Great group of guys. I had a brake problem. They fixed it under the price I was quoted on the phone. The Manager Robert is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Awesome manager and tire crew. I get all my auto service done here. I have never had a problem.

First off let me say these guys are awesome! I really felt sorry for the manager at the counter. He was dealing with two other customers that were being totally unreasonable. I personally caught the guy in a lie. SMH! I brought four tires and they took the time to show me different tires and I explained the difference between them. Awesome service and very friendly! I forgot the managers name but he went above and beyond to show me what I needed.

You may get a good deal on tires from them however discount tire is 10x better. They put 4 new tires on and the tpms sensors stopped working. They would not do a tire relearn with out a charge. Discount did it for free and got it all working again. Buy tires from here but you may get ripped off.

Brent was amazing! He answered all of my questions. Was extremely patient and kind. He even checked the pressure on all of my tires for me until my tire light went off. He had a lot of patrons in the store but was quick and efficient. I love it here! Great experience every time. It’s always a great experience when you encounter friendly associates.

Daughter scheduled an appointment online for a wheel alignment, we show up and they tell us that the machine is not working. No call to let us know, as Robert proceeds to tell us it went down hours before our appointment. He blatantly lied to the customer in front of us who he promised to do a free alignment check after they spent close to $1000 on tires. So if this is how NTB Baytown is going to treat its customers, I will no longer be a customer.

Unfortunately, I didnt ask the manager for his name. . . This man brought a tear to my eye with his professionalism, kindness and compassion for our temporary problem with our Enterprise van.He described the problem to us and made the solution happen.In addition to fixing the original problem, he observed the vans two front tires needed replacing and he did without skipping a beat and unnecessary wait time for us. Horrible customer service. I showed up Tuesday and was told it was a two and a half hour wait so I made an appointment for the next day at 2. When I arrived 15 minutes early he was giving my appointment away to the man in-front of me. He then told him he would get it done in an hour and a half. When I asked about my appointment he said I’d have to wait an hour after giving my appointment away to someone who hadn’t placed one. I’m not sure why they bothered having me make an appointment just to give it away.

I wanted to cry when I got there. Because my FUNKIN tire exploded on the highway due to me hitting something. And without someone to help me, I did the work myself.....and didnt know I needed the rim. Which is with the busted tire. BAISE moi dans mon cul COMME SÉRIEUX?! (French swearing, I was mad) but the guys refunded all my money because there was nothing they could do. So theyre a honest bunch of people, made sure I got my refund and didnt kick me out just because its closing time.👍👍👍

Went to get a battery and oil change for our company truck. the rep broke our side mirror (told us he didnt break it) and asked my employee if it was broke when we took it in. when we told him no the manager said they must have done it. they said they would replace it but they never call me i have to call them to see when i can get it fixed. its been 2 months now and they still havent resolved the issue. would be nice if the manager would reach out to us & let us know what is going on instead of me having to continue to call they to fix what they broke.

I brought my vehicle for a 4 wheel alignment. Making the appointment was easy and the location is easy to access. Their advertised price was honored and fair. Service was very fast and the employee I dealt with (Ashley?) was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this NTB.

Excellent service & installation of 4 tires on my camper trailer. They had the best price I found, they did the work in the rain with a smile & no complaints. Kudos to the manager, Tyler!

I went to have all my tires changed and they ended up not doing it unless I was to pay them about 100-300 more. They failed to call me and tell me anything about my vehicle so I was unaware I wasn’t getting my car back that day and the day after and I ended up getting my car back without the job being done. They did one tire which was the easiest one to get off and threw my old tire away so I had to pay for the new tire. Not worth your time.

Extremely horrible service. Please people beware of their extended warranty on tires. Its bad bad bad!!!!!!! They will find something not to honor it and make you pay full price. I regret trying NTB I shouldve keep buying from discount tire like I always do. Zero stars!!!!!!

