We all had a wonderful time.Clean place from start to finish. Clean tools, tub liners, new towels, and pumice stones. I watched as they sprayed down and cleaned the whole chair in between customers.Very friendly customer service, we got in right away and brief wait time as the prepped.Would definitely recommend this place over the others in the area.

I’m very torn about leaving this review because the customer service at this salon is wonderful. The staff is very kind, clean, and professional. They also always sanitize their tools and stations. However, their no chip and dip manicures don’t last anywhere near as long as they should.I made sure to give this salon multiple chances… I went maybe 10 times and asked to see different techs, thinking maybe the quality would improve depending on who did my nails, but it didn’t.The no chip only lasts around 5 days. The dip manicure cracked after a week, which I’ve never experienced before with previous salons.When my dip nails cracked, I called and asked the tech to repair them, and she was VERY sweet and apologetic.The customer service here is not the problem- they’re very nice and accommodating, but it seems like they’re using cheap/thinned products.I wanted this to be my new salon, but unfortunately I won’t be returning.

My partner and I found this place on a whim and I am 100% in love!! My acrylic full set came out exactly as the picture I showed, and my nail tech was nice and professional, and took his time to make my set how I wanted it. My partner got a classic manicure (his first ever) and he also was very satisfied. I will definitely be returning to this nail salon.

Had have great service for the last two years that I have been coming here. The problem is that their polish doesn’t last as long as it should. No chip lasts 5 days abs pedicure less than 2 weeks. I started bringing my own nail polish and top coat and those do last solid 2-3 weeks. I feel like they are watering down their products. Looking for a new place.

Horrible!!! In 10 days, 4 nails broke!! I returned for a repair and was treated ignorantly and charged for a sloppy job. I’m new to the area and would have been a regular customer but never again! Don’t waste your time

Very rude because they had a lot of people come in when we were there. (Even though we had appointments set up.) Didn’t do what my sister wanted and these were her wedding nails, they looked very bad and complained to her that they didn’t have time to redo.. and when my sister wanted to leave and take off the nails they became nice and said they’ll redo them??? But she left. Also my moms nails and mine had the dip done and they completely ruined our nails by filing them down so much with the electric filing tool that another salon told me my nails are uneven and fragile (and whoever did the dip nails did them wrong). Oh and the woman assisting me made me bleed five times and blamed me for the nails and skin. Also they had dead bugs all over the floor. Overall a bad experience and won’t be back. *** This was months ago, in September****

I had a great experience at nail care! Tracy was so sweet & did a great job. My nails look fantastic and so do my eyebrows! I will definitely be going back. I will also be referring others to this nail salon!! (Would love to post a picture of my nails but cant figure out how to do so! Sorry.)

This place is great! All techs are meticulous especially Jessica. Tons of colors and short waiting times. Very professional. 7 days a week makes it very convenient.

I recently just came to nail care & the costumer service was VERY BAD very rude I came in got my nails some didn’t like them asked can I come get them fixed & They DID NOT want to Fix Them Nor give me my money back then I got banned from being up there for asking for my money back Very RUDE nails were very bulky & uneven they Didn’t even lay my foundation right I asked for no chip She gave me regular polish . Then told me no chip was $20 extra but long nails & coffin cut was &10 extra . I don’t not recommend going here because they are also very unsanitary. They cough in peoples faces & sneezed in mine TWICE might have HIGH risk of corona staff were in China within the last month

Love this nail spa! So clean, staff is really great, efficient, profesinal. They easily handly any nail problem brought to them. And their work is the best! I am 70+, have gone to a lot of nail salons, this one is a gem and with reasonable fees and a wonderful rewards program, I am now a devoted customer.

I had a no-chip manicure by Holly. Ive never had a no-chip last two weeks on my hands. Tomorrow is four weeks, and my nails look great... except for the outgrowth. I will be returning there this week!

The pedicure was only ok. My callouses still feel hard and I asked her if she was going to massage my toes and I think she didnt understand me because she assured me she knew what needed to be done and then proceeded to put my shoes on and apply the polish. At that point it seemed to late to try to make my point so I left disappointed. But she did a french on my toes and they look nice. I probably wouldnt go back for the full pedicure. And she really tried to sell me the deluxe spa pedicure at the beginning and that was a bit annoying.

There is nothing to like about this place. I saw no sanitization of any of the equipment it took 2 hours to get 2 no chip manicures. It was not busy. Our manicures are bubbled and uneven. They made both of us bleed. They are shaped wrong. It took way too long and have no idea what they are doing. Worst experience ever.

They made me sit down at the pedicure chair instead of just waiting and I sat there for 20 minutes with my shoes off- feet in an empty tub. no one turned the water on. When they did it was cold and no bubbler. She tried to talk me into an eyebrow wax (all I wanted was pedi) then tried to talk me into a deluxe $40 pedicure-And she was pushy about it...not giving up.I wouldnt go back. At least my toes looked good though.

This place is a joke, I went in to get fake eyelashes on and the owner Tracy of the place asked me if that was all, and I said yes , it was the day of my baby shower, she then said they didnt have time to do that and I said ok thank you and before I left she said to wait they could do it. After SHE did them she charged me $35.00 for fake eyelashes that come off the next day, thats the price of getting your nails done not getting fake eyelashes that only last a day. Unbelievable she really did that on purpose and its also my fault for not looking at the charge until I got into my car and left. I never went back, I went once with my mom and I was going to get my nails done but I remembered what she did to me and I would never in a million years spend money at her nail salon again. SHE RIPPED ME OFF AND I HAVE TOLD MANY PEOPLE AND MANY FRIENDS I went to high school with her son too. So I know a bunch of people, worst customer service iv ever had. Every other place iv called does fake eyelashes for $10 the owner ripped me off and it was unbelievable I would never recommend this place

Went in for a full set. I had to tell her to fix my nails several times and barely did anything. Acrylics are bumpy. The polish does not look good either. Nails are bulky and dont look anything like how I wanted. Dont recommend!

No chip and pedi - with salt scrub (thanks cindy) everything was great!

I do not recommend this place first time I went there I paid $40 for a no chip full set I loved it .Second time I went back for the same thing she charged me $ 45, $5 more than the first time my nails look like a disaster the nail is not even stick to the acrylic nail and have a nasty gap in between my nails.

Im visiting from out of town and they couldnt fix a long nail!!!!
