Loved this place not sure who the lady was that was working on my daughters nails but she is amazing was very gentle with them. They didnt have no cuts on there fingers afterwards and they loved it. The only thing I really didnt like is the pricing they charged adult price for my kids nails.

Went in for an overlay with shellac polish and the guy did not even use the light machine. The application of the shellac was horrible he continued to as coats without letting it dry and, when I questioned him about not having the light he stated this is how we do it here! Then when it came time for my shellac finish top coat he used regular clear top coat.... I did ask about that to he said this is what I have at my station! By they time I was done and had my card out to pay which he grabbed that from me quick and then I noticed the application had smugged in several places so I asked if he could fix it he proceeded to argue with the ladies that worked there as well and then turned to me and said have a good day! Then gave me his back..... I was so shocked and upset that I went straight to nails of America on garth so that they could fix my nails.

Best set of nails I’ve ever had. Peter was so gentle and took so much time on them making sure they didn’t have humps and look bulky which every set I’ve ever had has. I mean the most relaxed time of my life. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!!

First time using this salon. I will go back. My nails are perfect.

My (regular) nail polish was spotty and not all the way to the cuticles. It was effortless to complain, when I was charged a couple of minutes into the service. Do not expect a greeting on your way out either. The prices are the same as others

I usually do not have any problems with this facility until now. When I went in, the lady asked what I wanted and I told her a manicure. She was asking questions like how you want your manicure, the shape, and size which was fine. But when the nail technician was starting on my nails, she started doing it incorrectly. I stopped her to explain again what I wanted. She did do what I wanted, but she was rough to where she made one of my nails bleed. I wish they can improve on their communication skills.

Holly always does a great job. Other nail shops may be fancier, but here you will always get quality work.

I would never ever go here again or refer someone. The woman who did my nails was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was trying a different nail shop but i know better now

It’s really fancy. I got my moms nails painted and fake nails and my toes done. The enter cost was 50 my feet feel so soft the lady took her time with my feet and my nails. It was my first time here not bad but the lady said my nails would only last only 2 weeks but for 50 bucks from what I would pay at 70 with my last nail lady. I just can’t bet it. Will come here agian.

So last Thursday 5/11 I went to NTT Nails on Alexander and got a full set. Friday 5/12 my nails felt different than normal. Saturday 5/13 I noticed that 8 out of 10 were coming up. Sunday 5/14 the nails on both of my index fingers​ popped off and none of my natural nail was stuck to it at all. NTT Nails is closed on Sunday so I went back first thing on Monday 5/15 and tried to explain to the manager, she cut me off telling me okay I will check them to make sure you dont bite them wow okay so I sat and waited. The guy that originally did my nails wasnt there so another lady brought me to the table and I tried to explain to her that most of my nails were coming up. The manager yells across the shop that the nails are only guaranteed for 3 days and then I hit them and thats why theyre coming off. I explained to her that three days was the day before, Sunday 5/14(when it happened) and they were closed and I had not hit them. She said she will only replace the 2 that popped off. So I told the lady. No just take them all off and give me my money back. The manager said we dont give refund well the lady that was fixing the 2 nails said something to her (Im assuming it was about my nail not even being stuck to the fake one) and the manager changed her tune. She then told me that they were to busy to fix them because others had made appointments. So I asked her if they would get fixed if I made an appointment. She said yes but it would have to be the original person. My 2 nails were replaced, I made my appointment and left. I came back at my scheduled appointment time but the man was sick and in the back, I waited 25 minutes (which I wasnt even mad about) the manager finally told me that she would do them. She ground down the 4 Original Nails near the cuticle but only filled in 2 Nails on each hand. Now not only are the other 2 still coming up but now it looks like I already need a refill on 4 nails because she removed part of them. I didnt get pictures of the two that came off and they kept them. I left with out saying anything else because I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem and they chose not to.

I absolutely love this place. Theyre are reasonably priced and take their time to make sure your nails/feet are done right. I am now officially a regular.

Very friendly staff. They made sure to ask what i wanted before doing it. I had Nhu for my Aloe Vera pedicure and informed her that I have a scrape on my upper leg and she was cautious of it and did wonderful. I didnt get the ladys name that did my shellac but I have long real nails some of which were chipped and broken, she shaped them up just right! I wish they advertised more of their work and designs in the front but definitely one of the most relaxing pedicures Ive had 😊

This place is ALWAYS too busy for my liking. They do a rush job or a poor job on shellac nails. I dont use this place unless I have to.

I went here today and everybody was extremely rude!! The lady didn’t listen to the length of nail I wanted and all my nails are so short That I just want to take them off. When I told her they were to short she said “oh well go wash your nail like I said!!” I can not belive how poorly they treat their customers. This is was the WORST experience I have ever had. Oh and by the way the lady beside me was getting a manicure and the guy made her bleed and she said “Owww! Ow!” And he snatched her hand back and didn’t say sorry or even look at her. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Megan was really nice and did a good job on my daughters nails, but the guy that did mine wasnt friendly, and didnt do too good. He was in a hurry, rushing us from the time we stepped in. Also they dont even have chrome colors.

Absolutely terrible I went here at 12pm on a Wednesday. Not enough techs working so they bring out some guy who doesnt even look like he does nails and by 2pm my pedicure isnt even done. I left with it unfinished. Pretty sad when it takes a salon TWO HOURS to do a pedicure. I never even got my nails taken off, I would have been there until 3:30 or 4.

I would put no stars if I could. But this is the worst place I have ever been to, my sister went and paid 45$ for her nails and they came out really thin, so thin that you could still see the white nail underneath . One broke, two days later, she went back to get it fixed and he tried to charge for it when it was his mistake. And when I tried to explain to him that he did them thin, he told my young sister to get out and forget it that he wasn’t going to fix anything. He made her cry, and I called twice and those two times, he hung up & kept saying he was busy. This is the manager so I couldn’t call anyone else.

I went to get a pedicure September 27 around 10:00 AM. It was not busy. I was asked to sit and wait. I sat for 20 minutes without service so I got my purse and walked out. I will never spend my money here again. I felt they ignored me. Worst service EVER!

I have gone to NTT for at least 8 years. They know me by name and are very friendly. Ive tried a few new places that have opened up around town and I keep going back to NTT. My polish always lasts much longer than just one week (Nail Bar) and they havent nipped my cuticles and made me bleed like other places. (Nail Bar)
