No problems, great people, and the car was very well kept

Fast and easy but when i tried to return the car in the early morning 10 mins after they opened they said they would still charge me for a full day. I work until 7 and they said even if i dripped the car off and left the keys in the drop box they would charge me the for next morning as well.

I wish I could give this location a negative 5 stars. This morning my mom and stepdad went here for a rental reservation due to a car accident (hit & run) so they are already dealing with stress. My 66 year old mom and 77 year old stepdad received the most Rude service someone could ever receive from an inhuman group of people working for the public.My mom signed in and was overlooked by the Enterprise Rep, she was next to be called but instead the White Rep called another White customer. The customer he called stated No I am not next the people sitting there were here before me instead of the Enterprise Rep acknowledging this fact he kept servicing the White customer. My mom was upset and hurt this was actually unfolding in front of her, so was the other white customer. The white customer gave my mom a hug and stated Im Sorry That was Rude however continued with his services with the Rep who overlooked my mom and stepdad.Next, Another African-American female Enterprise Rep states I guess I will help you but you have to wait because I have someone outside waiting on me. My mom then calls me, her daughter to drive across town and pick both her and my stepdad up, not obtaining a rental car.This is a Very Very Bad representation of Enterprise and what they stand for. I have taken the proper measures and reached out to Corporate in reference to this matter. I, myself do not use Enterprise because of their customer service and ways of dealing with an issue. I wonder if this was their mother or loved one in this predicament what would they do?Lastly when speaking with a Rep through Enterprise 1-800 number I was told this location is not directly under Enterprise. However, I filed my compliant on the behalf of my mother and have the names of those who work for this location. I am waiting to hear back from corp as a follow-up, but I mentioned to the Rep We live in a world of Media representation It is like having a lawyer but with instant gratification Enterprise like many other corporation or companies do not need this in the media. My experience was wonderful, with enterprise, the branch manager was very helpful on two occasion, the second time around was when the body shop had to redo my bumper. I will use the enterprise at the location again, but not the body shop.

They are terrible they close at 6 so they wont answer the phone at 5 sat they close at 2 dont call at 12.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
