I love living here, there are amazing views of the city. There’s a gym on the first floor with treadmills, ellipticals, weights, etc. There are multiple laundry rooms with a trash chute, a lobby where I relax and wait for my Uber, and a rooftop pool. There is so much I love about living here I could go on and on, but what really sets this place apart is the staff, if I need something fixed it’s a quick and easy process, and Brittany who is at the front desk knows you by name and they sometimes they pass out snacks and other nice things like waterproof bags which is a nice treat. I think if you move here you’ll be glad you did!

This building is great. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. Any issues get resolved right away. I definitely recommend. Im also really enjoying the neighborhood.

I am living at the Severn which is a building owned by 611 park avenue. My apartment is plenty spacious, has all the amenities that I need, and excellent and kind management. As a resident of the Severn, I get access to 611 Park as well, which includes niceties such as a gym and a pool for the summer months.

Since Ive been here I feel right at home. It has been an honor living here, any issues I had experience was alway resolved in timely manger. The amenities are so amazing and the parking garage is such a bonus. I have no plans on leaving!!!

I reside at 611 Park Ave and management is amazing. The property is located in a convinient area and everyone is very friendly. They listen to your concerns and promptly address all concerns. The building is always very clean and the apartment was in a great condition when I moved. Every person that I have encountered in the office has been very professional, extremely nice and very helpful. The maintenance team is very nice and very professional too. I just moved to Baltimore, and I must say I love this community and management staff. I had a hard time finding a location that met all my needs and 611 Park Avenue made that happen. If you are a student and full-time employee like me, this is your new home. They have renovated community space to do your office work if you want to step away from your apartment for a bit and a gym!!! Not only that, management has been top-notch. I have worked in the customer service business for years, and the management staff has helped me every step of the way. Suppose you need assistance with virtual tours and an explanation of 611, Brittney if your lady. She is very personable and makes sure to cover every point during your virtual tour. There is also a lovely Italian restaurant walking distance and a café that I love to walk to in the morning. Also, the area is relatively safe! I can easily go out for a walk and feel fine. Thank you, 611 staff!!! I am so glad to have moved here, and thank you for making my experience here great.

I lived in 611 Park Avenue between Jan 2019 and June 2020. I really found the staff as being very responsive and friendly. Particularly, I will like to retrospectively appreciate Asia who was the front desk officer when we moved in as well as Brittany, who was there when we left . These two ladies were awesome, they made sure we got anything we requested.The apartments are kept very clean and my wife and I had no issues at all except for vehicle parking at peak hours - which was the major reason we moved. There is however an alternative of garage parking.The views are awesome, proximity to key places like the Harbour, Market Street Cafe and many more depending on what excites you.To conclude, I will recommend this apartment to anyone who needs to stay in downtown Baltimore. We had a good time there and we loved all the staff and their work etiquette.

Aside from my 10th floor AMAZING view of the city and sunset every night, I think the best thing about 611 is the maintenance staff. Ive lived in many apartment complexes where maintenance issues were the reasons Ive moved. Not here! 99% of the time they have handled my issues same day. They have gone above and beyond to address any concerns. Keith, the maintenance manager, is AMAZING and knowledgeable and has spent way more time than he was required explaining to me exactly what the issues were. 10/10 would recommend. The pool + gym are an added perk but its just so nice to live in a place where your time and space is respected as much as 611 does. Also, Brittany is incredibly professional and nice and is one of the reasons I have renewed my lease twice now.

My husband and myself lived in a one room apartment for 18months or so. We had a wonderful experience, great staff, responsive maintenance team and a perfect environment. The only issue we had was parking on the street, though the apartment has a parking garage but we didnt want to pay for that and had to use the option of parking on the street. I would recommend 611 over and over again.P.Swe got back our security deposit less than a month we moved out.

I live in a one bedroom apartment and I am very impressed with the size of the kitchen and living room. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate two closets ( one is walk-in). I also get sunlight in my rooms. Friendly people at desk and work order happens quickly. Happy to live here.