Went for a routine oil change on a NEW CAR and left with my check engine light on. Then they LIED and said it was already on! I LITERALLY left the lot YESTERDAY!

Came in to have my brakes replaced with possible damage to ny rotors as well as a TPMS sensor for a tire I had previously replaced. Brent, the associate who handled my service, was welcoming, helpful, cheerful, and funny. He clearly explained my quote for the possible parts needed as well as labor incurred by their installment and helped me remember I had recently been approved for an NTB credit line. Very helpful as Im savin dat stimmy for other projects.All in all, I had a good experience as usual; new faces, same great service.

Made an appointment for 9:00 am at 10:30 the general manager came out and I formed me that they are not a quick service place and my car is still not ready. Extremely rude. I asked how long it would be and they said an hour. Waited 2 hours.

I needed air in my tire, the guy came out but didnt do anything. He told me I was good to go, but my tire was steady losing pressure. I ended up having to go to a machine and pay for air. Not a very happy customer right now.I already paid for their service, they should reimburse me

Last Friday 08/28/2020 I had the pleasure to be served by Tyler Dyson at NTB Baytown. My car issues took several hours, and he was patient, agreeable, knowledgeable and a great advocate when dealing with my insurance. He personifies good customer service. Tires are tires, how they treat you while getting them sets a business apart.

We had to wait from 11:00 til 3:30 for a tire.

Thanks Robert for the efficiency ! Service was quick & he made sure to let me know if there was anything else going on w/my vehicle. Great customer service !

When in to go get a alignment done on my car and when I got the car back it pulled worse to the right than it did before I took it in, I took it back and they aligned it again and it was better but about the the same as it was when I took it in the first time. They never even drove the car to check the drive ability 👎. These people are not professional and I wont never use their business again. Now Im out of the money I paid for the alignment and my tires are ruined. If I was you I would avoid this place like the plague!

Please read your warranty information before making a purchase. Got a nail in my tire, they said they couldnt patch it, I needed a new tire, they would charge me an additional $75 + tax to cover for installation and balancing cost. They said the tire was under warranty, yet they wouldnt exchange the tire for me unless I took my car and pay for labor cost. It wouldnt be a problem, but the price for installation seems excessive.Going to Discount tire next time, they offer better warranty services.

Every time I go into a store I always wait for an extended amount of time even with an appointment; this time was different. Ashley was phenomenal, so kind and polite. She is the reason I will be a repeat customer.

I had a 4:30 appointment on Jun-10-2020. Upon arrival, I was told I had 3 customers ahead of me and it would be close to closing time before they could fit me in. They asked me to reschedule for tomorrow. I did not reschedule, and I will not be scheduling with NTB in the future.Update: Manager offered me a free oil change. Ill update if they fulfill this commitment.

Made 4 pm appointment, arrived at 3:45 ish. Took an hour and a half to get 2 tires replaced. I stood there 46 minutes while no touched my vehicle. Tire changer dude couldnt seem to get his earbuds off his head or put his phone down. I had a 50.00 off voucher from their parent company because a couple of months ago, they installed 2 different size tires on my truck. Decided to give them another chance. It was a Mistake. Why would I go back for more abuse? To be fair, the guy in charge apologized and gave me a discount which I appreciated, however, time is money friend.

Customer service was good, the kid that put my tires on was more interested in texting on his phone than doing the job right, didn’t even balance the new tires he put on my truck, original weights were still left on the rims, valve stem covers left off, not even worth my time for them to make it right if the tire guys doing the work, especially if it’s going to take hours to get done, place needs to get the act together on select hands on people.....

Make sure you check your center caps before you pull off . Left 2 greasy boot prints on my driver floor mat. Over $100 installation fee on 4 tires you think they change the valve stems at least it use to be in the installation fee.

