I am highly disappointed with my experience. I requested the powder dip nails however the tech seemed highly unskilled with this type of manicure. They were too thick, too wide at the ends, and there were areas that were missed altogether. She also missed steps of the manicure.I pointed these flaws out to the tech and she grabbed my hand and firmly put it back on the table and told me to be still. I informed her I was unhappy and she began to mumble Vietnamese under her breath. I could not get out of there quick enough.

I saw Ann for a mani/pedi. She was right on time, made suggestions for my toenail polish, and did a beautiful and natural looking dip manicure. Love it!

Excellent nail and customer service. Their prices are great and they are very thorough with their services and make you feel great!!!

They did a couple little extras trying to do the job right that other places have not done.

HEADS UP: they do not accept cards at all. Cash only.After going to the same nail salon for 13 years. Them always hurting my heel or my slight ingrown big toe nails. I gave up when they remodeled and went up $10. Even when i would bring my own nail polish color and clear coat. First visit to Kims. No pain. No mess up. Love my nails. Waited a few minutes but i was put straight in a chair for my feet. Then was tag teamed. Feet and hands done at same time. Love it. Told Kim herself i will definitely be back.

Had a great manicure by Rose. My first time going and I will definitely be back . She was super sweet and made sure I was happy with my shape, color, and how they looked before she let me leave .

The gentleman did my nails and he did amazing job. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. They cleaned EVERYTHING between clients and my wait time was only 10-15 min and the owner apologized for letting me wait a little.I will definitely come back

I have been here before and the service was great then too. The ladies are all very nice and friendly. My daughter loved it. Have to remember that it is cash or check only before you go.

I love ms. rose. she was very sweet and nice, but my nails are destroyed. any other time i’ve gotten acrylics from any other place i have never ever had this problem. they were way too hard on my nails with the tools that i got onycholysis. basically it’s the painless detachment of my nail detaching from my nail bed. i’m currently at the doctor to make sure it has nothing to do with iron deficiency, and that it was just the tools fault. but i’m very disappointed.

Love, love this place ❤️. Ms. Rose is awesome but so is the rest of the staff. They make you feel like family. Great service, I get the dip and it lasts until my next visit. Reasonably priced. Remember to take cash. I won’t go anywhere else.

Now that I have time to leave a review... yeah I do not recommend this place at all to anyone. They difficult to deal with. Plus I think most of these positive reviews are fake becuz they were nothing like the ppl they are saying they are. So save your time and your money and pass them up. I been here 3-5 times and all negative experiences. So I gave them the chance before I decided to post what I experienced with them.

After waiting for 30 mins, I was skipped and new walk-in was taken. I did ask before hand if the tech I was waiting for had any appointments so I could know to wait without any delays. But then I was told I was skipped becuz tech had an appointment. I left feeling un-welcomed. 🥺No one apologized nor was I offered to be assigned another tech. They just left me sitting there. Very awkward and till now I don’t know what I said or did to have caused them to behave this way towards me.The person I speak of says her name is Rose and is the owner I think, she is the one who I speak of.“Rose, you should treat all your customers equally regardless of their race, religion, age and/or status. That is true professionalism in the business. I only hope you never make anyone feel the way you made me feel.And for that reason I write this review with hopes that you will learn not to hurt people you dislike for your own personal petty reasons.”God bless

My wife get her nails done here every couple of weeks and loves the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you visit here, try to remember that they do not accept credit cards.

Don’t go! That’s all I can say. Girl was on phone most of time and did not even greet me hello while she was on phone. Then the massage was almost nothing and none on the feet.

I love this place!! They always do a great job & they are so nice!!

Nice ladies and when I went there wasnt a wait. They looked clean except for the cup holders on the pedicure chairs which were pretty dirty. The equipment they were using looked old but it looked like they cleaned their stuff. Overall a good pedicure with an average price. Nothing special. They dont take cards which sucks fortunately they took my check because who carries around cash?

The owner of this salon is not a very nice person. Not sure why but while I was there she was talking in Korean about me. I pretended not to notice. I will never return. Its unfortunate because I really liked Anna the girl that did my pedicures when I went there.

Like Rose, but the other two workers fell short of quality work. I had been going for years, the last three times were not good. I went in on my last visit to get a pedi, and mani. They were busy so I made an appointment for later in the day. I restructured my day for them. Got there on time and after waiting 20 more minutes walked out. I called Rose told her how disappointed I was, and told her I wont be back. She said the girl put my name down but failed to include her own name. Im thinking, there are three working 6 customers, which one did she think was going to do mine at my appointment?

Was NOT impressed at all!!! Went for a pedicure and water had to be emptied and refilled twice before it didn’t feel like ice water, then the lady threw the additive on my foot. The lady doing the work was horrible. Felt like she was pulling out my cuticle rather than cutting and pulling. I told her NOT to touch my pinky since I don’t have much of a nail. She cut my “dot” of a nail off leaving a hole, and painting the INSide of my skin as well as on my skin. The work overall was horrible: rough skin, poor massage, and poor nail cut. Will not be back!!!!

I didnt get acknowledged when I came in for at least five minutes. I got a pedi and medi. One man started my pedi but never come back to paint my nails, a lady about ten minutes later comes and finishes my pedi. She then does my mani and I was not happy with my nails. I wouldnt suggest them honestly or maybe I just went on a bad day.

Place is cheap, you get what you pay for. I don’t get my nails done often so this never bothered me when visiting this salon before but I will never return after my last visit. I wasn’t going to leave a nasty review but people need to know how terrible and unsanitary this place is.Staff was rude, were obviously speaking negatively about me in their native language because I required clarification as to where to sit (I have cognitive problems due to neurological illness). I’m not petty so I didn’t say anything about this but it was very clear how unwelcome and disliked I was for this. If that wasn’t bad enough, the tech was sloppy and did a terrible job. She cut the cuticle on my right thumb so badly that it continued to bleed the entire time. Albeit she attempted to clean the cut and stop the bleeding several times, she was unsuccessful, which visibly annoyed her. She became so frustrated that she threw a cotton swab behind her on the floor after it was used to stop blood. Disgusting and rude. She did not apologize to me once. I tipped her my change out of convenience & politeness but I will not be back. These catty old women will sooner insult you than do a halfway decent job on your nails.2 months later update: my cuticle became infected from the bad cut. two months later and it still looks bad. been putting antibiotic on it but wow. DO NOT GO HERE.
