Make sure you don’t enter 5 minutes before they open or you will get yelled at. Even though they unlocked the doors because the lady at the front desk said she didn’t feel like getting up to keep unlocking the doors. You feel more like an inconvenience than anything else, especially if It is your first time.

I went in for a testosterone blood panel and I had my baby with me; the staff was super cool and fast...from sign in to walking out, maybe 8 minutes. Lol...the phlebotomist was very skilled; hit a vein first stab with no pain.

Got my daughters blood work done. Its been a week and the doctor still havent gotten the results from them.

My,lab technician was Adia.She,was very professional and friendly.Adia,was very patient as well it took me awhile to do my drug test for employment today and her friendliness and professionalism,made my visit pleasant.

This location is nice and clean, however Im of age and I feel if Im coming to your place of BUSINESS I like to be spoken to in a professional manner.Please dont say to the customer (call) their name come in here, how much better and professional it sounds to say Mr./Ms./Mrs. Would you please come have a seat please, sign your name on this cup for me please, not put your name on this cup.Im NOT one of your children, family members, girl friends buddys!

Zero stars the front person has horrible personality horrible disposition. The urine analysis lady which was a heavy set black lady was very rude and unprofessional. I will never come here again I suggest who ever is reading this page never come either.

This location needs no stars . The front desk girl was rude with no greeting just said go over there and sign in on the kiosk . Once I signed in another girl opened the door called my name and just said come back with a nasty attitude . Didn’t say another word to me the entire time in her area only but put your initials by your name. I will only use quest for now on .

I highly recommend this facility for bloodwork. With Covid going on my daughter needed bloodwork done. We were in and out in 35 minutes. The woman who worked with my daughter was FANTASTIC!! I made sure my daugter was hydrated before we went. She found a vein, we kept my daughter calm and boom we were done. Its GREAT when you have someone who is personable and relaxed and knows what she is doing. She made my daughter almost feel like her own. Thank you!

Most labcorp facilities are not that appealing, particularly associate-wise. Ive had bad visits like when I was there for a blood draw & the lady taking the sample kept sticking me b/c she couldnt find a vein. She asked for help & another lady came & found a vein in secs! I dont have many exceptionally good visits but have some decent to good service. I typically like going to the Philadelphia Rd in Middle River location as they have some of the better associates there. Often though, I have to go to on a Saturday morning & visit another labcorp which REPRESENTS many of the stated comments here about associates ignorance or somewhat unprofessional behavior.Rating reasoning:-Took off 1 star for the fact the location I have to go on Saturdays close at 10am and do NOT arrive at 9:55 or 10.-Took off 2 stars for associates behavior. While my preferred location doesnt apply much to this, Ive seen & heard some of the most deplorable or inappropriate conversations & language at quite a few locations. They typically act bothered or hassled by your presence. I rarely see a smile coming from these women & if I see a smile or hear a laugh, its usually due to a story/comment/etc made from a fellow associate & is all often too personal or inappropriate.

Staff are unprofessional. Will state amongst themselves that patients are cray. Completely rude. Will absolutely never go back to this location. I MAY recommend this location to my worst enemy but even then probably not.

Very rude lady at the front desk with black and brown braids. Very dismissive and acting like she didnt want to be there. She sent me away because I didnt have a physical copy, but a digital one, of my labslip. Didnt offer to have it printed out.

Not friendly staff. I arrived for my 1pm appointment, checked in at 1:01pm, and they denied seeing me. Will not return to this location.

This location is slightly better then the other locations but they close at 11am until 12 not from 12 to 1. That is probably a ploy to have less customers. Labcorp as a whole has a problem with associates. Your bothering them by coming in. I called a dozen times to get through and they never answered then when I went in, it is 1 person at a time no matter how many people are outside.

The lady even doesnt talk properly. Very rude. Doesnt explain things properly. She doesnt like working there. She certainly doesnt like working at all.

I had a pleasant experience considering I was getting blood drawn. Im diabetic and have this done every 3-6 months. Jessica the receptionist was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. The man who drew my blood greeted me with good morning and quickly and accurately completed his work. He was definitely good at his job. Well done Rosedale, Lab Corp. Thank you.

Read a lot of questionable reviews for all types of labs (Hopkins, Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp) and picked this Labcorp because it had the least poor reviews (not the way I typically like to end the selection process). So you could imagine my surprise when it was an utterly fantastic experience front to end! I couldnt think of a thing they could have done differently to make it better. Scheduling was easy. Staff were friendly. The location was clean and spacious. They took me right on time. Efficient check-in. Efficient and painless drawing of blood. Staff were friendly with me the whole time, making me feel comfortable. Oh, and my technician seemed focused on the details (my info, labels, etc.), which is pretty important with this type of work. Then I was out of there before I knew it! Couldnt be happier! Great work, folks!

