Was very disappointed in the service and the lack of profession and attention i received. Ive never wanted to cry so bad while in a salon, my services were NOT met whats so ever, i defiantly was ignored when asked what i wanted, and my request was not at all hard. Ive never been so let down and disappointed, sure its hair and it grows back, but it takes a while, and now im stuck being super unhappy and feeling un confidant. I was not suppose to leave looking like lord farquad from shreck…. 2 inches more than what i had asked for was taken off. The scissors were very close to my eye, i got snagged with the comb in the face, and the iron just about dropped on me…. The lady was nice but was super distracted. I cant even go have this fixed at all without it potentially ending up even shorter :( im very sad and unpleased. There needs to be more profession cleanliness, and better listening skills, the customer/client always comes first. I don’t understand how hard it is to fallow the instruction of, please take 2 inches off, even shown where i wanted it, when hair dies it lifts up appearing shorter, and thats why i showed where i wanted it because i had already known…….. maybe there needs to be a supervisor watching and listening. I also felt uncomfortable being stared at while on of the girls just stood there doing nothing… mirrors could have been wiped down. Things could have been sanitized floors being swept. Was there no work to be done.?As a cosmetologist you really have to pay close attention to ur client, the type of hair the have, and what they are asking for. If you as a stylist think you cant meet that. Have someone else do it. As for styling afterwords, thats was tragic :( i was washed with cold water….. and i left with my hair greasy flat and so badly styled, i had to come home and do it myself….. what if i had an event i planned on attending.? Im still just so un satisfied with my results… its now almost 3 inches shorter than what i had even asked for………

Service is usually very timely with appointment. Haircuts are fairly inexpensive but they do not include wash. Not anything in the way of atmosphere and some of the chairs are uncomfortable.

I have no pictures but I will say this is my grams place she has never complained about the service she receives and they are always available for a quick that day appointment she is in and out with a smile 😊

Girl chopped my hair, awful.

I was wearing a hoodie at the time I was getting my hair dyed. I asked her before she even started bleaching my hair should I take my hoodie off. Is it going to be an issue. She said no youre fine no need to worry. Come to find out when I got home theres a huge bleach spot on it. I loved the service they did to my hair but I was not very happy when I found out she bleached my clothing.

Not too long of a wait....well staffed. Friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices. The shop is clean and well maintained. The staff is up to date on current hairstyles. The location is convenient and easy access for wheelchairs. No appointments necessary walk- ins welcome. Specials on certain days. Styles for men, women, and children.

I love Steves for haircuts. They get it perfect everytime! I am a little wary of their eyebrow waxing services, but their attentiveness and care during my hair appointments is very impressive! The wait is always short (if theres any at all!) and the prices are always reasonable. Many thanks to Steves for many great haircuts!

Stopped in between classes for a quick cut as I had a meeting later in the afternoon. Thankfully it wasnt too busy and I was seen immediately.They have discount days listed on their website and I was able to save a few bucks because of this.

I’m new to the area but was so happy when I tried Steve’s Styles. The service was great and I was happy with my cut. I recently took my 3 year old son in for his first haircut ever. The stylist was amazing with him and he laughed through the whole experience and wasn’t the least bit phased by the whole experience. He kept telling people for days afterward all about his haircut. Going back again soon for another service.

Went on a Saturday and it was busy, but plenty of stylists and got my haircut quickly. Stylist was pleasant and did a great job!

I have been going here for years. I had a very unfortunate experience with a different hair cutting place years and years ago, and they were ab;e to fix it and make me feel so great about myself. I work in the same plaza, and even on days I dont see them, theyre always extremely positive, friendly, and talented. They have made my self confidence rise so much and they are all very skilled. They dont charge more than 20 dollars and every single time ive ever explained what type of haircut Ive wanted, theyve nailed it and made me feel great. I will forever be a lifetime steve styles customer!!

I will never go to Steves again, my hair was almost to my behind and I told the girl to take 3 inches off, by the time I was done hair was to my shoulders. When I complained she told me no extra charge for the extra inches.
