Best place around for laundry. Staff is always there to fix a issue and their giant laundry bags are great quality for the price. Its also pretty big with rarely any broken equipment. They also run good specials on certain days like free dry! Love this place for laundry.

I like this place. I was here about 2 years ago and it was great. 3 * because it has gone down hill. I would guesstimate 25% of the machines were out of order. Looks a little dirty and someone seems to think that writing all over the dryer windows about special offers is a good idea. Its not, it looks messy.

The people who work here are always so nice. Its empty this Easter Sunday...which is definitely not the norm for anyone who has ever went to a washateria on a Sunday!

Don’t take items u can’t replace. You won’t get all of your laundry back when using the wash and fold service. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve came home with someone else’s laundry and not my own and the clothes never smell any better when you pick them up it’s a horrible place to take your clothes

At times my laundry overwhelms me.. this place gets the job done. The staff are always friendly and quick to help. I rarely have an issue with any of their equipment. Machines are always clean. I dont drink alcohol but, if you do there are several varieties of beers offered. I do love the MUSIC. Someone has fantastic taste in music.

My first time ever in dropping clothes off and using this place. I guess I should have believed the saying if you want something done right, you need to do it yourself. Well the person was extremely friendly, so I felt good in leaving my clothes to be taken care of. I guess he used very high heat because my practically brand new pj pants (washed twice) looked as old as I am after they were done here. From soft and plush to.. Yikes! I had to trash them. Ill never use drop off again

Do NOT do business here. They charged me for starting a load for a faulty dryer and refused any form of recompense and the staff was uncaring about my situation. This place is a terrible business who doesnt care for the customer and should get out of Baytown.

They did a good job on my laundry I dropped off. It smelled good and was folded good. I had to call to see if they were finished but other than that I had a good experience.

Two weekends in a row and the employees take over nearly all machines for drop off wash & dry. If you are going to do your own laundry, Id suggest going elsewhere otherwise youll have to wait, wait, wait...

Theyhad more washers and dryers for them washing and folding. The worker told me o could not keep my basket it was to busy. I told her she needed to bring the ones they where behind counter for people to use. Practice you spesk management. You need to tjink aboutpeople paying to do clothes and waiting.

I love their wash and fold service! I dropped off and picked up my clothes within hours, and I had 44 lbs of clothes to wash! Seriously got me weighing the pros and cons of even using my own washer and dryer! Clothes and the bag I brought them in washed, folded, and smelling scrumdillious! They did that!

Laid back environment. Its nice to know that you can sit and get a beer while youre doing chores! But the attendant was on her phone the entire time and was a little ride when I asked for a Sprite.

Our washing machine died and the replacement took me over a week to get so we decided to wash our clothes here. The staff is friendly and the location is great as it is right next to a great place to eat while washing your clothes. It is a little pricey but a good place.

This is a great place to wash clothes and have a beer but Im having a huge issue with one of the girls that works here. One of the big washers in front did not drain any of my soap into my washer. All she did was flush the machine and didnt even offer to run it again or return my money. The picture below is what it looked like after my clothes was done washing.

It was approximately a month ago I had to go to a laundromatThe Gentleman that Manages the Washabeeria is wonderful. If I ever have to wash and dry my clothes at the Laundromat I choose Washabeeria. Its clean and nice equipment with 👍 Service.

Would not recommend. We have been coming here for a long time and the services have declined, the last few months have been nothing but problems.My first problem was a few months back, someone removed my clothing from the dryer to use my drying time. I lost articles of clothing and had to pay to finish drying them because they refused to run the dryer again. I let it go and continued to use them. The second time my boyfriend accidentally ran his card on a machine that was not ours and when we went to an employee they said there was nothing they could do about it so essentially we just paid to wash someone’s clothes because they again refused to refund the money or give us a free wash the next time we came in (the washer timed out after a few minutes so it never actually got used) again just a couple bucks not a big deal. I let it go.The third time is what did it for me. I came in on a Saturday like every Saturday/Sunday for the last 2ish years and washed and dried my clothes. started folding my clothes when I realized nothing has actually been washed... everything still smelt dirty and was stiff. Again I went to the front and showed them. They start trying to blame my laundry detergent saying I put to much soap in and that’s why they are stiff.... no... they stink and not like I put to much laundry detergent in. Instead of simply okay, let me run a different washer for you they continue to try and find ways to blame it on me. At this point I’m getting irritated. He goes and looks at the washer and says all I can do is tell the guys to look at it. Uhm... so I’m going to be leaving here with dirty clothes after I just spent the money and time to wash them? He finally (after arguing with him) said if you load it up again I will run it. At this point I am done and tell him don’t even worry about it I’ll find another laundromat to use.They are extremely greedy and getting them to compensate you for their malfunctioning machines is almost impossible.

