Rental was dirty on arrival. Although listed as smoke free the downstairs bathroom reeked of weed. Furniture was old and worn out. Half the lightbulbs didn’t work. Remotes had battery acid damage and didn’t work with new battery replacements. Charged for existing damage to the rental when we left.I understand your view. Thanks for the valuable lesson in property rental to record a walk through of the building upon arrival. I didn’t think of doing so do to the general dilapidated state of so many things upon arrival I was trying instead to make the best of it for the family. Well lesson learned to no longer trust.

The rental agency was so responsive, answered emails with in hours. Hill top house was clean, great location and a great value/spaciousand comfortable. We will return.

We stayed at Bayside Hideaway for a few relaxing days. It was cozy, thoughtfully decorated,a true retreat. The water views of the bay from the large windows in the living/dining room were so beautiful. The bed was comfy with high end linens and soft pillows.The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances.The bathrooms were pristine with lots of hot water and great water pressure.We could not have asked for a nicer place to recharge.
