So I bought a new pair of pants and brought all my clothes here from work. She counted 4 jeans, but I was sure it was 5. I thought to myself, well maybe I forgot a pair at home. I had just popped the tags on some new 100 dollar jeans, and I got them in 33/32 all my other jeans are 33 x 30. Guess which one is missing. The 33/32. Some bull shiiiiiii. Why not lose any other pair? Why the new ones?

FIND ANOTHER CLEANER!!! After dropping off a new pair of jeans(never worn), I received them stained from the whole leg of something that looked like oil. The owner said they would get the stain out. It didn’t come out& the owner told me no one else had the problem & they couldn’t do anything more. Then told me I could take her to court and let a judge decided, after which she stopped talking to me and ignored me...She didn’t even refund the cost of the cleaning.

Going to small claims court? Some thrives busted in and apparently stoled my husbands work clothes, 6 Ariat jeans four long sleeve FR shirts. I know Im not going to get half of what I paid for, but she doesnt even want to pay out the 200 what the receipt promises.

If you care about your belongings this is not the place to go. I wish Id read the other reviews before bringing my husbands work clothes here and feel awful. Dont get me wrong, the front desk worker was amazingly sweet and understood my disappointment but ultimately that doesnt justify the awful work and then losing a pair of expensive work jeans as well. Im beyond disappointed in the lady who runs this place. *Just to update* the lost jeans were located. Still not quality work, but at least we have them. Took 5 days to complete the work and the prices were very high for patching and hole repairs.

If you need anything besides cloths cleaned then do not go here. We paid to have a dress altered and the owner guaranteed it would be ready 4 days before we needed it, 6 days after we needed it and they still cant find it. The owners are rude and have no clue.

Awful took 2 days to get my clothes back. They didnt have my bags. Too expensive for the service. Will not be back.

Avoid this place like the plague! They lost clothes of mine in the past, and just like others have posted, they only do good on basic clothing. Recently i went to this place to have some expensive polo shirts cleaned and ready. I was told by the owner to give it 2 days, which i gave it a week. Lo and behold, i come back to shirts that just look like were halfway done. When i told the staff, the told me to give them more money and another week. This people is how you lose a long time customer. Dont take my word for it, you can see the owner is nonexistent on here (he doesnt reply). Poor customer service.

They lost my clothes claiming someone signed for them without a receipt and now refuse to make it right. On the back of the receipt is a 10X limitation based on how much you spent. my $33 bill is only good for $330, even if she would agree. $850 worth of clothes are gone. STAY AWAY! Small claims court here we come but justice not done!

Run by an evil woman who doesnt treat her employees or customers well at all. If they mess up your clothes (and they WILL mess up your clothes) and you get upset or blame them they threaten to call the police. Alterations are NEVER finished on time. She goes into the clothing store and takes naps during the day and leaves employees and customers to fend for themselves. Working conditions are terrible and all the food in the resteraunt next door is left out overnight and served again the next day. Sold me week old pastries. Has German Roaches in the kitchen. Rinses dishes with bleach and doesnt rinse the bleach off. God only knows how health inspections are passed. Avoid this travesty and dont bring your business here. Would put zero stars if possible.

Very unhappy with my experience at this Dry Cleaner. I have brought my clothes in five or six times, and the most recent time will be my last.Prices are high, and service is low. I had them clean my wifes dress and noticed it smelled like dirty rain water and that they had not removed any of the stains on the dress. This was determined to be our fault for not checking the clothing before leaving the cleaners. I understand that is now our responsibility, but they just lost a customer.

These folks work hard to make your clothes look very sharp.great service, reasonable prices. Ill bebak!

***They steal money*** Left an item for dry cleaning 9 days ago and went to pick up today to find out they havent even started on it. They told me it would be ready the next day (8 days ago) but I just now had the time to go back and pick it up. An employee who works there, lady speaking spanish (named Sandy or Cindy) behind the counter, was bragging to another customer about how the guys who work at plants leave money in their pockets and she just pockets it. WHO BRAGS ABOUT STEALING IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER!! Never coming back ✌️

The owner is a very friendly man. Good prompt service if dropped off early you will have it by the end of the day.

