I have a leather choker with an artist silver clasps that needed to be taken in. They were so nice and accommodating compared to some of their “competitors” one even saying it wasn’t worth it over the phone with out even looking. King’s was understanding that it was precious to me, and sized it for me free of charge. They are amazing to veterans and their Community. Thank you so very much.

I found Derek to have little transparency and poor ethics. My fiancé and I went to have her Engagement ring appraised, repaired and to purchase a wedding band for myself, on Friday afternoon. We were treated like a nuisance the entire time. We tried to ask questions and got nothing but short answers. We asked for an appraisal and was told that would take over a month. He could do the repairs within 7-10 days, but we would have to call 2 weeks after they were completed to do the appraisal. Despite not getting good vibes, we chose to do business with him anyway.Still feeling uncomfortable about the appraisal we called another Jeweler to ask about an appraisal and he could do it same day. So she called Derek to ask about getting an appraisal today, where she received push back and rudeness. Being told that all repairs are done on site and they could have it done in 2-3 hours. This is the point my fiancé chose to go get her ring to have the other jeweler do the appraisal. She arrived at the store, asked for her ring back and found out that Derek had taken it home over the weekend after just telling us they do most repairs on site. He had left to get the ring after speaking to her this morning, not knowing she would be coming into the store.After lack of transparency and respect, I went to a local competitor, had a great experience and spent more money. My husband had my engagement ring made by them and they were so professional. My husband came in with a idea and they got out a sketch pad and drew it out. The ring they made is absolutely amazing! Will be going back in to have them make me another ring.

I am very disappointed in king jewelers. I brought in family heirlooms to make my wedding ring. The owner told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I was excited. I am getting married. Well after over six months I went to pick my rings up finished or not! They didnt call me for anything, I always had to call them. When I got there i found out they didnt even do anything to my jewelry. The owner told me himself that he was almost down and he didnt want me to give up on the ring because he didnt want to either. Lies. All lies. Everytime I called about my rings he told me lies. He didnt even do anything. I got my jewelry back from them the same has I gave it to them. I didnt pay anything because they didnt do anything after 7 months. I will never go there again and I will always tell everyone to never go there.

Just bought a new Pandora bead from King Jewelers. With such a large selection I thought it was going to be tough to choose one, but the help I got from CJ we had the perfect one picked out in just a couple minutes. Highly recommend to check them out.

Brenda Schafer is an alias. I am the insurance adjuster and I was with Mr. King when he performed the inspections of Ms. Schafers jewelry.Mr. King informed her that there was no evidence that the setting mounts for her diamond and emerald rings had ever been tampered with and that the diamond she claimed had been switched matched the jewel description on her original paperwork exactly and that it appraised for $7,700.00.Mr. King also advised Ms. Schafer that the eBay purchase document she provided to Mr. King does not match the description of the emerald ring she presented to us for inspection. Ms. Schafer also presented appraisals of her rings which were prepared by another jeweler who did not conduct an actual inspection of the rings because they were not in Ms. Schafers possession at the time he prepared the appraisals.Ms. Schafer presented information from the big box jeweler she purchased the diamond from, in which that jeweler stated it is not the same stone because it does not have a serial number engraved onto the stones girdle. Ms. Schafer purchased the stone in 1997, well before that jeweler began engraving serial numbers onto their stones.The scientific evaluations of the ring settings and stones show that the rings had not been tampered with and, unfortunately, Ms. Schafer purchased a glass emerald on eBay - and the paperwork she received was for a different ring altogether.Ms. Schafer is welcome to hire her own expert to provide any contradictory evidence in this matter.

Derek is always fair and respectful, and really takes time to get each customer exactly what they need. I took in some gorgeous gold and silver jewelry to sell to them and they gave me super dirty looks the second i walked in their shop. I handed the one lady what i had brought in and she took it back to the man in the back and not even 30 seconds later came out and told me none of this is real we dont want it. First off they never took any of the items out of the bag to even verify if they were real. Secondly they were very rude and snotty and very very short.Needless to say i took the same bag of items right over to premiere jewlers and they verified every single thing i had was in fact real and bought every last piece and they were sooooo nice.If you want to sell any silver or gold go to premiere not here.
