I am not from the st.louis area, but I came across this amazing salon! Praveena is such a wonderful, nice women! She welcomed us into her salon with open hands and offered us green tea. Her salon is so clean and classy. I am for one very picky with my eyebrows, and she threaded perfectly!!!! And it didn’t hurt AT ALL. I highly highly recommend her and I will be telling all my friends to go to her because it’s hard to find someone like her. He prices aren’t even expensive at all and she does henna tattoo, henna on hair, facials and nails. She does everything. Trust me on this, she’s you go to!

The owner praveena i feel that she is so money minded. She has no sense to talk over phone with the new customer who is asking price of the haircut. She behaves well only with the well dressed people. I wish i could give zero stars

Never gives an appointment and always busy. Timings are not flexible at all. As it is closes after 6pm on weekdays.I didnt see any pros for this salon. And the owner asks to give a 5 star rating to whoever comes to her salon and I believe that is the reason for the high rating in Google.

I went to this salon twice and had really bad experience each time. The owner and only beautician only knows half her job. On the surface she looks professional but her threading technique is pretty bad. Although it feels painless when she threads but thats because she does not pull out hair efficiently and leaves many behind. Each time her threaded eyebrows were unleveled and spoiled my shape. I had to ask her to fix my brows and other spots on the fact thrice and still she could not get it right. She also does a rush job when other clientele is waiting. She is also unapologetic about her mistakes and pretends like the customer is wrong in asking her to provide a good service. Being a desi I have always gotten threading done and I know precisely what a good threader does! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER SALON IF YOU WISH TO GET A GOOD SERVICE FOR YOUR MONEY. ---Doc S

I went for upper lip and under arm waxing . After she did the upper lip I paid and came out . When I checked in the mirror I saw the hair here and there . So I went back and asked her to do it again. After the second attempt also I could see the hair here and there on my upper lip. I reached home already and I dont want to go back .

Does not give appointment at all. Always says busy and have to squeeze you in but when walked in, she is mostly free
