Mondawmin Mall location! Had to drop off paper work last minute 8/23/21. Was pleasantly surprised by the customer service here. Front desk, Security and Check in persons where all friendly and professional. Covid restrictions all in place!! Everything looked clean. I did have a problem with NO AIR conditioning! That’s a concern ( FIX IT!). My worker was Mrs.Wise, she was very welcoming and understanding of my issues with the NCP lack of payments and she took her time to walk back and forth checking on my case, she also checked in with her supervisor who did not give us a hard time either!! I can honestly say I am pleased with the professionalism of this staff. Baltimore City gets a bad rep. ALOT! So I decided to shot out this office for doing a stand up job and to be honest not what I expected. MRS.WISE! Keep being great, I appreciate you guys!

I have been calling and calling for a month , I hear the same thing every day. Your case is on the supervisor desk , I’m gonna be fired at the end of the week if my license is not fixed , how do y’all think I’m supposed to make payments with no job , it’s paid , I think they should take the power of suspension away .... it’s not ok and it no excuses .... y’all all should be fired. You don’t help nobody , u ruin people’s lives and you don’t care .. calling a lawyer. Tired

My check was mailed to my previous address, I sent in a stop payment form with a tracking number. its been over 2 months now and still havent gotten the money. its been hell getting to speak with a representative and when you finally do, they are not helpful. They said someone will call me back but nobody did.If i can give a zero star, I would have.

I have been trying to call and email this place since October and still haven’t got an answer.Now I’m receiving a letter from ss saying that In compliance.This place is a mess.

They keep suspending my license wrongfully do to computer malfunctions this time I was pulled over and charged with driving on suspended license and they simply told me that the computer did it even tho I’m making all payments on time and it’s an computer error and I have to go to court now and they simply are saying my bad

They never return your call, and when you call your on hold for hrs just to get nowhere

My experience with management very unprofessional, allowing staff members to act in their own authority. I had Kimberly Davis and Ms. N. Thomas “manager” attempting to enforce against my Divorce Decree.Where Child Support is already Order, with no Case Manager or Judge. Ms. Thomas was very misleading trying to convince that she has authority over the Circuit Court and legal qualification.Now no-one wants to take responsibility, told my issues would be sent to the legal department. I’m still waiting.Kim Davis fraudulently reported arrears, which went to my credit report, now I have to go through the process of having this removed.* I would rate my overall experience a ZERO, however, 1 is the lowest I can rate it.

I have been revoked from getting a licence because mva say child support reported no payments being made. When I have been paying consistently since 04/2018. It seems the payment can rise on time but payments are not being posted on time.Now I have to take off and obtain a letter from child support and the go back to mva and try again. So wether you pay or not they will still treat you like a dead beat. ALL DADS ON CHILD SUPPORT ARE NOT DEAD BEATS. PLEASE KNOW THAT.

I applied for tca for my kids on april 10,2019. I was told to comply,which I did,and child support never got around to my application..so I was denied. So here I just reapplied on the 10th of this month, and I keep calling and calling. And they still havent pulled my application..it frustrates me because Ivedone what I was suppose to do,yet Im still waiting for an application to be pulles,and a compliance letter to be sent. I had to have called at least 50 times since last month.

I dont understand how I have been turning in paperwork for 2 years about whether or not my child has been receiving tca. Turned it in a has yet to hear anything back. I call everyday because I turned it in again a month and half ago. Still nothing they find every reason to just npt give answers or produce any thing that would even resemble some one working on it.

I filled out an application online on August 10 and here it is August 24 and they still haven’t Process my application I shouldn’t have to go down there if they have the services on line for people to do what is the point of an online application if you just end up having to go down there to see why your application hasn’t been processed in the first place and then when you call the number they can’t tell you anything over the phone except for to go down there and things will get process more quickly

They wouldnt give me the information that I needed. Seems like the female workers there are all against the custodial parent!!!!! Two thumbs down!!!!!👎👎

If I could give them 0 stars I would they a ridiculous I been asking for someone to call me back for MONTHS AND NOTHING my daughters father is $27,000 in the rears and nothing has happened hes working and its reported and this case worker is allowing him to pay only $5 payments every month when hes suppose to pay $306 as soon as I get a day off Im going right up there and I wanna speak to SUPERVISORS AT THIS POINT

Three weeks and three requests and still never returned my call.
