Well I always have a good experience at Lowes Ive never had a bad one

Clean store and clean restrooms very friendly staff! Unlike some stores this store has plenty of staff so you dont have to go around looking for somebody to help you.

Loosing another store no matter how bad they are is not good. Covid = shortage of labor and we are now realizing how lazy customers are in destroying the displays and shelves. Much stuff so badly disorganized you just cant find what you need..be nice to them if your frustrations dont over take you

Called this store to ask if they price match their own online advertised price and they said yes. I placed my order online and drove over an hour to this store for the items and instead of matching their own online price the asst manager wanted to offer me a 20% discount because he said their online price was too low and there must be a mistake. He said he didn’t want to get spoken to about the price match and so I left without my items.I totally wasted my time, and gas. I will never shop here again. I’m so mad I feel like crying. If I could give this review a 0 I would

Clean and well organized. Instead of tracking down a employee I just see what isle and bin it says on the website for that item.I did see a surprisingly amount of employees compared to other locations that I could have asked.

I enjoy shopping at Lowes. What I dont like is the self checkout.

If I could give a lower score I would worst experience ever dont ty and get your stuff delivered from here it will never show up and they wont answer your phone calls.

So I started at home Depot and received bad service so I called Lowes and Amber from the pro-desk answered. She answered my question and I left home Depot for Lowes. When I got there amber was there waiting to greet and assist me with all my needs. I found the plywood I needed and had it cut. Was in and out in less than 10mins!!! Amber is the best!!!

Getting better, hard to find things your looking for, we wanted something that was not at this Lowes and was directed to another store and guess what? Not at that Lowes as well, so ask the cashier to call the store before you travel out to shop , make sure they have the item.

We have a Home Depot close to home but sometimes Lowes has a better selection and more light!

They have poor customer service and their purchase tracking system is inadequate. This is a poorly ran business and if they are unable to keep proper track of purchses for customers then they should just shut their doors untill they can fix their system

Got tile for backsplash needed help found a person that worked there and he helped us out got what we needed knew what we wanted in and out easy peasy

Towards the end of last year I found myself in a Lowes for the first time. Home Depot being my only choice in the past for decades. Since Ive been in a Lowes the truth is I continued to go to Home Depot first but there has been a dozen times now where I ended up at Lowes in the end. Now Lowes is my first choice. This is the only Lowes if shopped at so I cant say if this particular location is exceptional but it seems to me that they have a better selection in every department Ive shopped in. Particularly tools and lumber. In addition their service is great and the store is well organized. They have won me over and I was a Home Depot die hard for life.

Went in for garden supplies and found some great deals. Staff are super helpful as well.

Great place to get all my tools and materials.

How embarrassing is it to think you will receive a item for the price advertised. No true to advertised price be carful when shopping at low. Patrick the store manager will make you feel like less than when employees are unavailable to stock items correctly. New management or I’m the wrong color to get correct prices on displayed items. Don’t shop at this low false advertisement all over the store sad and bad customer service.

I was told a rock delivery would be done between 8-12 and the delivery company would call the day before. So 8:15 pm I get a text they will deliver from San Bernardino between 10:30 -2:30 tomorrow not the times we discussed, when I called Lowe’s they said they lost the paper that had times of regions deliveries (wth) by the Lowe’s employee, even though 3 employees in lumbar stated I would get it early since I got the order in 5 days prior. Btw: I live half mile or 3 streets behind Lowe’s but a delivery is coming from San Bernardino???? I’m elderly, So my helpers, to put the rock down, are all night shift workers n now have to stay up to do it and go to work tomorrow night with no sleep. Unbelievable bad customer service! Nice but uninformed employees. I could of went somewhere else but chose Lowe’s. I’m so disappointed! Due to my complaints…Well to my astonishment they came thru n showed up early after all! Well done!We told everyone after 10 so now we can’t get ahold of our people but at least Lowe’s came thru!

They did not have bathroom double vanity sinks we liked and could afford, but they had an excellent assortment of better grade lumber and wood trim. Their wood selection far surpassed that of Home Depot, but sinks were better at the other store.

Lowes on Rosedale is super short-staffed I waited almost half an hour to get help with flooring 😕

Although I had to search for help, once I found help...the associate seem so willing to help me with any questions I had. I actually had to return to Lowes twice on the same day...and each time the associates were there to help me. Great customer service from the floor to the cashiers.

Poor customer service, waited a long time. One of the associates apologized for the wait, another associate tried to help and had to get a manager to assist. If I could give 0 stars I would.

