Auto Point had my car for a bit but I didnt mind because the guy who hit me was paying for a nice new rental so I told them to take their time. They did a fantastic job and their staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. I will also be using Auto Point for future business as I got a very reasonable price to fix my air conditioning from them.

I brought my 78 Datsun 280Z to Auto Point for body restoration and painting, and Shah and the crew did a fantastic job! They had the car for nearly 2 months, making sure everything was perfectly prepped before paint, and the results were far beyond what I expected considering the price! The quote I got on day 1 is what I ended up paying, and I couldnt be happier with how the paint turned out. I spent the past 4 years bringing this car from a non-running rustbucket to the beautiful machine it is today, and was pretty nervous about having it away from my garage for so long, but Shah and the team were great about communicating any issues that arose, texting me pictures, and letting me stop by the shop to check out progress. Ill definitely give them a call for my next restoration!

The team at Autopoint is amazing! I brought my car in needing some body work/paint on the passenger side and back bumper, Shaun and his team made it look brand new. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and it was ready for me to pick up by Friday, reasonably priced given the amount of work they did.

I took my Audi Q5 to this shop when I was on Google searching for auto places. The reason I picked this place is because they pay for your $500 deductible. Ever since the first day, I had a bad experience. I dropped my car off because I had damage to the Driver side door, from an accident... I didn’t get my car back for a whole month. Then when I went to pick it up, I realized that someone had took one of my tires off the front and switched it with a different tire. Remind you these were new tires. Shane ended up telling me that the “tire was damaged in the accident”. I told him “I had roadside and I could get a brand new tire... where was my tire?” I was there a hour looking for the tire which was never there. He then told me to call and he will fix this, and that “he owes me a tire” I ended up buying a tire because I was going back-and-forth with him over the phone on when I was going to get a tire for at least 3 weeks... and he kept telling me he is going to handle it. Which he did handle, State Farm paid him to pay me for the tire. So my insurance covered the tire which he should’ve paid for from the beginning!!!!! I don’t recommend going to this shop!! It’s a nightmare. Even though they save you $500 they say, it wasn’t worth it in the long run I would’ve rather paid my own deductible and went to a professional place. This was not that!!

I had a really great experience! I worked with Shah who was very kind and personable. He was also responsive and answered all of my questions/texts. My car looks GREAT! I had some rear end damage and the estimates I was receiving were very high because the frame was damaged (and insurance wasnt going to pay) so I didnt plan on getting the work done. That is until I got pulled over for a tail light being out. To fix the tail light (which was an electrical issue) I basically had to get everything else fixed -_-. However, Shah worked with me and told me to come back whenever I got the money, the price wouldnt change. There was no, oops we found x and its going to cost more. Honest and quality work, done promptly. If I remember, Ill upload before and after pics!

Aside from obvious mishaps, some borderline criminal, the painter Mike knows what hes doing. Just be sure to stay on top of Shane. Give him a hug first, before you state your case about your vehicle, because he definitly needs one. The owner was accountable, and kept his word about remedying said mishaps. Overall, just be sure to know exactly what work needs to be done on your vehicle, and that your insurance works attentively, and readily with Shane; hes one man doing a job thats truly meant for at least four.

Captiva 2012 - Front end damage.Shah & company were fantastic. They offered professional service starting with the owner who personally priced my repairs to the administrative staff who took my money. As a female needing a lot of work done on my vehicle and not having a male to speak for me, I was treated fair and with respect. I was quoted a price on day one and it was honored. I took my car my baby a 05 645 CI that had very deep scratches from been keyed 😫 to Auto Point I had searched everywhere for a good affordable price to get the scratches covered and couldnt find anyone willing to do the job for under 2 thousand dollars. I called Auto point and they quoted me a price less then half of what the other shops where trying to charge me. At first I was unsure if I was quoted correctly but upon arrival the quote was honored and I was able to drop it off on the spot and was completely finished in 3 days and the paint job is absolutely gorgeous. When i take my Subaru Impreza to a Subaru Dealer and they can not tell my car was in an accident you know this place does great work. The work was done through insurance, and with Auto Point the customer service was up and beyond. The body work was beautiful and done in a timely manner. The only thing which was lacking was fixing mechanical damage from the collision. I did have to take it back and get the steering thing aligned with the tires but they took care of it immediately. There was an issue with my tie rod ends from the collision that was never addressed and I ended up later getting fixed by my other mechanic.

Rauf is really a great guy. He made sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. Shane worked very diligently on getting my insurance to pay for the issues with my vehicle. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone in that office. The best thing about the experience is I didnt have to pay a deductible. The best part is they were so great with my children and didnt mind them running around crazy. Thank you!

