I knew I would be moving to Baltimore from another state in August so I contacted this real state agency in March to see if they can help me look for places. I told them Im making a trip to Baltimore in May and asked if it would be possible to look at rental apartments at that time. Brianna Quinn responded assuring me that it is possible and that I should contact her a week or two before my trip to make an appointment. I made travel arrangements and contacted her two weeks before my trip. At that time she was unwilling to help me saying we cannot look for places in May that would be available for rent in August (even though two months prior she said it would be possible)! I told her I still want to look at places that are available during my travel time to get a feel for the area and see apartment structures in Baltimore (many apartments have dozens of units so looking at one helps decide if one wants to be a tenant there or not). She replied by saying she doesnt want to waste my time and passed me to Christina Griffin hoping the second agent could help me.I contacted Christina via email and had a phone conversation with her. She seemed happy to help me at first, told me she will be looking at places and choose some for me to look at when I arrive at Baltimore. I didnt hear from her after that so I called her when I was in Baltimore and left her a message, never received a response from her.This behavior is unprofessional and is a signof poor customer service.Im glad I could find a suitable place to rent on my own within 3 days of my arrival in Baltimore.I advise potential customers not to waist their time with this agency.

He was right. In the end, you are entitled to so many laws in your favor and Bob knew this. Otherwise, we have been able to lean on Bob for many referrals for random needs such as Mortgage Co., plumber, etc. He’s truly an ace and someone I trust and recommend.

I was absolutely impressed with everything the Bob Wiley group, and Jacob in praticular have done for me. I loved working with Jacob. He was always prompt and punctual for showings which i very much appreciated, but he was also very friendly, professional, energetic, and honest. It was very clear that he worked very hard, as i was not an easy person to please with many needs and wants on my list for a new place to rent in a city i dont know. Jacob went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of any normal duty of any real estate broker ive ever worked with.
