We ordered a wedding band for my fiance. When it came in it want the right size and it scratched easily. We went back expecting to have a hard time returning it. We were amazed at how smooth it went and we bought my wedding band while we were there.

After goin to every jewelry store in battle creek we landed at zales of battle creek. A much better shopping experience then we had been exposed to this far. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and more than willing to help. The true definition of no pressure salesman!We will be back for sure. 👌🏻

I gave it two stars because my fiancé had a very good experience buying the ring. It was a reasonable price, they were not into any funny business with credit cards or anything. My problem is not with this specific store. My fiancé and I got engaged in Feb of 2020. Three days after we got engaged, we took my ring in to be re-sized because it was too big. They told us it would take three weeks to get back. Not knowing what was coming, two weeks later COVID-19 struck and the local Zales stores closed down. I have called the corporation many times asking if there was any way I could get my ring back even if it had not been finished getting resized and they all have said that the company is trying to protect their workers and customers by not having them work. I can respect that, 100%. My problem and frustration comes from the fact that the company is still pushing online sales with virtual consultations, sales, etc. If this corporation really had the best interest of all their employees in their mind, they would not continue their sales. Obviously people are continuing to work in warehouses and other places that accumulate materials to create these rings and ship them to the customers. I do not appreciate how they are currently selling to new customers, but not helping their former and current ones. We have been engaged for over two months, and I have only had my ring three days. It is honestly heart breaking. I hope they do something about this... more than just give me my ring back when they get the all clear to open. At this point, I expect more.

I just got engaged. But unfortunately when my boyfriend proposed , the ring didnt even fit my finger. Now of course after all the excitement, I started getting more details.So did he know my size? Yes, he took a ring I wear into Zales for their reference. Even though they knew from my other ring, there was no way it was going to fit on the right finger so I got to send out pictures of my ring on my pinky! Yay, every girls dream!So we take it in to get sized, neither of us know what this entails because no one explained this to him when he bought the ring. Drop it off and Im told itll be back in 2-3 weeks. Great so now I have to wait even LONGER to wear my engagement ring on the appropriate finger. So I literally got to show 1 person my ring, on the wrong finger. Quite embarrassing when you tell people youve just gotten engaged and cant even show off youre ring.......So now I waitI come up with more questions like did the sales lady even ask when you planned on proposing and maybe the time frame wouldnt work....NOPE. Again, nothing was mentioned to him.And every day I wait to wear my ring I get more and more upset. When a man buys a ring for his gf, wife, whomever, it is the sales persons JOB to help him get this right.Dont get me wrong, the ring is perfect. Beautiful, he did a great job. But I am not happy with my experience at Zales so far.
