$24 for an assembly line haircut? Glad I checked in online, then showed up on time, only to wait another 25 minutes. Enjoyed wiping the hair off my face, and applying the hair product myself...

The workers are very friendly and good at their job. With the pandemic going on, you feel comfortable having a haircut here cuz the face mask rule applies and the seats are arranged in such a way theyre observing social distancing.

Please first recognize and give a shout out to Mariah- the assistant manager. Mariah is also puts so much energy and passion into her hair cuts and the MVP experience. If you want a great scalp massage/temple massage during the Tea Tree Shampoo portion, she is the best in the business. Also when it comes to the shoulder massage machine as the end, this is next level. This is coming from somebody who goes through circuit training every morning rigorously and who also endured being rear ended by a distracted driver who was texting, so any additional targeted pain and pressure point relief is extremely helpful. Who needs to go to these Mario Tricoci salons where you spend $80 and barely get any above and beyond experience? Also please reach out and give praise to the awesome ownership at this location, and the field leader Stephanie who are beyond incredible. Please recognize these folks that truly go above and beyond. So many other hair salons rush the client in and out and dont put any passion or care into what they do. Sports Clips also is not the same at every location, it is not your run of the mill Chipotle experience where every place is identical. This location in Batavia is different. It comes from the leadership. Share this w/ corporate. Here this Sports Clips purely 100%, knocks it out of the park with a grand slam home run. Way to go guys! Im not sure what my stylists name was but she was very professional and polite. Will be returning to this location again, over 6 years of going here and not a bad experience!

I am not sure what is going on with this location, but it is deteriorating from time to time I come there. Today was the worst situation. I came in and there was no one in front and three girls working. Lucky me I thought, I will get my haircut in no time. However, one by one, girls finished their cuts and disappeared in the back. While I was waiting there was 3 more customers showed up. Here we were, 4 customers and no one and I mean no one working in the place.

Great haircuts, well worth the extra cost compared to the generic $7 places. The staff will save notes after each haircut for reference when you go back, which is very helpful. This store is well staffed and the wait isnt very long, even when it seems really busy.Make sure to use the online check-in, its the best innovation for haircutteries in years. Sports Clips is one of the best online check-in apps around.

Waited an hour for one of the quickest, worst haircuts Ive had in a long time. I got the MVP treatment but was in no way treated like such. The hairdresser didnt even dry my hair afterwards. No towel or hair dryer. Ridiculous. Never going back.

Ive been having Angela cut my hair for the last several months and have been extremely pleased. She pays a lot of attention to detail and my cuts look clean and sharp! Highly recommend her.

I used to be a regular customer. Both of my sons still go here. If you have a regular stylist and you can go in on non peak hours you can get a good cut for a reasonable price. Parents frequently bring in small children which causes chaos in the waiting area and staff does not interact in this area. You can call in your name or walk in to get on the list and come back later. If you dont know your stylist the quality of your cut can be a toss up. Also tricky to get into as you have to come in from the Trader Joe entrance on Fabyan Pkwy and navigate the grocery pedestrians.

I got my hair cut by Amber and I was very pleased with the cut. She has a lot of experiences and it shows.She is also a very sweet person. I highly recommend you go to Batavia Sports Clip and ask for Amber.

Worst hair cut. Completely incompetent. Martha managed to turn scissors on the top into a bad buzz cut. The only thing consistent here is the inconsistency of quality.

Wait times can be hit or miss, but Ive never left with a bad haircut. The stylists here know their stuff and are all wonderful.

I asked for a trim because I like to keep my hair long in the winter. Ended up with the worst haircut Ive had since 2001. Picture the hairline behind your ear...now imagine someone trimming a half inch above the hairline. You can see my scalp above my ear and it itches like crazy. This is no way to pick up new clientele. And to top it off my hair is short. I would never go back there.

Jenna is fantastic. This place is a well oiled machine. And Robert...soccer sucks. I wouldnt watch it, either.