If I could give a 0 I would. I had a tire pop on me last night on my way home while driving with my daughters. Thankfully I had the spare tire. So there I go to this location thinking they would help out with the tire not even time to close. The guy in the front told us they couldn’t sell us the tire because it was almost time to close even when I told him I needed it bad because I didn’t want to risk driving like that with my babies. Of course he didn’t care. Well guess what next time I have an emergency like that I will definitely not even try to go back to NBT and will just keep going to Discount Tire

I purchased a set of tires, oil change and a valve cover repair. After a small snafu, Robert, the manager, went over and above to make things right! Another employee, Tyler, was also amazing! Thank you guys...Ill be back!

Good service. They are appointment only which I prefer instead of waiting extra long wait times. I have gotten my tires and my wifes replaced at this location, decent prices for what you pay. Only problem is do not come here expecting to buy cheap parts because they do not sell junk only mid to higher end product. They have been helpful and even recommend any additional parts your vehicle may need, I wouldnt recommend getting everything they say your vehicle needs because they can and will try to upsell some but for tires and oil change/alignment labor is very fair. I recommend to get road hazard so patches become free.

Good service . . . I would have given a 5 Star rating but they left grease hand prints on my drivers side door; left and right front fenders; and all over my hood.

I came in with only enough to get my oil changed. I needed four new tires,thermostat, catalytic converter, alignment & throttle body. Kregg (service manager) suggested that I apply for a store credit card and I ended up getting approved. Enough to take care of all the expenses. This was by far my best service center experience.

The gentleman Gary that works at this location is awesome! He was super helpful and I was very satisfied with the service and results. I got an oil change which came with a tire rotation for $24 total and balanced my tires. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning.

Was instantly put on hold and I eventually hung up after more than 5 minutes.

We waited 3 and a half hours to have two tires put on. The tire tech was more interested in his phone.

The counter person was not only rude but he was loud and yelling at me and didn’t want to do the work that I had set my appointment for. He kept trying to do just a balance on my tires instead of the alignment that was included in the purchase of my tires!!’ Worst customer service experience ever!!!!!!! Don’t come here until the counter guy is gone he spent a majority of my time waiting trying to get another customer to hook him up with a job at the plants here in Baytown.

They should me what was needed to fix my car. Explained all my options. And they did not do it in a threatening Manor. Kregg and Enrique have excellent customer service and I will be bringing my vehicles back here, also will let everyone I work for as well know if this great place.

Didnt fix the underlying problem. Charged me for other issues. Never ever going back.Had to have my transportation. Out of town worker. They pretty much, held me hostage.

Bad experience. Wont go back! The guy Im assuming to be the manager, talked bad about the techs, and then got into a screaming match with another fella about open tickets. Right there in front of myself and another customer. Definitely making for an uncomfortable situation.Poor attitudes... wont ever go back there again.

I needed new tires for my truck. So I went to this location. Excellent staff and service. The staff was very helpful. I will be back and do recommend the NTB on Garth Road in Baytown, Texas.

I came there to get several issues with my car fixed. Its still making the same noises and I been working so much I havent had time to bring it back up there. My point is when you pay for 1300.00 worth of repairs, I shouldnt be having the same problems over again. Basically, I got ripped off. They only good for tires and a oil change, thats it.

Good quality service, no bs.I had an engine misfire on cylinder 3, brought it in at noon, they had it finished that day. Ill be coming back for additional work on my car. Literally 10x better than the Firestone down the road.

I went in there today to get a alignment on my truck, they were not very busy and the people just didnt seem to care to get in a hurry, I paid about a year ago for a 5yr transferable from vehicle to vehicle, I asked before if we could be out by a certain time as we had an appointment to be at, we started running out of time and went asked the manager if I could be refunded for what I have not used, without even turning and looking at me he says nah we dont do refunds so I asked him if that was in the paper work? He says No...... but your not getting any money back this time with a attitude, now Im getting frustrated and start to call corporate and he then decides he wants to help and refund me, by far the laziest most rude manager I have ever dealt with his Name is THOMAS, dont go see them.Ps they only got 1 star cause I had to give at least 1 to leave a review

Ive been trying to set an appointment online for an oil change and the guy at the place keeps telling me theyre booked until tomorrow. Then the next day, he says the same thing.... when I have made and set two appointments! I think dude is lazy. I went in last saturday and he did the same thing to me. Why are you accepting appointment times online just to deny them in person? Im sure the Baytown location is losing sales like crazy.

