Excellent experience getting nail fill. Asked and was told about sanitizing drill bits. Nail is much thinner and more natural than what I had previously. Final shaping done by hand, not drill. No bleeding from drill I’d experienced elsewhere. Cosmetology licenses posted on wall. I’ll be going back for my next fill. I do my own color, so no comments there. Only took an hour. Ladies pleasant, although one seemed to have limited English, which I’m sure will improve over time. Price was exactly as posted.

Don’t waste your time here just go somewhere else!!!! Just moved to the area & looking for a place near my house .... this place is dirty inside, color selection is poor (not many colors to choose from), the girl who did my pedicure didn’t do a good job painting my toenails also there was not a place (fan or machine) to help dry my toenails, overall just go somewhere else. Didn’t want to drive to Baytown to get my nails done but it looks like that’s what’s gonna have to happen.

The older guy does not know how to polish or shape he’s better off being the prep guy !! He called me picky because I asked for coffin and not square and I wanted the whole nail painted !!! He was getting ready to coat off my white polish like it’s cute it’s ugly as hell and big he didn’t file them down right they just ugly I’ll never refer anyone

This place does not deserve one star. My sister is in from out of town, we decided to take our girls to have a girls day out. The lady did all of the girls toe nails, when she got to my 9 year old niece, she started making hand gestures about my niece saying she was “fat” it took us a second to realize what she said, but she kept repeating herself. My baby niece was in tears as we didn’t allow her to finish and we grabbed the girls and left. Mind you my sister still paid the $80 for the girls. My sister told her multiple times not to be telling that kind of stuff to a child. I highly do not recommend this place!

I only came here cause I was out of town. But this guy didn’t know what he was doing. Very unprofessional. Shellac was bumpy and looked cheap. I don’t usually write reviews... but would def not recommend.

Honestly doesn’t even deserve one star! I’m not one who has EVER felt the need to do a review, ever having had an experience bad enough but the customer service skills here are horrible. I’m am so not happy. I have NEVER once gotten up and just said no. This is rediculous, I’m leaving.... in the middle of trying to get my nails done. I was just getting shellac nail polish on my real nails. Nothing hard or out there. She kept applying more and more coats after I told her there are clumps on my nails. That it wasn’t smooth and asking if there was anything she could do to prevent the clumsiness of nail polish and she continued to shrug me off and told me “ I think another coat will help” and then again after the next coat she assured me.. “ another coat will fix it”. On the FIFTH coat of shellac I finally just explained that my nails were CLUMPT with nail polish and that with adding lore layers. The gel wasn’t even drying on my nails at this point and even asked if we could change nail polish, that the nail polish may have been just too dried out and not going in smooth. (Also wanted a design sticker that I had already picked out and had her set aside for me) she clearly wasn’t happy while taking off the nail polish off and then after I picked a new color to go with and asked if she could still do the design sticker please she said no sticker. (Mind you she had a sticker pallet with like 15 of the same sticker that I wanted ) she said she threw them away. And I said well you had a whole sheet of the sticker I want. She said no. I threw it all away. You don’t get design. She’d only threw away the design I had wanted. None of the other sticker pallets that they’d had in the basket. It’s ridiculous y’all. Petty petty Petty. I’m furious and can’t even truly put into words my full experience at this place. DONT COME HEFE

I went in on lunch today was done in an hour. My nails look gorgeous, I will definitely be back.

Do I really have to give a star. I messed up and went looking for a new nail salon today and found this one. I showed them a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like sat down in the chair and the worst pedi I have ever had began. First they used just hot water in the tub no tablets like every other salon I have been to uses. The plate that you put your feet on was very uncomfortable and the tech was hurting me when I asked her to please stop she told me to hold on and continued until she finished. I got nothing close to the design I showed her. I told her that I didnt like it and she did not listen. I will never go back and I will never recommend them to any one.

I would not even give this place one star, horrible full set after specific instructions, I left 10 miles down the road I turned around and they argued that it had been to long if I wanted them to fix they would charge me for her time. I am sitting at a new salon getting them soaked off.

I have only ever gotten Excellent service from TK Nails!

Horrible experience. My pedicure looks horrible and instead of getting nails done she did a regular manicure even though I kept asking why she was doing that when I wanted nails. I left the shop with my nails in horrible shape, rough and disgusting and still had to pay. and she kept my nail polish!

I got a shellac manicure. It is uneven and does not cover all of my nail. I will never go to this salon again.
