Went in at 2pm and am just getting out at 4pm for a manicure. Told the guy I wanted French tip and I look up and he is doing a coffin.. I even showed him a pic in reference to what I was wanting. He left so much nail polish on my fingers, didn’t even care that it was there and got mad bc I didn’t leave a big tip. I moved close by so I figured I’d try this nail salon out, but they lost my service! Wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

Prices seem fair enough. Some are definitely better than others. Decent color selection. Consistent pedicures are great knowing they at least meet my expectations every time.

I really like this place. The staff are all very nice and the shop is clean. Prices are fair. However, theres been quite a few times Ive gone and the polish used is old and does not look good once dry.

Amazing place awesome prices and the owner, Lee is the best!!!! She has been polishing my BEAUTIFULLY nails sine 1996! I recommend any of her to everyone!!!!

I went here after my doctors appointment which is in the same strip center. I got a deluxe pedicure, which was a little over $30 and included a paraffin treatment and a hot stone massage. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep twice. This is by far the best pedicure I have had in years. My manicure was meticulously done and I felt like a queen after. Highly recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I go there often. It’s clean, everyone is nice and I swear my pedicure lasts me 2 months if I’m too busy to go back sooner (I’m a restaurant manager). It’s hard to find a place like this. A Deluxe pedicure with the paraffin wax and hot stone massage only cost me $35 today. What a deal! #WorthIt

Im not from Baytown but came here recommended by my friend. They accepted walk ins (during covid times) Did not disappoint. Im very picky because technicians often do what ever they want. Not here. I had a pedicure and loved the results. She did not rush at all. Paid close attention to detail and was pleasant when i gave her specific instructions. I also got wax done. I wouldve removed a star for this but i think it was the mask we have to wear that she didnt clearly understand me (clean my eyebrows dont shape them). I like them to look natural since my eyebrows are nice just some strays. she ended up shaping them. Still natural shape so i wont remove a star but thinner than my natural eyebrow so growing in might be ugly. Overall. I will be coming back.

I travel to Baytown every 2 weeks and I wish I would have found this sooner. Absolutely fabulous! Everyone was so nice! I had an appointment for a monthly special of message, manicure and pedicure. Upon walking in youre greeted. They have an abundant selection of polishes, both gel and regular. They even helped me pick out an awesome color. The technician was very detailed in every aspect. The hour long message was so relaxing, just the right amount of pressure. Cant wait to go back again!

Absolutely love this place. I went to a place in San Mateo and they absolutely messed up my nails. Not even within a week, one of them broke. Came here to get my entire set redone. They were friendly, plus their nails last for about a month. I got a pedicure and it lasted me about a month before it started chipping. The polish was still there almost two and a half months later. TJ NAILS greet you and make you feel so welcomed. Absolutely recommend coming here. Even if its a tad bit higher than youre budget its totally worth it. On top of that if you break a nail within a week they fix it for you for free. Always make an appointment, sometimes they get really backed up.

Staff is rude.

I called and was told ok to come to this nail salon and get nails done when I arrived I waited 5 mins for Nancy to come out and when she did she told me show now couldn’t do my nails . She asked other workers to do my nails and chatter begin. I can’t speak or understand the language but I could tell enough that they were fussing about me. This is a horrible way to run your business. My husband and myself were customers for 5 years at least. Horrible service

Nail Tech Kim is the best ever !!!!!! Shes friendly dependable,neat, never a rush job & funny..... The staff is friendly and polite the store is clean and well stocked and maintain. The location is easy to get to it I highly recommend

Ask for Kim. She does exactly what you ask and does it well. Great massage with my pedicures every time because she knows my calves are always sore and tight.They are happy to take you even near closing time. Ive been a regular since they opened and never had any issues. Just like any business, if you are a whiney customer, maybe they arent rude: maybe its just you.

It took forever for someone to see to me. When someone finally came to me I showed the him a picture of the nails I wanted and he said he had that color and started immediately. But after putting it on it was the wrong color. He also ignored what I said about the length. And once he was finished I asked him about the details in the picture and he said “we don’t do that here” and started cleaning up. Do not go here

Great! I think I finally found my nail salon. After bad experience at VIP nails, I was doubtful but as soon as I got there they knew exactly what I wanted. Nikky did an excellent job doing my coffin nails, I live them! Vivian did an outstanding job in my pedicure. No chipped nails next day, no hassles. I can honestly recommend this place.

Will not return! Cold water very rushed and they tried to use sugar scrub that had already been used on someone else . I said no I want new that is unsanitary needless to say I couldnt even relaxed .

They missed up my nails and made me pay . They threatened with calling the cops if I didnt pay . So I paid the $50 and left 😒 My nails are side ways not straight.. they arent even coffin shape . Not what I wanted and I got the shilak and it doesnt look good . Skin is all glued together . My two thumbs have too much powder at the bottom and less at the top looks like a wave .. worse experience was that she kept saying they look pretty... NEVER GOING BACK

Okay so I’m young but I’m so picky about how I like my eyebrows and nails done and this place seems to always meet my standards.. and there really cheep. So if your looking for a cheep place this is where you need to go.

Took my wife for a pedicure, in and out in about 30 minutes. Good service and reasonably priced.

DO NOT bother coming to this nail shop. I got a fresh set of shellac I told her my thumb looked numby she just ignored me. She also cut me I was bleeding, she didn’t even disaffected it with alcohol or nothing. DIGUSTING!!! I told her to cut my cuticles, she did.. did it look like it NO. She was bullshi.. the whole time I also got a pedi with shellac, didn’t last two it took less than a week. It popped off like stickers. The pedi wasn’t even relaxing, he went too fast. Not worth it at all. I went here because I wanted to save money. Yeah I rather pay a little more than get ripped off by this CRUSTY place.

I didnt even go in to this place, I called to see how much it would be for a fill and pedi the woman was super rude on the phone!!! She said something about shellac and $30 I asked another question and she yelled in her language to someone in the store so I assumed she was finding out the answer to my question and she hung up on me without giving me the info I called for!!!! Bad for business, bad attitude, I bet bad job on nails too..... F that place Ill go somewhere else that will appreciate me as a customer spending my time and money in their establishment. Call them and see for yourself before you waste your money!!!!

They have 2 nail techs that they need to get rid of... I just paid $10 for absolutely nothing!

I will never go back to this place. Its a huge ripoff. I went to get my nails done July 3rd, 2017 and payed $62. Its barely been two week yet and so far two nails have already broken and 3 are cracking and chipped. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Was my first time tryng a new place! Honestly this place was by far the rudest place I have ever been to. The lady who did my nails was so much in a rush she did my nails in less then 7 minutes! Then when I told her two of my nails were crooked big time she got upset jerking my hand around she removed the nail did the same thing placing the nail on crooked then got mad and threw the nail clippers on the table and started being really rude I stayed calm the whole time and let her be obnoxiously rude. And she had another women come do my nails then she came back and finished them she knew she did a horrible job and was being so darn rude. I do not recommend this place to no one. She had another lady who I guess was a regular and she was so darn eager to get to get nails that she did a very horrible job on mine... she even went as far as too tell me my mail was crooked and then she litterally removed the nail like for times to my liking cause I have been getting my nails done for years now I know my nails are not crooked

Dirty. Every time I go, I have to ask them to use clean, new emory boards and other utensils. They seem insulted when I ask. Long story short, I went there a week ago and got an infection.
