Not the best. After the new management came on, Cleaners havent been doing their jobs, Maintenance isnt around anymore and the office is almost never opened. They say mon-fri but thats a lie. I have rude neighbors and have called about them. Its been almost a week and no response. Do yourself a favor and check somewhere else.

These people are extremely rude and when we call they never pick up and when my family calls to turn down the heat they say “tomorrow is going to be 50 degrees and we are really busy bye”when I got off the phone with those people my family marched down to that pig pen the said you might as well moved so we did and living outside is better then living in herePS.never come here with your kids my son died from here so take my word and do not come here

Not the best. I felt very unsafe. The people up front were very rude. I took in my drink because I am diabetic and my sugar was low. I was told I had to either throw it away or put it in my car. I explained that I took a cab and had nowhere to put it, the man said not his problem. Once we got to the back it was much nicer and calmer and the staff was very nice. Be prepared to be searched by police and metal detectors.

Like any other social services place it will be slow because most of society needs assistance, I wish it could be better for us. Anyways the hours are completely wrong, no social service place is going to be open from 9am till 8pm. There hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Also the housing department although is only open til 330pm. Thanks

They are timely with appointments and clean,not a lot of notice from cell phones.

Staff have always been very nice. I havent been in there for anything, but counseling updates for my son. They are very attentive to what you need

Ive been there 3 times in a week for housing and Ive never been there longer than 15 minutes with is mind-blowing because Ive never been any less than2-hq4 hin ANY Social Services.I just wish the staff didnt act so miserable be grateful in todays Economy,they even have a job at all

I was raised saying yes sir & no sir. The worker was just plain old nasty. No exasperation on her face like I did something bad to her. I think it was because I was white to tell you the truth.The worker that had my girlfriend told her that her food would be on her card in the morning. Me , I had to wait til the end of the week. We are both disabled & are living in a little truck. We have been eating 2 times a week.She needs to live like this for 1 day.She was told all the things that we are going thru. I went back in & was told that there was a back up on the stamps. They didnt know what to say when I told them my girlfriends outcome.Im sorry to say but in this age in drumcastle if your white you better get lucky on the worker you get.Kevin J. Schell

I wish they would install a visual numeric system similar to SSA or DMV. Its insane listening to people screaming out numbers and you have to figure out which window youre to report to.

The place is crowded. The government workers here alway seem miserable. I do not like coming here.

I requested not to be put back on energy assistance because the bill was extremely high, yet I was placed on it again and now I dont even turn on the heat to try to keep the bill low and its still over $400 so now the bad situation has gotten even worse!!!
