Its a nice place and everyone is nice. The only thing is that when I called and asked about getting my tire plugged i was told that it would be done free because they put them on. Not before but after it was plugged that I owed 25.00. I dont mind paying but dont tell me it will be free and then after its done its 25.00. What if I didnt have the money then what. They would have been mad because of there mistake. But other than that they were cool.

They want to charge more for the smallest things. Needed them to pull some tires off old rims for my truck, they wanted to charge a whole extra 50$ remount and balance fee just to pull them off. $100 to get 2 tires put on and I was keeping the old ones. These guys are always looking to charge more. Went somewhere else and got my 2 tires on for half the price

Went above and beyond! Went in for a wheel alignment forgetting I needed a tie rod end. They made time, and got everything done! Thank you again!

Of all the shops Ive used throughout my life, Ive never had an issue here. Ray, Sue and the rest of the team are extremely solid, knowledgeable and friendly.Would recommend to others. Have had my car serviced many times. Have no knowledge of the tire side of things though.

They deleted my real time post to make themselves look good, they have no handycap accessibility to their building and thats the good thing about there inability too keep a scheduled appointment. Being handcapped as i am I believe is against township ordinance to operate a business without handicap accessibility. I could go but its futile to complain about something in Pennfield Township.

So this place is the best auto repair store ive ever been to. I hate to say this, but a lot of times being a female, a lot of stores try to take advantage of that and they will try to sell you all this stuff you dont need, or tell you that something dreadful is wrong with your car just to get you worried and then you feel trapped.I alwasy goto Phil Walters with a calm peace of mind. They dont try to upsell me a bunch of crap that I dont need. They ask questions like how much I use my car to determine for example what tires I would need. Prices are more than fair. Ive bought a set of tires this summer, and also an oil change since being here in Battle Creek for a year. They also helped me put new windshield wiper blades on my car that I ordered for no charge. Highly recommended that you all go here! Best in town, best in the state really in my opinion!
