Mr. Kelly helped me add two genie boxes to my account today it took about 10 minutes in total over the phone and when I got there he had them waiting for me neatly in a box curbside. I didnt even have to get out of my car. Thank you!!

Tracy was fantastic!! I was in panic mode because we were headed to our RV spot to tailgate for the LSU game & I discovered the receiver I purchased through eBay wouldnt work with my dish. I told him I was desperate to get my hands on a receiver that would. He didnt have to of coarse but he went out of his way & met me after hours to program & get me a receiver that would. Once I got it back to the RV he had me call him to get it set up. It is now 10:31pm on a Friday night & Im set for game day all because he chose to do what most people wouldnt. THANK YOU TRACY!!

Direct TV goes out in bad weather. Also, experienced rate increases without notification.
