I went in for a simple manicure and toe nail polish. After sitting for 25 minutes waiting and watching 2 employees talk and ignore they had a customer I got up and left. Why would you not want more business? Ive always been pleased with the service I got here over many years. Unfortunately I wont be going there again.

This is the best nail salon! They are very clean use sanitized instruments. Have every color you could imagine to choose from. Employees are very welcoming and friendly. They do a great job. Have special liners in the pedicure bowls. They also offer brow waxing as well.

I started going to B Nails off and on earlier this year. I’ve been going back regularly over the past few months and just started getting my nails done regularly again. Tom’s done my nails in the past and Phong has done them most recently. Always great work! I’m SUPER picky about my nails and Phong is amazing!

I had an excellent experience tonight. It was my first visit to Bs nails and I was pleased.

Have been going to this salon for 12 years, three owners. Recently, while the staff is good, even with an appointment for my granddaughters and I, we were kept waiting for an hour and 15 mn. Finally, I spoke out as people who came in after us were being taken. It seems that if you are getting a basic color change on toes and acryics, the owner will skip over you if someone is getting a more expensive service. Theyll lose their bread and butter clients... havent been back. Phong and Truk always did a great job.

Husband and I go here often and always have a wonderful experience. Today not so much. Got a mani pedi yesterday after choosing a gel color off the wall and the colors in the set dont match. Went back to get correct color on fingers thinking she accidentally grabbed the wrong bottle heading to the manicure table but still got a different color. It didnt even match the color on the bottle. When I pointed it out the younger girl said the number was the same (it was) then shellac. I guess that causes a color change? I think the product is off but I guess if the number is correct we shouldnt trust our eyes. In photo toes are the correct color. They use a different bottle(non shellac) for toes. Stay away from DC94 if you want the same color on both toes and fingers.

The new owner of the place has changed this nail salon so much, feels like home. Thank you Tom for the great service and vibes. Will be back in 2 weeks!

Everybody is so friendly, and they do such an amazing job. Also their dip selection is huge! I’m not sure why I haven’t been coming here the whole time! I will definitely be going back!

Absolutely love the atmosphere. If you’re in the mood to chat, then your technician will happily chat, if you’re not in the mood, then it’s all business; up to you! Clean and friendly. Dealing with the Covid19 crisis as best they can- must wear a mask, temperature check and wash hands upon entering. Fair prices and my mani pedi is SPRING PERFECT!

I love going to B Nails. They were super slammed today but it didnt have an effect on my treatment. Tom is always attentive to his customers and makes sure that his other employees are as well. My dip polish always lasts at least three weeks.

Not what it used to be. They do not have a system for ordering customers so you could wait an hour while someone else walks in and immediately gets serviced. Also, the quality of service has gone down. They used to be precise and thorough - now my nails look like they were done at home.

Visited this place 11/03. The manicurist were very nice and welcoming. My nails look great. I messed my big toe up on the way out, I was in a hurry to get my daughter, but I they did a great job.

New owner in the process making changes. Hes really friendly funny and down to earth. My first set of dipped nails and im in luv.

Went in today for the first time and I will DEFINITELY be back!! Staff went above and beyond! I have been to several different nail salons and this place takes the cake! I can not say enough good things about them! Tom and Keeva did an amazing job!!!! Thank you both!

I do indeed like Bs nails. They however are NOT open on Sundays as they are advertised on their door, and on Google web site.

Tom at B-Nails is the absolute best for any services you want done with your nails!! Highly recommend him to anyone!

I went years ago and was not happy so stopped going. I heard good reviews again so thought Id try it again because its so close. I will never go again. Tom, the new owner, butchered my cuticles! I left with 6 fingers that had been cut to bleeding. A day later, they still look awful and hurt. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They were friendly however 3 people didn’t know what I wanted done. She dipped my nails and had several faded spots. They were uneven and not the length I asked for. My kids thought I bought them and glued them on myself so that tells you how bad they looked. Won’t be going back.

I am a regular customer and get consistent, excellent service. If I ever have an issue, I let them know and it is addressed immediately and resolved satisfactorily.

First time in and will go back. Tom made a point to know my name and made a point to engage and ask at each step if I was happy with the job. Got a mani and a pedi. Would have liked some more massaging for hangs and feet. There was a little for feet but nothing for hands or arms. Even offer a deluxe if not standard. Mani and Pedi trips are my relaxing getaway and I looked to be pampered.

I came in on Saturday to get a regular acrylic full set with tips. Well let’s say i walked out more than impressed. First the shop has done major cosmetic updates. There is a new owner who is up to date on what is current as far as nail air design. Like i said i wanted acrylic but the owner Tom informed me that dip was better. He talked to me about and informed me what it was. I tried it for the first time and I’m in love with the way my nails turned out. I’m soo happy they are under new management.

If I could give this salon a negative review, I would. I could have done a better pedicure/manicure blindfolded!!! The gel polish also looks horrible. They were not busy at all and rushed through the entire process. I would not recommend this salon unless you want crappy work. Kevins Nails is by far the best Ive been to.

Tom does an amazing job with dip powder! I’ve tried several other places in the area, but have found none other that can compare to the customer service and quality that I receive here!

This is the only place I go to get a manicure and pedicure. Im always pleased with their work and they are polite and affordable.

My mother went to this shop to get her nails done and she dropped a bottle of nail polish on accident of course. My mother picked up the large pieces of glass and throws them away and when she turns around the owner brought a plastic bag over to the spill and says she brought the plastic bag over for my 60 year old mother to get down on her knees to clean up the spill. My mother cleaned the spill up and offered to pay for the polish. My mother left without getting anything done because she was humiliated! I will never spend my hard earned dollar at this establishment! I suggest you do not either!

I have been 3 times and every time I go I leave asking WHY did I go again....took 1:45minto get a shellac polish change that cost me $20....Never Again...would not recommend...It took two people and one instructor...😢
