The day of my house fire, I googled restoration companies and found this company. Read the reviews are was pretty satisfied. The turn around in response was what I liked immediately. Shared what my issues were and the owner and his team came out to see the damage. The work on my house was pretty bad, but they handled it so effortlessly. The cleanliness while the work was being performed, always on time, consist with doing the work and very informative on the issues I had at hand. If you so happen to have a fire like myself, water damage etc (hopefully not) I would highly recommend and because it’s a black owned company! Great work guys! Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised that the water damage from a sewer pipe to my mother’s basement could be efficiently cleaned & returned to its original state of when she moved in over 20 years ago! Tyrone calmly explained what he and his team would do, although I’ve heard it before in other matters of her basement!, but I discovered his word was his bond and after the emergency, his work lifted my spirits!! His word is a priceless example of a proven confidence in the job! Our overall experience with Professional Cleaning and Rehab Group has been a good one. Tyrone, the owner and primary project manager, worked really hard to make sure all our needs were met. We had a roof leak turned mold damage in the HVAC and the surrounding walls. The roof and HVAC unit were replaced by other companies. Tryone and his crew handled the rest of the damages, they replaced the walls, ran an HEPA vac to put the house under negative pressure for a week, scrubbed the duct system and various other things. Tyrone helped us engage the claims adjuster at our insurance and we were able to be covered under our policy. Tyrones patience with us and the insurance company was near infinite and he made sure we were educated on what was happening (we asked lots of questions) and got the work we needed done. Tyrones various crews came with diverse sets of knowledge, experience and skills to handle all the different needs our project had. All of the people we interacted with at Professional Cleaning and Rehab Group were polite, pleasant and professional. Their services are available around the clock so if you are in need at any time of day they can come help.

I contacted this company and was met with extreme professionalism. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I understood everything that he was doing during the THOROUGH consultation. He explained every detail and patiently answered my 100 questions. The work has not been done yet but I have no doubt that I will be 100% happy with the outcome. Stay tuned for the update.

The owner, Tyrone with all the knowledge that he says he has Is basically the gift of gab. He gets in your house tears it up and leave you stranded while he demands his money. My basement was flooded beyond imagination during the flash flood that happened on Thursday September 2020 after living in the property for over 17 years.