Great place to wash your clothes good prices and friendly staff and you can go next door to Pipeline Grill and get something to eat while you wait for you clothes to wash will recommend!

Great laundromat! Connected to a restaurant, The Pipeline, and serves beer and soda in the mat. Very clean and nice. Attendants are a hit or a miss sometimes there very kind others are less enthused.

I tried to use a washer in here that was loaded with socks I took them out try to put them on top and and use the machine and one of the girls came and chewed me out and said it was the laundry mats machine. I told her she needed to put a label on it. She was very rude. If she would have been doing her job instead of playing on her phone she would have known the socks were done. Or if they placed a sign on the machine to let people know. Smiley is very nice goes out of her way to make u happy.

Nice, clean. Wash takes 30 min, dry 45min. You can use a credit card on machines. Only problem it is not very big, gets crowded fast. Oh and free WiFi.

Love love love this place!! I drop off my clothes for the wash and fold service, they are done quickly, clothes are clean, neatly folded and smell amazing!!! The ladies at the counter know me by name, they are super friendly! And the pipeline grill next door is very convienent and tasty!!

My very first time trying this place and I see that more money was taking off my card than was told to me. I meant to spend $10 for a big washer it said on the washing machine $10 was the price. Instead it took out $15. This was not mentioned anywhere on the machine so that I could be aware. Now I have to wait 48 hours for my $5 to come back on my card. It may not be that big of a deal but if somebody who was hurting for money was not aware of this extra charge it might hurt them bills wise. Very upset with this visit I took my clothes out still wet and left will not be coming back. To fix this they at least need to have a sign on each machine or at the door.

Over priced for their services. they can’t fold clothes the right way clothes were turned inside out looked like they jus threw clothes in wrong bag. Would not recommend to my friends. You decide for yourself...

Me and my husband pipeline so we have been to many laundrymats all over and its always hard to find a nice place. This place is fantastic though! Its clean, smells nice, the people are nice, good music, free coffee, free wifi, and they even serve 5 different draft beers!! Nicest washing experience ever!!

This is the 1st clean laundromat I have EVER been too. Baseball on TV, food and drinks (beer) and a wash/fold service with a drive thru window. I feel fortunate to have found this gem!!!

Over priced to dry a half load of clothes for 45 mins to open all 3 dryers and clothes half dry. Don’t bother telling the staff. They asked me if I cleaned out the lint trap! Really.... and your job is what? Ended up spending over 40 dollars to do 5 loads of clothes. NEVER AGAIN!

I would not give a star at all.first time coming here and my washer isnt working right so I go tell them they stop someone and ask someone to translate well the girl says there is too much clothes Im using a washer that shows it hold 4 baskets and I only have 2 in it...my husband says we shouldnt have to have a translator and then the lady threatens to take our clothes out and throw them in our face....wow and then they start cussing us mind you there is still no water working in the damn washer and they did nothing to help us or give us any money back....keep your shitty ass business who cant communicate with all your customers ..

They real need to have their water checked or their washers cleaned! Went there because my home washer had broke down, after washing my shirts and pants and towels when I got home I notice my towel had a stale smell to it as did everything else.

Today was my first and last time coming! They had all the little machines coned off with folding tables to make you use the more expensive machines!!! Secondly, customer service is everything! I see they treat their regulars totally different than other customers. I ordered a coke from the girl behind the register she turns around like shes going to make it then she tells the other girl who has to stop what shes doing to fix it. I paid for it then the other girl says 1.08!!!! I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but a complete stranger different ethnicity asked how was the service and will I return. They refused to move the folding tables so she had to use the bigger big boy washers!!! As busy as this place seems to be seems like they make pretty good money so why treat people like that!!!!????

The place was crowded and the seating areas were full being busy. They charged more than the other area wash a terias as they serve b e e r and d r I n k so.be ready for that if you go and use their services. Its o k for the most part although the area wasnt as clean as one would expect since they do charge a premium.

Went Here twice washers are good (can pay by coins or card) Dryers are all 1.75 to start and 2 out of 5 Dryers I used ripped me off by .50 or .75 cents lady told me no refunds on any machines, so if I do go back Ill use my card only

Almost half the machines in this place are broken, have been broken, and show no signs of repair in the near future. Used to love it here. Now its become a joke.

I feel safe there but they dont keep up with it like they should. Every time I go I have to clean the lint filters.

Never again swiped my card for dryer $2.50 charged me $15.00 was told would be credit to my account 2 to 3 days guess they need the interest more than me. Buyer beware!!!!

The overweight Mexican female with glasses and tattoos on her neck that works there on Sunday night is rude, confrontational and curses and shows aggression towards customers.

This is the second Saturday in a row when the store manager/opener was late. It is now 7:25 and still not open. Some people have already left! Must have had things they needed to do early this morning!