I was looking for a tag/title place. This was the old Al Packer Lincoln dealer building. The girl at the desk appeared Hispanic. The Shop people were a combination a black and oriental if I can use that term. O K Asian no thats not it either. anyway quite a mix of people Multiple language could be heard. The waiting area was a well, shop type waiting area not a place to go and get your nails done for free. But the people were nice, great actually. the title woman was quick and efficient. And this place was open when all others were closed. Would I go there again for tag/title stuff, well, yes!

I had came to location for a car rental after I had a hit and run accident because they stay open past any other rental company. My car was being repaired at another location which I had horrible service. I took my car from the other location and brought it to Auto Point where I met Shane and Fernanda. They both take their job very serious and I received the best customer service from Fernanda . She personally would go above and beyond to check on my car and make sure everything was done correctly. I drive for UBER and limousine. Whenever I need any body and cosmetics work for my vehicles I go to this body shop. They always look after me and give me the valued good quality work for my money. He called my insurance company and arranged the rental car in 30 minutes. I drop the car at Auto Point and got it fixed the way it was. They waived my $500 deductibles also. I had work done back in May of 2015 the guy there told me he was going to paint my truck and do the bodywork charge me $1,200 I got my truck after a week and a half was not complete paint did not match still some rough spots and I still had rust the owner told me to bring it back told me whatever needs to happen he will take care of it and get it right did not bring it back right away someone had an accident hit me in the back of my vehicle so Ill figure it was a good time for him to make good on his promise so I gave my insurance company the info to cut the check to this body shop well lo and behold it still did not get done right I thought he was going to do the right thing but they did not I have a custom color on my vehicle pearl white instead of ordering the paint for it they try to make it at that shop now I have a three color different color vehicle and would you believe the owner wants me to pay for the paint to get it fixed although he did say he will give me the free paint job if I buy the paint but I should not have to fix what their shop has messed up not once not twice but three times this is not the end of my review there are a few good people in that shop that are honest but thats for the quality of work I would never take another vehicle there.And the owner Ralf himself said to me in front of a employee (NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES I WILL GET IT RIGHT) bu with another 1000.00 ih DID NOT AND WENT BACK ON HIS WORDTHIS WILL ALSO BE PASTED ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA AND WITH THE BBB

Once I spoke to one of their representatives and told them I was working on a budget and I wasn’t going thru insurance. Hey quoted me a great price and made the repair look AMAZING. I ran over a couple of big pot holes on 295N. I drive a Porsche boxster so its an extremely small car and very low. I damaged my passenger side front rim, tire, cowl and cup holder trying to avoid a spillage. My insurance company refused to pay for the cowl and cup holder. I originally picked Auto Point Collision because of its good reviews. In all these years Ive gone with my insurance company recommendation except once and regretted it. So for me to go against my insurance recommendation a second time was a big risk for me. I called the number on the web page and it was the owner, Ralph. Ralph is absolutely a peoples person and believe the customer should be totally satisfied rather they make a profit or not. My car did take a little longer than expected but Shane, took charge and did a fabulous job. Shane went above and beyond the call. Even though the cowl and cup holders where not paid for by my insurance, he made sure that everything was taken care of, replaced and put back like new. He went as far as changing my oil, cleaning my car and insuring that everything was fixed and running smoothly. This shop is a family, the administrative side of the house which includes Fernanda and Ganga where so helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They were always sociable, accommodating, friendly and helpful. Because of this team of professionals I will definitely refer everyone I know to Auto Point Collision. I will also go back whenever I have any problems with my Porsche. I GOOGLED SEARCHED FOR A PLACE AND I READ THE REVIEWS AND I TOO WENT HERE BASED ON THE REVIEWS BUT WHAT A nightmare OF A DARK CLOUD. This place is EXTREMLY SCANDALOUS and horrible. My Mercedes was taken here because I like you googled which I thought would be a good place to get my car back to looking like new again has become a harm and or nightmare to me and my vehicle. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Ralph who is the owner a ( compulsive liar)had my front bumper which was cracked and heavily hit repaired with some type of plastic devices and painted over top of it to make the bumper look new when it was heavily damaged and he was paid by the insurance company to replace with a new bumper. My insurance adjuster noticed that the bumper was not replaced and also while investigating the bumper not being replaced he discovered the same headlamp was put on because a whole the size of a fist was in the rear of the lamp. We both approached Ralph and he apologized and promised to fix the problem and order new parts. Not to mention he had my car in his shop for 48 days way pass the 30 day mark claiming to order new parts for the car originally. I have no idea what he was doing to my car for 48 days while he was claiming to wait on new parts when he put everything old back on the car. Then additionally another two months he decided that he’s not replacing the bumper that he is only going to replace my headlamp and to further illustrate he put the wrong head lamp inside a cheaper lamp that isn’t a HID lamp but instead of him purchasing the new lamp as directed he rigged my system with a computer to make the lamp act as a HID lamp which is defaulting my whole system. Ralph every agency will be involved for what you have not done correctly to my car. Such a horrible place do not ever go here not even for free. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 All photos have been taken.

