If I could give this agency 0 stars, I would. My sister with Cerebral Palsy was transferred here shortly after the Covid-19 pandemic started. During this time, she was not allowed to attend any day programs or outings in the community due to “the Virus” when CDC protocols, social distancing, and mask wearing can all be accomplished while going out. The caregivers do not seem to care about the clients, merely a paycheck, as my sister was given tons of cheap/fast processed foods as her main source of nutrition. And with the holidays coming up, we’ve been told she must be confined to her apartment due to the virus once again, how can you not expect isolation and loneliness to not negatively impact someone, especially someone with special needs?

My Sister has stayed there for almost a year waiting for DDA. She was sent there from the psych ward at Baltimore Washington Hospital. We did not choose this place. They are very unprofessional. Please do not send your love one there, We were constantly fussing with them about the care of my sister. They promise to do better but they dont. worst run organization ever. They really need to be shut down. The day program consist of the clients just sitting around watching tv. The manager is a liar. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I GIVE THEM NO STARS AT ALL.

I didnt feel no hospitality at all when I was there.
