Absolutely love this place! They’re always gentle & they will tell you if you should let your nail breath (for your own health) not just do a set blindly. They are great with little ones too! They offer drinks constantly which is a plus as other shops I’ve been to either don’t or don’t offer refills. I always bring my mom here & she loves them too. I’ve been coming here for 6 yrs (since I moved here)

I went an hour before closing and they were so clean and professional everyone had to wear masks and wash hands. They had a wonderful selection of nail polish and dip powders. They offered me a drink as soon as I sat down to get my nails done which no other nail salon has done for me before. They did a fabulous job on my nails which I appreciate the attention to detail they put into making sure the stiletto was sharp and even. I will happily continue to shop here for my nails.

Havent been here yet, but for the first time EVER I saw someones nails and HAD to ask where she got them. They were gorgeous and thin instead of that ugly bubbly and thick artificial look, they looked like they could have been real nails. Absolutely beautiful! Ill be visiting VERY soon!

I visited today to get a pedicure and dipping set, plus eyebrows. It was very pleasant. Very clean. Must wear mask. I was asked to wash hands first thing. Then asked if I would like a beverage. I was seated immediately. Pedicure amazing by T. My nails were PERFECT!! The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Will go again. Eyebrows were done painlessly amazing as well.

I went here for the first time yesterday and I will not go anywhere else! I walked in and they were busy! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I signed in and sat down to wait my turn. After about 5 minutes a lady comes to get me for my pedicure. I sit down and she asks if I would like something to drink. She took her time and was a really nice lady. I then went to the drier for my toes to dry. After a few minutes another lady came and got me to do my nails. I sat down my nails were really grown out and I didnt like them. (they were uneven, to long, some were thick some were thin) She fixed them with out me having to say anything all I had to ask her was to cut them a lot shorter then what they were. She finished them and I loved them!! They seemed to know most of the people that walked in. Everyone in there was really nice. Having conversations, joking, laughing, it was a great environment!

My wife has been coming here since it opened they always do a good job except the last set she got for her birthday she paid $100 for and both pinky nails popped off in less then a week I think they may have rushed her due to them being busy all the time. So yeah go here only if it’s slow and they can pay more attention

I had a manicure and a pedicure done. Pedicure was acceptable, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the manicure. Apparently they are not good on working on natural short nails. Even after they fixed it a couple of times, at the end it still came out bad.

If you want quality go to Posh Nail Salon!!! :)Every time I get shellac nails here at 24 they are chipped the next day. Then it’s an issue to get them fixed and they want you to wait 20-30 min because they know they have to do your service for free. Don’t bother with the hassle.Not only that no one demanded anything. I went in there 3xs to get my problem fixed with one nail. If y’all have to fix anything you make someone wait, but whenever I come in to get a full service when you know I’m about to spend a lot of money, which I do, and tip GREATLY on top, yall have no issue getting people in immediately even when your busy. I spend way too much money to be disrespected by you and your staff. No one should get a service and have issues the next day. You do not provide quality. You are greedy.Update: just went in to get my nails fixed AS PROMISED FOR LACK OF QUALITY IN SERVICE and they refused service. Been 4 days and every nail is chipped. Refused to give money back as well because I wrote a honest review. YOU CAN LOOK ON YOUR CAMERA AT YOU SHOVING YOUR PHONE IN MY FACE IMMEDIATELY AS I ENTERED to confront me over a review. This established is unprofessional, CROOKS AND THIEVES. Bad business will be calling BBB. I usually like it here I have gotten a few manicures and pedicures here that came out very good. Yesterday I went I was very disappointed in my manicure because my nails were left very short and I had been growing them out for a while but the person clipped them down so short I was very upset but it was too late at that point I left so disappointed I wanted to cry I know Im dramatic but I just dont like leaving the nail salon extremely dissatisfied. I will probably go again but I will explain that I do not want them clipped at all. UPDATE: THEY REDID MY NAILS FOR FREE. IM A HAPPY CUSTOMER AGAIN.

I wanted to give this place five stars. I got an acrylic set with two colors. I came here because I loved the work I saw on the reviews. I didn’t care too much about the polish job itself but that’s me being picky. I’ve barely had this set two weeks and three nails have broken off. Not like a painful break but just crackled off like brittle dead leaves. I don’t know if that’s bad acrylic or bad glue considering the tip comes off completely. I get my nails done often enough though to know that’s not normal. I went and got the first one repaired with no issues. It hasn’t fallen apart. I really don’t want to have to go back to get my nails repaired every other day. I may go back and try another person but as of now this is my rating.