Very good and fair inspection station. did my used car inspection and registration at this place. all was done same day, same place and under my budget. they even finance repairs if you are short of money at the time of repairs. Service was horrible. The people dont know what theyre doing. Very long wait time. Not informative. I will never be back and advice anyone going to them to be extremely careful and ask ALOT of questions bc they will not inform you of all stipulations but will bill you after service is rendered.Yes, I did use the Uhaul but when I asked the Amanda, the lady m doing my Uhaul order what the business was she Didn’t say UHaul.. she said Auto Point. Tel her to tell customers a different name.I placed a reservation for a uhaul to be picked up at 12noon at 5801 Bel Air rd. When I got there, you all had no one working the Uhaul section. There was another girl who had to take over , who had NO idea what she was doing. She had to call someone to walk her through the process of renting me a Uhaul which took 45 min to an hour. Very unorganized and poor customer service. When I picked up the truck from Auto Point, target waiting close to an hour, the uhaul tank was not full. Because I had already waited 45-1 hr I rushed and left because I was on a tight schedule. Before I left I asked the gentlemen working there where should I drop the truck off at . He instructed me to park the uhaul in the parking lot And drop the keys in the dropbox. I did so around 6:30 PM. The next day around 1 o’clock I got a phone call from another U-Haul location telling me that I had not dropped my truck off and that it was still not checked in. However I dropped it off the night before so I had to take time out of my busy schedule to come back up to auto point and talk to the lady Amanda who works in the 5801 Bel Air Road location and and drop the keys in the dropbox. I did so around 6:30 PM. The next day around 1 o’clock I got a phone call from another U-Haul location telling me that I had not dropped my truck off and that it was still not checked in. However I dropped it off the night before so I had to take time out of my busy schedule to come back up to auto point and talk to the lady Amanda who works in the 5801 Belair Rd. location and said At the U-Haul truck was checked in when I called the one 800 number of Uhaul the U-Haul people told me that it was not checked in after waiting 45 minutes to an hour again SHE finally figured out what was happening. The service was very slow the people were rude on organized and although I was using a U-Haul service I picked up the U-Haul service from 5801 Bel Air Road at auto point no I did not get any ca at the U-Haul truck was checked in when I called the one 800 number of Uhaul the U-Haul people told me that it was not checked in after waiting 45 minutes to an hour again SHE finally figured out what was happening. I got a Subaru from this shop and their service is incrediblely great. Before they gave me the car they got the battery brakes tires spark plugs and full tune up all changed so theyre all new. Oil change is also done and car is fully state inspected.Besides they also helped me found a good insurance company with reasonable price and the owner Rauf even took care of it by himself. Ms. Ganga also helped a lot a lot.In summary thank you so much Autopoint body shop and especially Rauf! I wish I could give them a million stars if I could.

As a professional that works in the industry I have the pleasure of going to many body shops in the area. The end result is that I notice things and have the eye for close details that many other people don’t simply because the lack the knowledge of how to judge a quality repair. I find that many people except sub-par repairs simply because they just don’t know. When my vehicle was involved in an accident my head went to the absolute worst place possible with the repairs. Thoughts about a guaranteed repair, will the paint match, with the parts on the car line up, will the computer system still accurately respond giving my family a safe and reliable ride, will there be nibs or runs or orange peel in the paint, will there be overspray on anything or tape lines and more so will I be happy enough to accept the quality of the repairs that my shop of choice has performed. Far to many shops in the industry except sub-par repairs as normal because customers accept it and they are more about making money as a production shop under the pressure of insurance companies to finish the repairs to get the customer out of the rental that is costing them money. I understand the business like I said because I am in the business. Even after many people get their cars back they wonder if it will last and some just sell it because they don’t want the fear of owning a partially fixed sub-par repaired car failing them.After searching and running through the list of shops in the Baltimore area (not an easy choice) my wife and I settled on Auto Body Evolution a shop owned by a great man who has been in the industry, knows what a quality repair is and whose employees except nothing less than the highest standard for a quality repair. Auto Body Evolution didn’t just give us our truck back in perfect condition, they gave us our life back. The peace of mind that someone feels when they know someone put the customer first over a seemingly taunting pressure from insurance companies and give you your vehicle back in true preloss condition is unfathomable. I can sleep at night knowing my family is back in a safe vehicle that will last us a lifetime. He also helped me diagnose my check engine light, had it fixed, and took care of the oil change and some other minor maintenance i needed. I could not possibly rate this place any higher. It is nearly impossible nowadays To find a place that provides professional Services while spending whatever personal time is required to solve youre automobile woes.