The staff are friendly and always helpful. Great location in Mount Vernon with a rooftop pool, gym and free internet room on the main floor. Newly remodeled kitchens and washer and dryer on every other floor.

I’ve lived in 611 Park Ave for a couple of months and it has been a true pleasure. From management to maintenance- everyone treats me like more than just a tenant. Every question I’ve had has been immediately answered and whenever I do have a maintenance issue (which has been seldom) the response time is remarkable. Honestly, the best part of living in the building is the people. The neighbors have never been troublesome, front desk is always welcoming, management is resourceful as ever, but best of all are the maintenance guys. I can always trust that any of requests will be fulfilled in a professional and timely manner, they will always be friendly and willing to listen to my (very long and drawn out) stories, and honestly, they care about the tenants. I love living here because it’s a community.

I have loved living at 611 Park Ave in Baltimore! Its in a great location and reasonably affordable. My apartment is spacious, I have a parking spot in the garage under the building, and I love having the gym right downstairs. The rooftop pool is an amazing bonus! When I first moved in there were some problems getting management to respond promptly to concerns, but I think there was a change of staff over the last few months, and things have been running very smoothly. Plus, they just hosted an excellent resident appreciation week, and I loved coming home to appetizers and ice cream sundaes!

I loved living here for the last five years. My apartment was beautiful with hardwood floors, and the pool was a great getaway in the middle of the city. The location was stellar, right next to Mt. Vernon parks and bars. And I have felt especially grateful for the front office staff, especially Yasmin, Tamika, and Asia, all of whom have been so friendly and helpful. Also, the maintenance staff have always been very responsive and kind. I will remember my time at 611 Park fondly.

You cannot beat the location of this building. Its not only right in the heart of Mt. Vernon, but there is also several green spaces really close by. Shared amenities (laundry, gym, pool) are also not the newest but certainly well maintained and accessible.I moved in at the beginning of Aug of 2018 and just after the day-to-day staff changed significantly. I have been really happy with the change. They are pleasant and responsive. Whenever Ive asked for some assistance finding a package or with a repair they are communicative. You can also place maintenance requests online which I like.

I lived here for a year back in 2009. I loved it. My apartment was remolded while I lived in it. The maintenance man was great. Only thing for not getting 5 starts was a lot of residents played instruments as they were students at the Peabody. I miss this place. Especially the view of downtown.

611 Park Ave. Has been a great place to live for me. After months of apartment searching I stumbled upon this place last year and it was by far the best option! I would recommend this place to anyone. Different parking options, apartment sizes, and it is very affordable in comparison to its location.

My first apartment Im in walking distance to everything theaters, restaurants, clothing shops , 10 - 15 minute walk to the Inner Harbor, cozy and warm apartment, spacious, affordable, and efficient leasing staff members. If youre looking to move to central Baltimore, lookup 611 Park Avenue first. You wont regret it.

I really like living at 611 Park. Maintenance is great, staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Ive had no bugs or problems with my apartment so far, and Im planning to renew my lease as long as Im in Baltimore. One downside is that all utilities are shared building-wide, including heat and air. This makes my bill higher than I believe it would be if I were paying it individually.

I love living here — this is my favorite place I have ever lived. The location is fantastic, being within walking distance to work, restaurants, the harbor, and transportation. The building is modern and comfortable and the staff very professional, kind, and helpful.

The worst experience that I had! It is a ruined place managing with unprofessional people. Nothing works there, at least one day in a week water and AC were shut down. I was there for less than a year and I experience worst thing that can happen, (rubbery from one of the neighbors, stolen packages, homeless people were sleeping in cars in the parking) and at the end they stole my whole deposit!

I love living here- great service, amenities and location. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. The building has a rooftop pool, washers and dryers, fitness center and free wi-fi in the lobby. The location is awesome! I walk to the Inner Harbor and can get the light rail to Horseshoe. During the summer, I walk to Camden Yards for baseball games. The Maryland History Museum is across the street. There are tons of restaurants close by- Mount Vernon Marketplace, Trinicria, Homeslyce.

The apartments are cozy and nice, staff is polite and helpful the location is excellent. And they reallycare about the tenants.
