Had my Titan towed in for repair no start issue, battles with Val the supposed service manager for over nine weeks. He never once called with any updates, when I would call for an update got nothing but attitude and excuses. Was told one issue one week another issue another two weeks later and again another issue week later every week was another issue. Truth be told the truck was never even worked on I drive by the dealership twice a day traveling to and from work and it never moved one time I saw the hood up nine weeks people the truck wasn’t touched. I call and ask what the hold up is and Val was very out of line and rude yelling. I’d love to meet this guy out and about!! Never never would I recommendBaytown Nissan for service or anything else for that matter if this is the people they employ to handle their customers then it’s a bad representation on the team as a whole!!

Was a quick trip in and out for an oil change. I used to have to wait a while but they did some changes and they work faster than the little shops in would go to in a pinch.

I have previously had very good experiences. This time, however, has been terrible. I had already scheduled an appointment for a Monday but had to to get my truck towed in the Saturday before. The key was delivered once they opened Momday morning and the check in completed. The communication regarding my repair has been non-exsistent. The service liason has never contacted me on their own. I have only gotten limited information about repair when I iniated the call and have continually been told they are waiting on a price for a part and I will receive the estimate. I have now been without my truck for a week and still dont have a repair summary to approve.

In the beginning when I first dropped my vehicle off it was a clown show... From getting someone to help me, getting a rental car that was supposed to be there waiting and actually getting a response the next day about repair time. In the end it turned out to be a pleasant experience, the service rep actually called me and I also received a text with suggestions for maintenance, I turned my rental car back into the dealership- picked up my car and left satisfied. Next time I know who to speak with and what to have them commit to so theres no surprises when I arrived the service department.

The service manager is absolutely terrible and rude. I purchased a VIP oil change package for 6 oil changes and only used 2 before my car was totaled. I called ~4 times and showed up in person asking if I could get a refund on the unused oil changes. They said they couldn’t help me because the people that distribute the package was out due to COVID but that I could transfer the package to another Nissan vehicle for a $50 fee. I go in today to swap it to my new Nissan car, that was purchased at a different dealership with way better pricing, and they said I cannot do it. Then they said they cannot help me because I did not buy my car from them. I was able to talk to someone about getting my money back and he tried to look me up in the system and I wasn’t even there. They recently changed pretty much their entire staff and management and it still sucks. I tried to buy a car from them earlier in the year and they were still completely rude! THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!

I came in on Saturday thinking I was going to be here forever but the process was so fast! Plus they had amazing coffee!! So I was super happy! I recommend going to Claudia and her son Jesus! Man they are the best team workers there!

Service is horrible . Old manager left and place a block on account because it was found out that what he was trying to charge me for was covered on warranty. Came back to get car service not noticing he sneakily because was reported put a block on account and New manager claim don’t know how to remove it. I will Not return I go to humble instead and get excellent service . This location love to try to over charge for there work . And service is poor ..

Very quick and reliable service station with all premium amenities. Pretty clean and comfortable waiting area. Also provide free shuttle service which is very amenable. The staff was very kind & friendly. I prefer working with Victoria she is very accommodating ,quick and perfect in what she do. I appreciate her for hospitality.

Poor service staff was very confused. Wanted to charge me 500.00 to fix sunroof. Took it back to my regular dealership and they fixed it for free. They seen out of town tag and saw $.