The first time I went I got a pedicure and my toe was nicked pretty good. I left a review and to my surprise the owner reached out to me, not once but multiple times to make things right! That made me very happy. I didnt take him up on his offers because my schedule is very tight and limited. But I went back 3 days ago and got my nails done. I was very very pleased. They were very nice and greet you when you enter, the owners wife was very sweet and she helped me pick out what color, last time I got my nails done was in 2012. So I had no clue which was gel, whats what. Things like that. I got gel nails, its a very pretty color and its still perfect. Im very rough with my nails so Im surprised. My nail tech was super friendly, I wouldve done the pedicure to match but I had to go run errands. I loves how she filed and cut my nails down after showing me they were breaking at the tip, I was very pleased she brought that to my attention and convinced me to go shorter then when I go back she can shape my nails once theyre longer and stronger 😊 thank you 24/7 nails! See you in a few weeks!

I recently discovered this nail salon. I went right before Mother’s Day and Lee did my nails and An older nice lady did my pedi . Hands down I will only go to her from now on for my pedicures. I love that they don’t rush me while picking a color , other places have. Last time I got shellac (not normal for me) from a gentleman. I wasn’t completely sold on how they turned out an Lily offered to fix them... I was beyond speechless. I’ve never had a nail shop offer to fix it for FREE! She reshaped them and changed the color so they didn’t look so thick. I’m sold Lee and Lily have a customer for life🙏🏼 Thank you guys for being just NICE that’s really all customers want I appreciate you!

They are always amazing! I have been using this salon since they opened and will not go anywhere else. They are ALWAYS willing to fix things and will even fix a broken nail up to 2 weeks I think. Best of the best hands down. Highly recommend!!

We needed room for 5 with only an hour notice. They accommodated us perfectly and everyone was very professional and made us feel comfortable ! The salon is clean and well kept. The massages were great. We are all happy with how our manicures/pedicures turned out for my wedding. Definitely plan on returning.

So unprofessional - my daughters hand was covered in acrylic powder and we told them we wanted coffin shaped and was told the price for coffin shaped Ang they did square and then they tried to hold on to my keys because I said I did not want to pay 38 quote because she didn’t recieve what she wanted so he tried to steal my keys. That’s why they At the end of north main and have no customers. Soooo horrible

I moved to Baytown in April of 2018. I started going to 24/7 Nails the next month and haven’t been anywhere else since. Lee, the owner, his wife and all the staff recognize me and make me feel welcome the moment I step foot inside. I’ve sat with several, if not all, of their technicians and each does exceptional work. I’ve never left after a refill or even a pedicure with less than complete satisfaction. I appreciate that I don’t have to set an appointment and can drop in whenever is convenient to me. I’m always offered a beverage and spoken to by Lee. Truly a family establishment and it’s an honor to feel somewhat part of that family.

I’ve heard and read so many good reviews about this nail salon. A few of my friends also recommended this place and I was eager to try it out. The staff is really pleasant and welcoming but the quality, for me, just wasn’t there. I got the shellac polish and in 3 days my polish was already lifting. Spent 50 something dollars and just wasn’t pleased with the end result :(

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for close to a year. The first time I came here, the girl cut me and didn’t touch my ingrown nails (I had specified on this), she never apologized. I came back a second time because I really wanted to give them a chance. Same girl, I asked her to please be careful, she gave me a blank stare and cut me again 😳🤣! YES...I should have been done by now, but...they say THIRD TIME IS A CHARM! Third time I asked for a different person...ANYONE, lol...they gave me my sweet KATHY! I’m so glad I didn’t give up. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The shop is always very well maintained, and the prices are extremely fair!

I came here based off the reviews and was disappointed with my experience. Now the staff was amazing and was so nice. I felt welcomed with my daughter. So 5 stars for customer service. But the actual service was disappointing. I didnt catch the lack of quality until I got home and was able to look at them but theyre very messy and unprofessional looking. Im so sad!! I hadnt had my nails done in 3 years so I was hoping to be completely satisfied 😪 I asked for the coffin shape and he literally told me it doesnt look natural unbelievable.

Today was my first time going but since my daughter raves about this facility, I decided to give them a try....they are absolutely GREAT!!! Very professional and EXCELLENT customer service!! The spa is actually bigger inside than it looks on the outside. I had my grandbaby with me and the owner was nice enough to allow her to sit in the chair next to me even though she wasnt being serviced! I was just completely impressed and it takes a lot for that to happen!!

I’ve been going to this nail salon since it opened! They have great customer service and they also greet you when you walk in it does seem to get very busy at times but hey! What nail shop doesn’t get busy? I usually like to get my nails done by Kevin he does such an awesome job with design coffin nails. That day he was busy and I got seated with Brian I think he was new so that made me nervous but he did such a wonderful job I’ve never been so happy! I definitely will be asking for Brian more often. I walked off happy to celebrate my two year anniversary with my husband with a set of beautiful nails! Thank you 24/7 for always hooking it up!

