This place is lazy dont want to answer calls. They want to only get one side of a story. Believe the non custodial parent over the legal guardian. It is sad that I have to defend myself, and prove I have tried every avenue with the non custodial parent to allow him to see his kid. But wouldnt give me a number to call and check on my kid. I have not gotten a payment since January 30 2021. Nothing since then or has anyone reached out to me to make me aware of the steps they are taking to get the money I am owed! Like answer the phone and talk with someone more then 3 minutes

This agency never answers your call. My case was closed after I submitted a application and I just so happened to find out through another agency!! Gov’t really needs to check in on them! Wasted funding

Is there a way to reach a human? Ive been calling for weeks... I have an interstate case, so applying online or making an appt are not an option. Even my caseworker from my state cant seem to get a response. Different times of day, same thing, hours on hold and no answer.. their call back feature is a joke, no one calls back, send an email in through their customer service feature, no response. Theyve been sitting on an arrears case and not enforcing it for over 3 months... Im not even sure what to do anymore...

Im so tired of these agencies who hire those with no customer service skills. Also why is it that dcse suspend drivers license quickly but when 6 or more consecutive payments are paid,it takes umteen days or months to get your license back to active status.🤷🏾‍♀️

I live in NC and have to call up there when something goes wrong. On numerous occasions Ive had to call back to have someone do what another person didnt do. Thae fact that I have to repeatedly call while they continue to take money from me until they get it right is so wrong.

Theres a kid in another state whos mother was sleeping with her cable guy while I was deployed with the military and somehow got me registered as the father when I have proof I was in another country for 2 years surrounding the conception and birth of the child, but they dont care about the facts, evidence, or how they destroy peoples lives. This is a collection agency with government backing who forces you to pay regardless of what you make or what situation youre in, and even when you make payments and follow their policies they suspend your license, garnish your wages, and try to throw you in jail. I can prove the child isnt mine and Im still paying $1200 a month, and when I try to get a hold of anyone at the office I get automated systems or put on hold until I give up. What happened to a fair system? Is this what I risked my life to protect for a decade in the military? Its organizations and policies like this that make me realize our freedom is just an illusion and our country has gone down the drain.

The system is all screwed up they allow the noncustodial parent to be untruthful and give whatever for evidence when owes so much in arrears. The judges arent fair in cases thats reason how a lot of these men and women get away from paying support. Whats the point of having child support. The courts need to do a better job on how handle cases.

Calling in, they have an attitude. Going down there they act as if its there money. Not friendly, and their body language shows it. You disliking your job has nothing to do with me. The staff is ignorant, lazy and useless. Nothing gets accomplished. Just a bunch of hurry up and wait. They make it easy for the deadbeat parent meanwhile youre struggling to support your child

Worst place ever !Do nothing to help you , my case started off with the absent parent arranged at 2,000 now it’s 100,000.The kids are grown now !!!And I open this case when they were toddlers .Thanks for nothing lazy !?$&

Help here is not supportive . They are misusing funds to promote human trafficking. They are not helping collect support for me or my children. They are charge with larceny and racketeering. No star at all close them downTodayWe paying them and they keep closing my case and helping my ex husband be abusive to us.

Pathetic, call center is a waste Im a class a truck driver and September 2017 them law states they must give 120 day notice before suspension never no notice plus cant suspend licenses if impeding in employment, which they do not care missed ones month of child support get a call from job saying Im fired because license is suspended, call child support they will contact you in 24-48 hours 10 days later license still suspended nobody called or no letter ghetto customer service women when u call getting smart like u owe them smh
