I went for routine blood work. Had an appointment & was taken right away. My tech was teaching a student & BOTH were great. The main tech she was like a proud Mamma when her student did REALLY Great.

Ive been here for 53 minutes without being seen for my 9:15 appointment. the place is full of people,but no one seems to have any idea whats going on. longest total time (55)for two minute blood test Ive ever had. Get it together

I made an appointment for 11:45 AM and checked in at the right time. The front desk people considered like walk in patients. We got to wait for 45 min. Very short staffed. Please dont go to this location if you are in hurry or need to go to work after the appointment.

I never had an issue with this lab location until today. There was a maximum limit of 4 people in the waiting room posted on the door. By the time I arrived for my 8:15 am appointment, I was number 5. The lab was only staffed with one technician and the lobby filled up to approximately 15 people with standing room only since there was nobody there to enforce the max occupancy. I did not get seen until 8:45. I do not blame the technician because she was doing the best that she could under such circumstances. There should be a mandatory appointment only option for such locations to include asking patients to wait in their vehicles until notified to come in. A few patients ended up leaving because they didnt not feel safe in that environment.

Had her mask off eating a candy bar while taking my information. Most ghetto unprofessional place. The manager should be fired.

The employees I interacted with were nice. However I had made an appointment in advance & still had to wait almost an hour.

I went in for the 1-hour glucose test. Staff was professional and helpful. Had no issues at all.

The front desk lady was very rude. I understand she could be going through things herself, but she did not need to give me an attitude. Horrible experience.

Needed to take a breath test for an upcoming surgery. I made an online appointment and didnt have to wait very long after I got there but in the few minutes I was waiting, a staff member locked the door to get into the waiting room. They werent close to being closed. A bunch of people were outside knocking so I let them in. That was really weird. Then when I was called to give my information the person asked if I had been there before, so I answered that I hadnt. She started complaining to me about how much work I was causing her to have to do by being new. Two techs did my breath test, and they were friendly, but they told me originally they were out of the tests and I would have to go somewhere else (but then they found one, after theyd already turned someone else away). After drinking the urea youre supposed to wait for a few minutes, and they told me to set an alarm and find them after it went off. When I tracked them down they were both with another patient. It was all really strange. They still havent sent my results to my PCP weeks later. If you have another choice please dont go here.

They are great at drawing blood.... but how fun is it to wait an hour past your appointment time, while fasting, and have the lady checking me in eating cookies! No stars for her!

I used to be so scared of getting bloodwork, but the staff at this location has completely changed my opinion. You can barely feel the needle and its so quick. The staff is very friendly, too. Make an appointment for mid to late morning, if you can, and youll be in and out in just a few minutes.

I when there today to drop off some samples and the person who is in the front desk have really bad attitude also when I got in the room the person who was supposed to help me there was the same as the one on the front desk person I wont recommend this place at all.

I am an RN. Showed up in unform a blood draw and was treated rudely, told repeatedly she was off shortly and busy and had the needle jammed and moved around repeatedly in my arm despite good blood returning. I got numbness and tingling that lasted for awhile. ....Blew off my comments that she was hurting my arm and I had numbness and tingling. Try to call Labcorp to complain-rhe only number available is a billing number.

The woman that did my blood work was unprofessional, careless and negligent

Not very friendly, they dont even acknowledge you are there and they move like snails. I recommend you make an appointment, then the wait time isnt to bad. I was next door at seton imaging so I thought I would just stop in without an appointment. There were 2 people in front of me and after 20 mins no one moved, I just left. I decided to make an appointment online for later date. If it wasnt for my insurance sending me there , I wouldnt go, I prefer quest.

I rarely have any issues...the staff has been friendly and accomodating.

Wish I could give this LabCorp., a ZERO STAR rating so I have to use a ONE STAR rating. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR BLOODWORK DONE.So therefore I have to go where my health insurance has selected the company to do the blood work. This is my 2nd time using LabCorp. I went to the Wilkens Avenue location this morning since I was over there for another test on 05/16/2019.My left arm has 3 to maybe 4 needle marks in it and I look like a drug addict as well as the rash because of her. I sure hope that I am not infected with a previous needle, OR a dirty needle. But all I can say is this women did NOT wipe my left arm in this area with alcohol before she jammed the needle into my left arm. Oh not to mention having to feel the needle and the needle being pushed down farther into my left arm the whole time while it was in my left arm, and as you can see from the 1st photo that I have severals needle marks from this women today 05/16/2019 around 8:15 to 8:30 am. The 2nd photo you can see the rash I developed from this, not to mention that this arm still is hurting. If I end up with an infection in my left arm from today (05/16/2019), I will be suing this company.Several years ago I went to LabCorp located in Catonsville, MD., for blood work as this is what my health insurance uses. The lady could not find the vein in my arm but I could see the vein and showed her. Well she tore my skin on my arm, then jammed the needle in the wrong way into my vein, and when she pulled the needle out she did something. Which I did not know that I was bleeding until I saw it while driving home. So I drove over to my doctor office, when I walked into the door the person got up and grab me, she took me over and sat me down when other people went to get the dr., and nurses plus stuff.I will be notifying my health insurance company tomorrow, about this and hoping that I can send them photos of my left arm from 05/16/2019, and hope that they will let me go to Quest as the 1 staff that does the blood work on me knows me and know about me being a bleeder and my blood does not clot. I am also going to write a letter and print out the photos and send it to my primary care doctor as well.