I recently moved to the area and was wanting to find a nail salon I love. Well this is it! They have a great selection of colors, and the staff will give you a great experience. They don’t take appointments but that’s each establishments own choice and not a negative one at all. They stay busy & don’t want their customers waiting extra bc someone has an appointment before them and then doesn’t show. I absolutely love this place. Very affordable, fresh clean environment with very friendly staff. When I walk in Im greeted then asked what services will be done, I tell them and Im then seated. I rarely have to wait. I am given a complimentary drink. I get the Deluxe pedicure which is serviced by Tammy...and my nails are done by Lee.

I like coming here because of all the choices and no wait, but today I saw something that shocked me. They use gloves for the black customers including me but didnt on other races. I wont be back...disappointed

I went here yesterday. My experience was nothing short of amazing. I just wish I had gotten my technicians name...She went above and beyond her job. Not only was her service outstanding, but she treated me like a friend, not just a customer. The pedicure prices are great and lots of packages to choose from. Huge color selection and very clean. Absolutely, I will return again and again. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been once and loved how they treated us. I usually as a lesbian who dresses in men clothing feel uncomfortable going to nail places because as I said I dress in men clothing. I did not get my nails done but my girlfriend was getting them done. As I was leaving momentarily to get gas I actually got hit from behind in a pretty bad accident (wasn’t my fault at all). I ran back to the store I was only a few feet away (not even 500 feet) to tell her. She told them keep the card she’d come back but the man came back to the accident with us. He even held us and stayed til we got help. He checked on me and made sure I was okay. He told me it wasn’t my fault and we wanted to still pay. He told us come back and pay when we want to worry about the accident first it was more important not his money. (We did pay a couple days later). I haven’t been since then but I will never forget that. I will forever be a customer here when we have time from our busy schedules to go. I highly recommend them because that shows the customers come first. It’s more than money to him and whoever works there. Also my girlfriend really loved her nails, I wish I had a picture

Is there such thing as a negative 5? I got my nails done for a trip. I was going to surprise my boyfriend because he lives in another state so the day before i left i went into this place to get a shellac manicure. Fast forward to the next day when Im on the plane I notice that the shellac was lifting and it bubbled up thats because it wasnt cured long enough and she kept piling on the gel. Well great news I got a ring on my finger now! But no pics because my nails looked bad I went back last night to try to get my shellac taken off 30 mins before closing because it only takes 5 mins to take it off the guy there was very rude and apparently everybody had gone home even though I saw a lady working on someone else when i walked up. When I woke up this morning I had a missed call from the nail place... theyre so desperate for business they were calling me to come back in to get it redone which isnt happening I learned my lesson

This establishment started out alright. However, over a few visits have become slow in service. They had me sit at the pedicure chair for 15 to 20 before filling with water. Then splashed the water, thankfully I did not ruin my clothes to return to work. No one offered a drink. The ladies talk too much, either to one another while working on me or one working my feet was on her cell phone. One manicurist stood at my person’s station talking away. Who wants to be bothered while working?

I heard good things about this place so I paid for my niece who lives in Baytown to have her nails done here for her H.S. graduation. I was so disappointed in how her nails turned out. It did not look professionally done in the least with nail polish unevenly applied and on top of her cuticles.

Went in today for mani and pedi and BEST service ever!! They welcomed me were polite my nails came out beautiful! Also neither my hands or feet were cut while getting them done!!! I usually always get a cut or two I will be back in a few weeks for a redo!

Im from out of town, so I had been to several places lookin for the one Id stuck with around here......I should have just STARTED here..! It was awesome, I was extremely satisfied 😁 the staff was eager to please, and did a fabulous job on both my nails and my feet 💜 definitely found my spot in town..!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would . I went in for a simple soak off and a new set . The lady who did my nails seemed to rush through the service and did not pay attention to basic details . My nails on my both index fingers are not the same shape, one is obviously more narrow than the other . Both pinky nails are not the same length , my middle finger nail on my left hand was placed on crooked and the base of the nail (like where the acrylic powder is placed & shaped ) is thick and makes my nails look unnatural . I wanted a simple coffin shape & when she began shapping I stated that it does not look like a coffin shape & she replied that “this is the way I do coffin shapes”. I showed my co workers and they were able to point out all the things wrong before I even said anything . I paid $60 for the soak off and new set and I was in tears because this was just a set to last me until my regular nail girl has open bookings & I wasted my money & my time . I already know I won’t be able to get a refund but I simply wanted to leave a review . Even my co workers in Baytown informed me that I shouldn’t have went there in the first place . These nails were not worth $60 and I refuse to ever go back , not even for a pedicure .
