First time going here for a last minute oil change. I’ve never had better service! They were great at explaining everything to me and caught something that has been affecting my car for a while. I could tell the difference as soon as I pulled out. 10/10 service. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Mike was awesome! Last second decision to get an oil change and this place was closest, I’m glad we chose them. They were knowledgeable, kind, and eager to help. Efficient oil change and much cheaper than Uncle Ed’s, that’s for sure!

I highly recommend this location. The general Manger answered all my questions did a full service above and beyond. Helped me figure out where to get parts for my vehicle at a decent price. I will be going back for every oil change as long as Cody and the are there.

The guys were super helpful my varnhad been having issues for months and they suggested a tyranny fluid change and my car is running alot better. They saved me alot of money going to fix what wasnt broken. Also helped me with some other things. Very good service, polite and overall awesome. Being new to the area, I checked around town to locate an acceptable oil change facility for our daughters 2012 Volkswagon Jetta. The cost was dramatically varied by location, and the expertise in this particular vehicle (TDI Diesel) was lacking. At Veterans, both the manager and the service technician who performed the service were very knowledgeable and provided an in-depth perspective on pros/cons to each diesel-synthetic oil that would be appropriate for our car. Being retired military, my number 1 priority isnt lowest-cost, but best value. Further, these gentlemen took great pride in their work and provided a personal level of service rather than a next in line approach. The low-cost was definitely an added, and welcomed, benefit/bonus. If you want quality service with a personal touch; faciltiy that has the small town feel where they will remember your name, then do yourself a favor and give this business an opportunity to win you over. You wont be dissapointed!

I just used this oil change place. I drove MY vehicle and used MY money. I had a male passenger. The boss consistently talked to my male passenger and not to me. I asked 3 times for the best oil change. The boss did not start until my male passenger said yes to the best oil change. During the visit, the boss recommended to my male passenger that I have my transmission fluid changed and I again said do it, the boss waited for my male passenger again to okay it. The boss throughout the entire process talked to my male passenger, showing him the air filter, the oil, the transmission fluid etc and explaining his thoughts to my passenger while blatantly ignoring ME, the DRIVER and OWNER of the vehicle, the person PAYING. I did not ask my passenger to intervene for me or a to act on my behalf. My male passenger recommended this place because he thinks they are great. Their service? Yes, that was fine. What he recommended? Fine, I bought it all. However, while my male passenger may go back, I will NOT. It’s ridiculous that in 2020 this was so obviously blatant to the point it made my companion uncomfortable. The not-boss man finished my service and he came right to MY door and talked to ME, not my passenger, as he finished. I really appreciated it but it really, really spotlighted how very much the boss did not talk to me. Very disappointed in the boss. Very happy with the not-boss.

Have been using Veteran oil change for awhile. There was an issue that had to be dealt with and Mike and Cody never batted an eye. It took them awhile to fix the issue, but never once got frustrated or let any other customer suffer. They handled everyone with professionalism and a great attitude. Those guys rock.

This was the first place that came up in Google and the last place I’ll ever go for an oil change! They guy was wonderful and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need!!

Came back to this shop today and Cody Lewis was very professional and got what I needed to get done, done. I stopped coming here because of the last guy Mike just seemed like he wanted to make money and just up sell everything. As long as Cody is the face that runs the place I will keep coming back. He cares about the customer not just the money.

Recently, during the stretch of heat and humidity we had to endure here in BC, I borrowed my sons car in a pinch--- only to discover that what appeared to be a fluid level light was on. Being pretty ignorant about car stuff, I stopped at the first garage type place I saw on Columbia to ask for help. A nice guy by the name of Mike came out of the garage and told me the light was on because of low radiator fluid. He and his coworker wound up adding the fluid and doing an oil change for me as well, quickly and efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Mike also diagnosed a slow oil leak problem and told me how my son could deal with this. I was on my way in no time-- but will be sure to return there for my future oil changes!

I go here for every oil change. They’re quick and do a great job. Mike, the Store Manager has excellent product knowledge and sells real needs. He is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to provide a valuable customer experience.

I bring all my vehicles here. I am super particular about who touches my cars. I even brought my ‘76 Eldorado here. No problem. They never try and oversell or rip you off. They have the same crew working most days and they are always professional. And you get $10 off the car wash next door.

Took half hour, no veterans, had called a week ago and was told it was owned and operated by veterans, turns out that a veteran is half owner according to his employee. Had a leak from filter and they didnt know why, tried 2 different filters and said there must have been a bure!, never had problems with the other company that had been taking care of our truck, will not go back .

Was not 10 minutes, took 1.5 hours, outrageously overpriced. 20$ is the cheapest price and quality and the price is quicker. Didnt even check the tires. Guy next to us waited 45 minutes for just air in his tires.

I originally went in for an oil change, but after more inspection, told me my transmission fluid needed to be replaced. When I first got my car (I’ve had it for almost a year now), I wasn’t aware of needing to replace the transmission fluid. Whatsoever. It was an ugly brownish color when (they told me) it should be a bright cherry red. I wouldn’t have known about that if I hadn’t come here! The guys here are really great at what they do, thank you! I will definitely be coming back and telling everybody I know about the great service you guys provide!

The one by Shell on Columbia Ave has a good working crew. Friendly as can be and they do your vehicle right. The owner of this one and the Veterans 10 minutes oil change is a high class guy.The other oil changing place by Shell on Columbia Ave and close to Capital is also connected with Veterans. Its sad that the owner of these places who is a good man has pour quality workers. Its no reflection to the owner.I pulled through for a touch up on the tires being low and they faked like they aired them up and did not. I have pinched nerves in my back so it is very painful for to do that. I have to find a new oil changing company to goto. May have to drive to Pennfield Quaker Stake. They always do a good job.I also tipped them $4. I got ripped.

I stopped here for a quick oil change and quickly realized i needed a bit more than just the oil changed. These guys made sure they looked at EVERYTHING on my vehicle. I was thankful that they took the extra time because i had been driving around with my transmission leaking and was very low on fluid when i arrived. I had not planned on spending anymore than the $20 for an oil change so it was hard to be happy about the larger bill but how long had my trans been leaking? What would of happened if i had continued to drive this way? I am grateful that these guys took the time and cared enough to noticed i had this issue. Hopefully i can get out for $20 next change.

At first I thought this was a convenient, trustworthy shop. After my fourth oil change I realized I could not trust them at all. First they had me purchase a new oil plug, which also needed to be replaced 20 days later by another shop because it wasnt put on tight enough.Then they told me I had a trans fluid leak and would need a new filter and fluid work up done. When I told them I would have my regular mechanic take care of it, they then found a bigger issue, and said it was imperative that I have them fix my car because my trans fluid was OVERFILLED and caused the gasket to blow.They even showed me the stick where it was overfilled... IT WAS THE OIL DIPSTICK, not the trans fluid. REALLY...? My husband is angry that they would lie excessively to provoke a purchase from me. I cannot express how shady this place is!

Owner sent a mechanic named Dan Carlton to work on my daughter car and he took her $75 and ran. Never fixed it! Another employee of his worked on her vehicle broke more on it and refused to fix it for her when it was his fault. Want to get ripped off? Give them ypur business!