They are friendly and professional. I have a fear of needles and they always make me feel at ease. Whenever I need lab work done I go there.

I normally have a good experience but I had to drop off my labs for a procedure & did so on 6/7 @ 4:30 & to the person behind the desk She told me to place it on the floor & ask my name..... My labs are no where to be found REALLY! very disappoint I have since had the procedure but those labs were important to me & my doctor

The waiting room is overcrowded and the wait is long. The employees are doing their best and trying to maintain a good attitude, but there just arent enough of them. LabCorp should be ashamed of this understaffing.Make an appointment before you go. It does help get you in and out faster, although it still takes too long.

Literally, writing a review to help others spare the pain. This place is above and beyond the worst. I now have a HUGE 3 inch bruise on my arm from them drawing blood. Thought the first time they did it was a fluke - months later and a second time around, even much worse! If you want severe pain and a needle literally shoved too deep in your arm and shaking - this IS the place to go. No respect for your well being - believe it!

Mixed feelings. I had no problems at the facility but the results were not at the doctors office two weeks later. Not great.

The techs at labcorp in St. Agnes Hospital are very rude. My Dr. sent me there to pick up an at home test. I tried to ask a tech a question and she refused to answer me. I was told 5 times to sign in. She rudly told me there were many peoppe ahead of me and told me to go sit down. I waited a half hour to be given a kit off a shelf.

Had 10 am appt not busy waited 30 min to have blood drawnWhy have appt. Needed to get to work. Appears to be fully staffed!!!

Om Oct 26, 2015 I went to labcorp. Im a regular there and I love going there but on this day. The associated that check in the patients to get there blood drawing. They were horrible and they were laughing out loud and on there cell phones. They were unprofessional they had me waiting in there from 8:45 a.m to 11:30 so I didnt get my blood drawing I just walk out. Im in progress looking for another labcorp. I dont think Im going there anymore. I dont recommend any one go to that one.

My visit today was the most unprofessional visit. Not only are the employees unfriendly, they are rude. This facility has a kiosk sign in system which is relatively new. They let you stand at the counter until you figure out for yourself that there is a kiosk. Secondly, the associate who registered me kept yawning without covering her mouth and had a nerve to say to me that she will be yawning all day. Then, the phlebotomist that drew my blood made another man wait because she had already called his name and he didnt answer. She rolled her eyes at him when he peeked his head out of the room. What a crew.

Service was terrible. There is a kiosk sign in system, but the staff at counter were rude and unprofessional and did not provide any assistance when asked. They were rude and patronizing to an elderly gentleman who asked for assistance with the sign in kiosk. Tech spoke on phone (what sounded like a personal call) while in room doing bloodwork and was curt and unprofessional. Would give zero stars if I could.

Terrible. DO NOT GO THERE. I dont even want to give one start but I had to for the post., this place is dirty and the workers are unprofessional. Far from a decent healthcare setting.

Gross incompetence, carelessness, and flippancyI dropped off a specimen for a 24 hr creatinine test. I was asked if the doctors script and insurance information was attached. I pointed out the photocopies in the bag that Labcorp took when I first came in to pick up the kit. I was dismissed. Then I was called back from work immediately for a blood test (costing me lost time at work and gas). I was told that the test I dropped always required a blood test. This was not written on the script--so why didnt Labcorp tell me upon drop off? Oh, we should of (sic).I asked how long it would take for me to get results (I asked for results mailed to me as well as the Doctor-the request was recorded on my chart). I was told 3 days. After 4 days I called for results and a brummagem, mooncalf told me, Oh, well the doctor gets them in 3 days, you get them in 7.This was not the first disappointing experience.Goodbye LabCorp, Hello Solstas Lab!

I need to determine if they will perform a specific test that I need and I cant get anyone to pick up a phone!!! I hate these automated phone systems.

The ladies who take your information upon arrival are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Particularly the really older one with all the gang tattoos. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Didnt have a time frame for urine test to be taken.
