I was looking for a specific designers ring to match my wedding ring so that I would have matching guards around my engagement ring. I found Pearlmans online and they had the exact ring at a great price, so I called right away and got one of the owners, Brenda, who was very accommodating because I had called way past their closing time (time differences which I hadnt even though about because I was so excited). She was very helpful and told me that if she had my size in stock in her store (she was at home), she would be able to ship it out the next day. She did and I had it on my finger the day after that! Great service!! I highly recommend Pearlmans.

Very nice people, my ring was beautiful. Only problem is I brought it in to get it resized she said it would be 2-3 weeks. It’s about to go on 4 and I’d really like my ring back lol. Other then that amazing people and very nice, they even cleaned my other ring for me. :)

Just completed a recent transaction with Bill and Brenda virtually as an out of state customer . It was a fantastic experience - Bill really knows his products and they found me the perfect ring for my wife. She’s ecstatic and I was very pleased with the overall service, communication pricing, and delivery. I went to buy an engagement ring from this place, I figured I didnt want to go to one of the big box stores because I thought theyd inflate their prices and such. Well I went into pearlmans and told them what I was looking for, she (the owner) asked a couple questions and such to get an idea of what my girlfriend looked like and find out what she liked. I told her my girlfriend liked the color blue, that she was more plain Jane and wouldnt like any rings that had too much to it and such, but despite telling her (the owner) all of these details, she was showing me everything BUT what I asked for. I said she likes blue, they showed me yellow and red and green. I said she liked simple, she showed me over the top. I told her my price range, she showed me 14-30k rings (obviously far out of my price range and frankly over priced for what she showed me). And the best one of all, I told her I wanted to surprise my girlfriend (as you would when proposing) and she said I should bring my girlfriend in to show me what rings she liked. She said, and I quote, just bring her in, you dont have to tell her why youre looking at our rings. Yes... Because shell never know why Im bringing her into a jewelry shop showing her ENGAGEMENT rings... The owner was rude, interuptive, and didnt help me at all. All this place cares about is your money. I went to Kays at the mall near here, they were more than helpful finding me a ring and I am now happily engaged to the most wonderful woman in the world, no thanks to Pearlmans.

Custom ring. Amazing quality and customer service! My fiance wanted a very unique ring that I couldnt find anywhere. Geoff at Pearlmans heled design the ring and spent the better part of an hour tracking down and importing the perfect gem. It turned out absolutely magnificent. They gave me a great price and the ring is astounding. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Great people.

I purchased a custom sapphire and diamond ring from Pearlman’s. I came across Pearlman’s when I was researching rings online, one of Pearlman’s other custom pieces became the inspiration for my ring. I worked with Bill Pearlman personally who was a delight. I don’t live locally so dealt with Bill and his team by phone and email only. The Pearlmans team was always responsive, Bill was very thoughtful in his advice, he patiently answered my questions and waited for my input while I deliberated over decisions. I sometimes fell off the radar dealing with personal matters, however, Bill was always just as enthusiastic and helpful every time I went back to him. He sourced my centre stone which was a rare find and sent progress reports and photographs of my ring as it was being made. It was an incredible experience to see first hand just how much work and love went into making the ring. I think the Pearlmans team were just as excited about the ring as me!The quality of the ring is exceptional. When the ring was delivered the stone was a little loose, Bill was quick to take responsibility to get it fixed, he also followed up to check that I was happy with my ring and to ask if I needed any modifications. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Pearlman’s and I love my ring. I highly recommend Pearlman’s and would definitely work with them again.

I had no previous relationship or experience with them, but I figured what the heck and sent them an email.About an hour later I received an email back from Bill Pearlman. He was so incredibly friendly and thorough. He answered all my questions and suggested we have a quick phone call to go over some of the finer details. Bill has been doing this for over 40 years and is just so knowledgeable about everything. I never felt like he was pushing me to spend more money, in fact quite the opposite. He actually suggested that I get the smaller carat size eternity band because he thought it would better compliment the engagement ring (he had me give him all the details on my fiances engagement ring).I would 100% recommend Pearlmans Jewelers to anybody looking for that special gift for a significant other. In a day and age where everybody has a guy or a hook-up let Pearlmans be yours; theyll be honest with you and youll definitely get the best pricing around. I was devastated when I lost a Scott Kay earring. I had the pair for over twenty years and wore them nearly every day. I recently purchased a beautiful diamond band from Pearlmans. I dont live locally, so the transaction was all online/through emails and Mr. Bill Pearlman himself was the one who helped me. The ring is gorgeous and perfect, the price I paid was more than fair, and whenever I look at it I will remember how lovely Bill is to talk to and how much fun the whole process was for me. I had heard that Pearlmans always goes above and beyond for their customers and I found that to be absolutely true! I hope I get the chance to work with Bill again someday. GET YOUR JELWERY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I bought a set of rings for $9,000 off their website that were new and a custom order. I picked them up in the store and Pearlmans gave me an appraisal for close to that. After getting it appraised somewhere else I found out they were almost worthless! I brought them back and they told me the same thing! After saying they would credit us $4500 towards a new set, we left the original set with them and paid the difference for a new set, only to have them call a few hours later to let us know that they were backing out of the deal. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
