Always clean. Nice people. The tall lady speaks English the short one doesnt.They will hide in the back where its cool, leaving the public to sweat in the heat. My boyfriend was starting to feel ill, my face was turning red I was so hot.They will not adjust the thermometer accordingly. The more people wash, the cooler it needs to be.

Very clean. Washers and dryers are new and work perfectly. Debit cards are accepted on some of the washers & dryers. Only time it seems to be a bit crowded is early Saturday and Sunday . Otherwise love this one. No complaints

Machines are expensive. They wont take your change for quarters. Which is a bad deal for us broke fellas. I mean come on. You have a washateria and a car wash. I think you can swap out some nickels and dimes for us poor folks. Or are you too good for the little change?

Used the automatic car wash. They have a bucket and brush on both sides so you can prewash your tires or an area that is really dirty, I like that! I always get the max wash and it does pretty good. I wish the dryer at the end lasted just a tad bit longer but it is sufficient. All in in it gets the job done!

Don’t use their vacuums or self wash stations, weak suction and the washing brush left green film all over my car after rinsing several times. And when talked to worker and owner they basically called me liar and that I didn’t rinse it. Terrible customer service.

Nice attendant and very helpful. The only thing is the machines are a quarter more than where Ive been going on N Alexander. Mont Belvieu has a much cleaner facility. Also you can wash your Car while your waiting on your laundry. 😃

Wont pay again to get my clothes washed. But will do it myself. Machines are fast and I get out quicker.

Washers and dryers are always clean and working. Very nice place and people are promt to take care of their laundry.

Love this place! It’s very well cleaned and kept. There is very little air conditioning but you don’t have to sit in there the entire time. It is expensive though but it gets your clothes washed fast instead of sitting at home all day.

Little to no air-conditioning or air movement. Owner or manager (lady) had kids running wild nearly the whole time I was there. Then I go to check my laundry and the kids had the door open playing in my just washed laundry. Lady didnt offer to pay for the rewash or even apologize for that matter. WILL NOT RETURN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE GOING THERE EITHER!!!

This is the cleanest and most reliable laundromat Ive ever been to and Ive been using laundromats for about four years. The big machines have a card swipe which is GREAT because you dont have to put a lot of quarters in! 👍🏻😌

Washers are limited and fill up fast. Driers are plentiful though. They are a little expensive but washaterias tend to be. I just wish they had more washers so it wasnt so hard to get my clothes in the wash.

I called ahead to see when they would close and they closed 1.5 hours earlier than they said. I tried coming in the next morning a hour after they were supposed to be open only to see they arent open. Very unreliable.

Very clean establishment with helpful staff. The machines work great and are taken care of. Huge washers and dryers make for a quick trip there.

Very clean and well kept, all machines worked. The only problem was it is a little warm in there and their food/drinks were expired.

Clean, Very Clean! They have a full service laundry (wash, dry and fold) that was a lifesaver after surgery. Whether youre away from home or living here, its a great laundromat, as far as laundromats go. Friendly hard working people.

I sure wish someone could keep the everchanging hours updated. This place is nice but the prices have gotten higher since a few new washers and dryers have been installed.

Called at 8pm and ask what the hours were and said they close at 9pm. So I go up there at 8:30pm and there closed. I guess they need to update the hours to whatever they feel like.

I really enjoy doing my laundry here, but in need of wifi (for college studies) there is a tweak that needs fixing; password is hung for all to see, but no name source of wifi. Due to the attendants lack of understanding or speaking English, no communication or explanation could be sought out by her.

The car wash is pathetic. If you more than just a light dust on your vehicle, dont bother wasting your $$$. The picture is after the $6 basic car wash. Basically half the dirt is still there.

Newer machines and pretty clean

DO NOT DO LAUNDRY HERE!!!!!!!!! I was going to do my laundry myself but decided to drop it off today. I paid over $70.00 for this service. When I got home I discovered INK all over my clothes, there was absolutely no way you could not have notice the ink on the clothes when they were taken out of the washer or dryer! I callled and informed the girl who did the clothing that she didnt inform me of the damage to my clothing and demanded they pay for my clothing. She informed me that she would have to contact the manager. She called back and said that the next time I brought my clothes in there would be no charge. I told her to have the manager call me. The manager, Jason, said they would not pay for the clothes nor refund my money, I was not there responsibility to check the clothing. I asked if a pen was found in either the washer or dryer since he was accusing me of leaving a pen in a pocket. He would not answer me. He also told me I would not get a refund, but wouldnt charge me the next time I did laundry. SERIOUSLY!! I WILL NEVER DO LAUNDRY THERE EVER AGAIN!! I asked to speak with the owner. Jason would not give me the owners name, he couldnt give out that informatio, and the owner was out of the country. If you want to take your chance on ruing your clothing, go ahead. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I could rate them truly, I would give that -5 as a rating.
