutes wait time before my tire got fixed. My 1 hour for lunch turned into 2 hours. Wont do that again, next time I will just have to leave it there and pick it up when I get off.

My pregnant wife got a flat tire. We decided to take it to firestone. We get both our cars serviced here. We asked that they replace all 4 tires and asked for the spare to be put back in the trunk. They proceeded to replace all the tires and remove the tire that had 100% tread (our spare) and throw it in the trunk with the flat tire that was still on the rim. My wife left confident they had done what she had asked. Sure enough she goes to pick up groceries this sunday with our kids and has to lug a tire into the back seat to make room. Absolutely phenomenal job guys! Apperiate the attention to detail. Now we have to come back and waste another hour at the least. We wont be spending anymore money here or any other firestone.

Been dealing with firestone for 25+ years back in July 2019 took wifes car to get an oil change December 2019 device oil light comes back on its been less than 3000 miles since the supposedly changed the oil and this isnt the only issues Ive had in the last couple of years with the Baytown firestone.I took my truck in for new tires and an alignment my truck still pulled to the right I took it back they said the alignment was fine I found the right side tie rod end was completely worn out I changed them both and took it to another shop to have alignment done truck track straight now.

Took my truck for some electrical issues. After waiting for them to diagnose the repair, I was told it was going to be almost $600 dollars to order the part and complete the repair. I called another shop in Baytown, gave them the part number and going to get the exact same work done for less than 200 dollars. Now I have to go pick up my truck at firestone and pay them a diagnostic fee in order to retrieve my truck. Some folks have a lot of overhead I guess. Should have listened to those around me.

Up sell and lies. Wife took the car for a simple alignment. She was told there isclay in the tires and she needs 4 new tires before they could do an alignment. 2 front tires are less than a year old and rear tires are 2 months old. But we need new tires, lol. Alignment is $100 but they try to up sell to $1800. I took the car to Fullers automotive paid $67 and was done in 30min.

For the first time... well... ever I had a great experience at this Firestone location. I took my car there with an issue and they got me in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem as something much more than what I had thought. They brought me back into the service area and showed me the cracked rim and then they put my spare on free of charge. I tipped the technician because eventhough they could not bill for what they did, he still helped me out. They recommended having my car towed to the dealership out of concern for my safety. I will go back there for sure.

We used to love this place... They’re no longer waiving diagnostic fees when they complete the repair, which isn’t the norm in the auto repair industry. I understand charging the fee if I walk away, but $111 to diagnose the problem even when I’m asking you to complete the repairs is highway robbery.You just lost our business to Meineke. Their diagnostic fee is $129.99, but they’re applying it to my repair costs.

I had absolutely the worst experience of my life here. I went in for a simple oil change and to change out my spark plugs and wires and they found a million other things to be wrong with my car. I went from having no leaks to like literally everything in my car leaking the worst thing was when they told me I needed my valve cover gaskets replaced they told me the price of the part was $630, so I called AutoZone on Park Street and ask them how much the part was and they told me $35 a huge difference in price. These people are dead set on ripping everybody off and draining you until your last penny is spent on them. Youd really have to be crazy to trust these people I will never be back.

I had a wheel bearing go out on a 15 passenger van and needed it replaced right away. They worked it in on a very busy Saturday and did a great job. Yes I had to wait, but they were one of the few shops open on weekends and they cannot help it if they have a lot of business. It takes time to fix cars and some people are never happy if they came late and are 4th in line. I heard people go off cussing them for no reason when they were told about the backlog. I was just thankful to get my van fixed right.A very good group of guys who do good work for a fair price.

This is one of those Firestones you run from. Went in on a Saturday morning to plug an unmounted tire on a wheel that was covered under their road protection plan. They told me it would take at least 4 hours before it would be repaired. I asked if they could do it faster if I put the wheel back on myself.... It will still take 4 hours. I left the tire thinking they were just being safe with their time commitments, came back 3 hour later and they told me they didnt know when they would get to it. I am very surprised they remain in business.

Had the worst experience there ever we took our Jeep in for tune up and to check if there was anything else wrong with it and was told that it had a coolant leak and that the thermostat had to be changed ......so went ahead and said fix it..... only to get it back and it overheated only a day after driving it (note it never overheated once before I took it in )was broke down on the freeway they towed it back to this location and said it had a air pocket in it and they fixed it...... so I drive it for about three weeks and it happens again only this time I blew a head gasket!!!! Like I said before it never overheated before I took it in .....so I I got claims involved and they wouldnt fix it so Im stuck without a vehicle and have to get a whole new engine ....which is the reason I took it in so this problem wouldnt happen ....screw this place they have no courtesy for their customers .....I hope they shut this place down ........MIKE IS A DAMN LIAR AND ONLY TO THERE TO SCREW PEOPLE OUT THERE MONEY MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON HIS SOUL!!!!

If I could give a negative rating I would. My wife and I came to Baytown to stay at a hotel here. I needed my AC recharged from some work I had done previously before here. So I went here to Firestone never had problems before, as I used to work for a Firestone. I waited 4 hours for them to bring my car in to tell me they could not do anything for me because my car didnt have some part in there. Im like okay whatever I know my car has everything in there. Didnt even offer to fix it but good that they didnt because everything was in there to start with. Told my wife and she called around and found somewhere that would look at right away so we went there and BAM!!!!! No problems and have A/C. So yeah, they need to pull their heads out of their asses and get it together.

Atrocious service, complete waste of time, total scam.Went in on a Saturday to address an engine misfire, literally needed to just change out my spark plugs and coils. They said they dont have anyone to deal with my problem, come back another time. I returned later on a week day hoping they would have a guy on duty for engine diagnostics. I explained the problem again, they said it was the transmission, they cant work on it, but for $99 they can pop the hood and look at it. Ridiculous.I took it to a transmission shop, guy took 20 minutes and $10 dollars, told me it was a misfire on cylinder 3 and advised replacing the spark plugs. I gave them one last chance: Took it back, told them it was diagnosed as a misfire. They said the diagnostic test was mandatory, and that they wouldnt touch a thing unless I agreed to and oil leak dye test ($99) and replacing all four of my O2 sensors. The total would have been at least $1500.What a f***ing scam.I took it down the road to NTB, they had it fixed within hours. I will never come back to Firestone again, and I highly advise all customers to boycott this company/location.

Went to have a tire plugged. Went at 4:00 PM, 3 out of 5 bays free and 2 people standing outside doing nothing.Employee asked service manager if there was time. Service manager mumbled something and I was informed what they could not fit me in.Whole experience was flippant and nothing like the service received at other Firestones. I went in at 8:06 am on a Tuesday, I was told by Micheal they could get my vehiclein about 45 minutes to plug a hole in my tire. I called back at 9:50 and was told they havent got it in yet. I talked to Jim(I believe) and he was rude and tried to pass the blame on to someone else sayingyou didnt talk to me I just got here. That being said, Micheal compensated me with no charge for the repair after I complained about what an inconvenience they had caused me.