I have only dropped off my clothes but the owner Victoria was extremely nice and very helpful great prices! We will see what happens, I will be picking up my items very soon and it had lots of mud & stains all over them from my husbands work. (Pipeline General Superintendent ) I also was comforted by the fact that is in house dry cleaning because then you know who to blame if something is done incorrectly or messed up. Also I dropped off a pair of pants with a large hole in it and they will patch it so it and fix it and itll be ready within 5 days so thats something thats pretty neat. So its kind of like an alteration place as well:-) and she is doing a everything in a very professional manner. My only complaint is 1 of her female employees is rude and has quite an attitude. Hopefully I wont have to deal with her much longer.

$29 for 3 suits, 2 jackets, and 4 shirts. Same day service. Update: my suits were burned or something. And now look terrible. I recommend somewhere else for your clothes to go.

Been trying to find a new dry cleaners in Baytown. Thought, this was a good place with same day service and fair prices to me anyways. Took 7 shirts and 5 pairs of pants and dropped them off on 4/13/15 at 6:30am, and was told they would be available after 6:00pm. Same day service to me was great, since my previous cleaners was only slightly cheaper, but had a two day turn around.Well showed back up that afternoon and a line of about four people in front of me which was no big deal. Though, 20 mins later there was at least 15 people waiting and still four people in front of me. The lady couldnt find tickets and was totally overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. I would say it was a language issue, but two of the people in front of me who spoke fluent Spanish had the same issues. Finally at 6:40pm I she found my ticket which I had to point out, since she flipped past the Ws.Next morning put on a new pair of freshly pressed jeans and shirt and everything was okay. Clothes looked great and I wrote it off as a small issue having to wait in line like I did. Till this morning (4/27/2015) when I went to put on my last pair of jeans before taking everything to the cleaners tomorrow. When I noticed paint stains on my jeans. First off anyone who knows me knows I wouldnt have paint stains or any other stains on my clothes, nor would I waste the money getting them clean. I also noticed they were heavily starched with a crease, two things I never get done to any of my clothes. Finally I held them up and they were a size 42x32 and I wear a 38x34. So since I took 5 brand new sets of jeans to them all the same brand....oh and this wasnt even the same brand as I took them.I am curious who the poor man is trying to squeeze into a pair a jeans that are way to small and dragging the ground. Granted he did receive an upgrade per say on his jeans. As far as the cleaners go they were no help and with that I will never be back again no matter how cheap their prices are or the quality of their services from here on out.

NEVER GO HERE. I took a white that needed to get the collar cleaned and it wasnt properly cleaned, so I asked why the collar wasnt cleand. The short Asain guy working there starts to give me an attitude and asks whats wrong with the collar and then states stain is in the collar. I simply asked how does a stain go inside the collar, which makes him angrier and starts to yell at me saying that they the best that they can cleaning.I asked him to calm down a few times before I lost my temper and we went on a cursing frenzy. I asked to speak to the manager and the owner to which he replied to being both.After going at it for a few he threatened to call the police on me, which didnt scare me and told him to do.Heres the best part as I was leaving he called a f***ING terrorist.I have sworn this place off and I hope I have some support to which people stop going here so they realize not to treat customers like that.

This lady is a theif, she loses your stuff and doesnt make things right. I really dont know what her purpose in business is. Stay away from this place!

They do not care about your clothes. They were half way ironed. Never will use these guys again. I was halfway tempted to ask for a refund when I got home and realized how poorly the work was. I decided to let it go.

Be aware that you are risking not getting your clothes back . They are very greed driven and lazy owners, they will not do not even a decent job on the clothes you send to them . Just giving folks a heads up dont be upset when it happens to you.