I dont know whether to give them a good review or bad review so I will stick with a 3. The guys seem pretty nice here and like that they try. The labor cost for these types of shops are very expensive. All I know is during the last months after Hurricane Harvey I have spent a lot of money here. I never had any issues with my car and I only have about five months to pay it off. In the past four months, I spent 600 dollars on four tires. I had about three oil changes for standard maintenance. Last visit, I had a state inspection and thermostat change in which I paid at least $240.00. One visit I was told I needed an alignment when I was getting tires and I told them they better align the car while they aligning my tires. I know I have been here every month at least and it is always something new. I budget and come back to get the next thing fixed. It is disappointing. While getting my latest oil change, I was also told a had a little oil leak and needed another pan for $160.00. This is my first time away from home and my dad has always fixed and checked my cars my whole life. So when my mom shared with him about how much I paid for a thermostat, he did not sound so happy over the phone. He told me to not go back because these people are ripping me off because I am a female. My dad is a pretty calm person so yeah!!! Today, I also decided to go to a different place for a car check and they told me that everything was fine so I am so confused. All I can say is that if you go here for any major work then be knowledgeable and compare prices. The people are nice and trying to make a living but they seriously need a reward program or something.

This place has closed down several of the outlets in Texas without telling warranty holders what is going on they also have had employees make appointments knowing at the time that the store would be closed at set appointment time

Manager seemed as if he didn’t want to be there when I arrived. Which I usually don’t care for as I’m only there to do business not make friends but I should’ve seen all this coming. Went in for an alignment, sure they got it within factory spec but the alignment differs from left to right ATLEAST .5 degrees. They just get it in the “green zone” and send it on its way. The Toe is ridiculous and it’ll KILL my tires. To top it all off my steering wheel WAS straight when I went in and I got it back crooked AND the car pulls to the left! Waste of my time and money, but I’ve learned now. Never going back and I’m sticking to independent performance shops.

I had tire blow out on freeway. I am from out of town. I had truck towed into NTW on Garth road. They were too busy fixing tires on enterprise rental vehicles to take care of a customer. I had to stay in hotel. I came back at 9 next morning and they have done nothing. They dont care about customers. Stay away from this location at all costs. Its now 11:00 . Discount tire will get my business from now on. These guys are losers.

Paid $24 for a flat tire fix that went flat 3 hrs later. I had my spare tire on and they did not offer to change out the tires for me when they fixed my tire. While I was there I even asked about a brand of tire to see if they sold it and they guy said no. The salesman did not even try to offer any of the tires that they sold, just said no.

Worst Experience ever striped out wifes lugs on car then broke her tps Sensors and now there having her run all over Houston on my dime trying to get them fix because the guy told me they have no way to replace or fix them and now I have to pay for that and new wheel studs that are on special order throw dodge but on a good note tire are nice and ride good after I took them some were eles to have them Balanced

I made an appointment on line, there was no wait at the location. The people were frendly and did the work with no problem. There was no attempt to add to the bill, all the work was done within my view from the waiting room. I am very pleased with the service.

