She went above and beyond to make us feel important. She is very knowledgeable about all types of hair and Great Kutz product line. Answered any questions. Heather is truly an artist!! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our haircuts and my daughters highlights ...PERFECTION!! She is definitely an A+ hairdresser! We found our new Salon!!

Caryn was absolutely amazing! She knew I was nervous as it had been so long since my hair was cut, so she made sure to keep asking before cutting any shorter. Natalie is AMAZING! She will take the time to see what you are looking to do and does miracles with hair! At a different salon I had a bad experience and was nervous to try anything with my hair but her confidence and knowledge was all I needed to try something new and I’m so glad that I did! Her polite and courteous manner is standard and she truly cares about what she does, which translates into her work. You will not be disappointed!

Can’t brag enough about this place Natalie/owner did an amazing job on my hair cut/color.. explained everything she was doing and using...what would be the best to use.. wasn’t trying to “sell” me just genuinely wanted me to know what was best for my hair ... She did an AMAZING job and made me very comfortable, it was a great experience and will definitely be going again and again!

Natalie is the best hair dresser I’ve ever had and I’ve been through a lot of hair dressers! She’s very up to date with techniques, uses clean products, and knows what works best with my hair. Her salon, Great Kutz is very clean, reasonable prices, and friendly staff!

Natalie is the best at what she does. She always asks questions, whether its about the temp of the water, if the apron is choking, etc. Every step of the haircut shes asking about length, always checking with me to ensure this is what I want. She is very knowledgeable and addresses my concerns for fine or thin hair. She does great when cutting my bangs. Never are they too short or too long. Thanks Natalie!!

I should’ve known better to take my daughter to this place. Her first haircut as she’s entering kindergarten I showed the hairstylist a picture of what I wanted my daughter walked out with crooked hair no layers whatsoever and now I will take her somewhere much better. They messed up my hair months ago I should’ve known better !!!!!a child’s hair is simple trim not that hard if you came uneven too awful uneven layers I would post a picture but it is that bad I should’ve known better to take my daughter to this place.I DO NOT recommend this place !!!!!Lady are nice but there work is not good

I came in with hair mid way down my back and asked for a trim Megan showed me what she was going to take off which was only 1-2 inches came out with hair above my shoulders!! Do not recommend this place! I had to go to another salon to have the layers fixed as they were not even. I knew better than to go to my regular salon it was spur of the moment and wanted to trim off some dead ends. Never again will I go back

In all my 49 years of life, this was the worst haircut I ever received. When I respectfully expressed my dissatisfaction I was refunded my money and was told to NEVER come back. What kind of customer service is that?!?!?! The stylist did not listen to my request and cut my hair with lightening speed and now I look absolutely hideous. Instead of the shoulder length hair I requested, I now have chin length hair. The only positive thing I can say about the place is that it seemed to be clean.

Megan knows her way around my beard like few others.

I get a pretty simple haircut. Its a small variation of a basic mens cut. The hair dresser asked me what I wanted and I told her. She proceeded to completely ignore my requests and give me a (poor) cookie-cutter mens haircut. I gave her $20 on a $13 cut and left. I will not be returning.