Rude. Ignorant front desk. No compassion. Nasty. Non professional. Act like we have no where else to be but here and that we have all the time in the world to come in there. Like we dont work or have a family. Refuses to take a patient that is there as soon as the doors open at 6 on a Saturday after rearranging work schedule. Mind you there were only 3 people in waiting room. Not my fault I wasnt told to have an appointment. Even though I did all the prep work to have blood drawn. And not like I was going to do anything but sit in the waiting room while I waited for my test to be done. Total BS.

If I could give them zero stars I would but thats not an option. The staff appear to be zombies with no personality and limited customer service capability. My advice to anyone who wants to go here is that you have each one of your lab tests on a single order; if you have 24 hour urinalysis on the same sheet and you have not done that prior to they will not take any of your test.I question any of the reviews on here above 2 stars.

Went today at 6am. Lady was very nice and professional. I did not get her name. Was taken very quickly and there were people ahead of me. IT was painless. They must have cleaned up the previous staff that all the bad reviews came from. Its ok to go here now.

Outrageously rude...they take too long to do things; make people wait for hours to get there tests done. They have no sense of customer service. Everyone in there needs to get fired. I could work better than them and I have a Bachelors degree. I expect better out of Labcorp in the future.

This is the third time trying to write this review .Signing in on the kiosk was a time saver and quick it was a good thing because the lady who you handed the referal to was unfriendly and very annoyed at having to take the referal from people. Her first unproffesional move was comeing into the waiting room and telling a lady that they werent going to do her drug test because she had a balance that should have been handled in private. The next thing she did was turn away a young man that was there for drug testing by telling him they dont do drug test on friday even though the people who were ahead of me were there for yep you guessed it drug test.Now the kiosk had done all the work but she was annoyed to take the referal and tell you what room to go to she was condesending and unfriendly and should not be working with people at all.With that said the young lady who did the blood draw was pleasant quick and efficient a really big difference from the first lady.We all have good and bad days but the first lady whos task were very limited another patient said shes like that everytime shes been there Personaly if another location is open i would say try another one and only use this one as a last option most people feel bad allready her demeanor doesnt help.If your that unhappy with your job my advice would be to find one somewhere else.

Its been a year ago.. I still remember the ladys face. She was unprofessional, mean, rude and horrible. Was trying to talk to her at the front desk but she was busy in her phone like Facebook or texting. I called her and tried to talk to her but she wanna push me away and still busy in her phone. I asked her that this was not good and asked her name but she said why I need her name? I told her that will never come back at this location anymore. Was trying to get the manager or supervisor number but the phone number was invalid...I would like to share and tell everybody that please stop going there. If I could give zero stars I would I went there they close at 4 and the waiting room was empty. I went there at 230 and was told to go to the other location around the corner because they close at 3 which isnt true. I went to the other location and it was packed because the people were sending everyone over here Im highly disappointed and will not go back to that location .

Terrible customer service. I was told my doctor would receive my results in 48 hours and a week later they still dont have them. When I called Lab corp they didnt even both to look it up and see if my results were in and instead kept trying to send me to their customer service number to have my results mailed to me, which does me no good, I just need my doctor to see the results so I can move on. Completely worthless people

Ive never had an issue with them. The staff is always friendly, the facility is very clean and they service me pretty quickly every time Ive visited.

Its like no one who works there wants to work or be around people. Went for a simple blood test. Only 1 person ahead of us and it took 35 minutes. It was over 10 minutes before we were checked in. Person at the front desk just yells out, they dont look to see if youve heard. No sense of customer service. The physical aspect of the location is just awful also, not that its the employees fault. If you have a mobility issue and cant step up a curb, you have to go around the side of the building to find a curb ramp then walk to the building ramp. There are two heavy doors to get into the building and the door to go back to the blood draw areas is heavy and doesnt swing open easily. Worst LabCorp.

Is it possible for a facility to be any more ghetto and unprofessional? I called on the phone and they countinued to talk in the background for 2 minutes before anyone said hello and when they did you have thought I was bothering them. Then when I went in the back they were incrediblely rude, never made eye contact or anything with me. I wouldnt go back here for anything and will be talking to the HR office at my job so they are aware of the Appalling service they are paying for their employees to recieve.