Summary:The manager (Kregg) sold me a set of tires with a 60k mile wear and tear warranty and an additional flat tire warrantyWhen I had a flat I was told that the warranty didnt cover itWhen I asked about my flat tire warranty not covering my flat tire, I was offered the opportunity to buy another warrantyKregg , 10 ft away with his back turned, wouldnt even acknowledge meIll never go back to NTBLong form:I bought a new set of tires from Kregg a couple of months ago. He was really friendly and gave me what seemed like a good deal, especially when you include the flat tire warranty.After that I took my truck back for an oil change since the tires I bought came with rotation. The oil change was expensive and took a long time, but the tires came with a 60k mile warranty if you rotate the tires.Then today I took my truck up there today with a flat and was told that apparently my warranty only covers certain types of flat tires, particularly the type that are easy to fix and you would never need a warranty for. I walked over to the office to talk to the manager Kregg (sp?) because he was the one that sold me the tires. He looked at my paperwork and walked out to the back without saying anything.The next thing that happened was that one of the young sales reps came and told me that he talked to his manager and that if I bought s new tire for full price that I could retroactively buy a warranty on the other three tires that I had already bought (8k miles ago). Kregg was back in the office at this point with his back to me....he never even acknowledged me. I asked him to bring my truck back around and I left.

Please read my review if you are thinking about this location. I own an Audi and 4 months ago i tried to see why my car was shaking, these .... people.. said there was something wrong with my Transmission.. yeah.. um. I took it to Audi Central they said it was not that my car was fine it must be something with my wheels. I HIGHLY recommend the NTB by league city! They said it was something with my wheel because they checked my car. I kept quiet and didn’t even call the manager. But NOW i decided to give this place a second chance, took it for rotation, alignment, balance and my tire was low. This place can’t do an alignment on my car because they dont have the tools for it..(hmm), waited aprox 1hr and 30min , they just gave me my key , didnt explain what was wrong with my tite, asked if i could get a print out and i felt like they threw it at me. Were not nice at all. Got home bc my light on the car came back on saying I needed air and surely enough i was at 21 psi... if they “fixed” my tire why was it low, they swore it was put on a tub to check leaks and said it was not leaking when it left, yeah well i live 5 min away. And the person i spoke to was the guy in the front and the “manager” Jeremy. Who was not helpful at all,called league city NTB to get it fixed and not gonna say names but said that alot of people do not like lets just say “ntb on garth”. Honest review. Please avoid this place. Waste of time. I will be calling regional!!!

Came in for an alignment because my truck was pulling hard left. The salesman ( named Jeremy) greeted me and explained my options. After 15 minutes or so, he asked me to come with him and look at something on my truck that was bad. He showed me the bad front end parts that needed to be replaced, gave me and estimate ( which was priced out good for me) and I let the mechanic Enrique get to work. I will be telling all my friends and family and making sure they bring there vehicles here. Thank you Jeremy and NTB in Baytown.

Came in for a check engine light, they brought me out to my car, showed me why the light was coming on. It was so simple, they didnt even charge me to fix. I will be bringing all my cars and family cars back to the NTB in baytown.

I paid in cash I left with my girlfriend to do laundry while they worked on my car they told me it would be ready by 7 so we left came back at 630 and my car didnt move. The mechanic told me they left him with too much work and he couldnt do it that day. He then said give me ur receipt and Ill put it in the box come back tomorrow and well take care of it so I did. I get there the next day and they start saying they cant find my receipt and the girl at the front desk at first said Im just looking up the oil BC I paid her the day before then this Caucasian manager that wasnt there the day before says that they dont have me in the system and wheres my receipt I told him about the mechanic and the mechanic said yes I put it in the box but they couldnt find it. Then the manager says to me. The mechanic is just the help I cant take his word i need the receipt. He refused to give me my money and didnt work on my car

Management has excellent customer service, the people in the back are fast and effectient.

The customer area was dirty, unlike a majority of NTB stores and the bathrooms were limited to one because the men was out of order for an undetermined amount of time with no restoration in site. I feel for the women that have to use their own bathroom after some of the men I saw going in there. I went there for an alignment and as usual NTB never fails, my car is worse than I was when I got there. Thanks NTB.
