This is a 0 star apartment complex. Don’t move here. (Will all to my review later)

Unfortunately I ended up not being able to move into due to interpersonal reasons. Which was a shame, since besides for the apartment being nice, the staff was so accommodating, and offered so much that Im sure I wouldve been very comfortable here. I could tell that they genuinely cared about the residents and tried their best to work with them, which is hard to find. Brittany in particular was extremely helpful- she gave fast and thorough responses to all of my questions, made sure I was aware of all of my options, and offered personal input in narrowing down a place. All especially impressive during this COVID-19 crisis.If youre looking for an affordable apartment in Hampden, I think this is your most reliable bet.

Lots of cockroaches in apartment and also the kitchen is old fashioned not worth the money..

I have lived here for over 2 years and I love my home. The layout is great with an in eat in kitchen & plenty of closet space. My building is quiet and the neighbors are nice, these are older buildings so you are going to hear some noise but nothing really annoying. The maintenance staff responds quickly & and are always friendly & respectful, just say they are awesome. The property manager Danielle is awesome herself, she is always there to help however she can,very professional and Scott is great to work with too . Good location, within walking distance to grocery store and driving to just about anywhere. There is a small parking lot but there is not enough space for even 1 car per apartment so it can be hard to get a space later in the evening, though I have not had any problem, there is parking on the side street. With heat included in the rent it helps with a tight budget. Falls Court is my home

First the new property mgr leasing agents maint staff have got this place running like it should. Smooth great attention to detail.still relatively moderately priced considering how area is going through growth/ change .Last month staff moved quickly to resolve refrig issue. Vercy ,Wayne and everyone excellant.Well while its easy to always criticize, it should be just as easy to give praise.Yesterday we lost power,after hours called it in. Jerry came out figured out what to do solved it.great team effort.Got power restored. Very efficient and professional.Only slight issue had to listen to him talk about his N Y Giants.blah blah.lolSacrifices us residents make for the greater good..lolAll in all well done falls court!!😉🙄👌👍👏