All I wanted was a water filter. Apparently there were plenty but none where they were supposed to be and the employees were of little help, if any. Long story short, Home Depot here I come.

There is handicap carts. FREE Wi-Fi. Turn on your location on your phone. Pick the store you are at. Go to lowes page and search the item you are looking for itll show you what aisle the item is at the price and how many they have on stock, no more running around from pkace to place and asking employees that have no clue and ate lost as we are you. I learned not to ask cuz they dont know most of the times I went to get a hose for my washer and I asked a lady and she walked me to an endcap and told me she had a few for sale but she was sold out so I left and I went back a couple days later cuz decided that it was gonna get fixed even if I had to do a Mickey Mouse (not the original way) and I found lots of them I got it fixed, the line to pay was long but they are fast for 1 or 2 registers open, the staff is friendly good place to shop and relax.

Ignored by several store employees when my family and I, wife and I both disabled, trying to buy two outdoor umbrella.

Asked for help to locate a product, the first person was very helpful but it wasnt his dept. He showed me near the vicinity of the product (denatured alcohol) but I had to ask the person in the paint dept. he did not know either but he looked it up and told me where to find it, but they didnt have any where he said I could find it. I went back and asked him again but he just ignored me this time. So I left.

Excellent customer service

Very crowded and long return lines. They also would not honor their price match policy. First they tried to use the excuse that they would not price match amazon, which I had already asked customer service to make sure they did. Then they said the price difference was too much. Ended up buying the product on amazon.

I believe I posted to Home Depot here by accident. Home Depot should have the review. Lowes has never been kind, nor helpful to women of any color. I am very disappointed by the behavior of most Associates. One Man of Asian Descent helped us last week (the last week of February)with a toilet, was the only person that has been of assistance to me ever.

Waited for 30 minutes just to grab a few studs. Super disappointed. They were moving concrete and was not even in the lane I needed. One blond, younger gentleman almost seemed to enjoy my pain....lol. Not kidding. I cut up my Lowes card. Synchrony bank was already hard enough to deal with.

I always compare Lowes vs Home Depot to Sams Club vs Costco. The former of each pairing is typically cleaner, brighter, and there are more employees available to assist customers that need it. The parking lot entry for this location is a bit goofy, but doesnt negatively affect my opinion of shopping here if I need a certain home improvement item.We bought our laminate flooring here in 2008. It has held up pretty well over the years. We also bought a Samsung refrigerator here a few years ago, and its still running good.No complaints.

This store is so big and nice for it to have only one register open and all the rest of the employees walking around not helping anyone, I asked a older man to help me and he pretended he didnt hear me and walked fast to the rest room! Dont shop at this location!

This location has the most Rude and bad costumer service I ever had from a store you walk and walk around and no one is here to ask you if you need help, or make sure you find what you need , finally we got what we came to buy the Fire place has a sign with a price of $200 we go get a shopping car we get we go to the register and the fireplace shows $400 I told the person is $200 since that what I saw she say is $400 I can’t change the price the you want it I say is not what I want it what it say she say go take a picture and show me we’re it says $200 I go get the picture after I show. Her she say that’s a mistake they haven’t put the price right o say well I’m sorry that’s not my problem it say $200 you have to sale it at that she say no I don’t have to after that she say next and leave me there like nothing she didn’t care I say can I talk to your manager she keep helping costumers and no say anything to me I find this super bad that a horrible costumer service I will never return to this location,

Just recently I purchased a Dryer there and Id have to say that the service was one of the worst Ive had in a long time. When I went to the appliance section with my wife we began looking for the dryer we seen online so we found a couple that caught our attention. No employee was there to help us, I had to go look for someone and they ended up calling someone to come assist us. I understand that it gets busy at times but the store was not very busy at all when we got there. Either way the woman who came to assist was quite rude and said YEAH to us instead of how can I help you or sorry about the wait I was busy. So we picked the dryer we wanted and she told us to pay for it up front and she will have someone bring it out shortly. So we parked our vehicle by the exit and waited 40 mins before I got frustrated and went inside to see what was going on finally they brought the dryer to the front and said I had to sign for it. Please work on your customer service I understand these times are hard on everyone but we all need to remember decency and professionalism.

Worse service I’ve ever gotten from a supposedly manager (Terrence) not manager like.He is very rude to customers and obviously doesn’t know how to talk to customers. There was a lady working there and had only been there for 3 days and let me tell you she would be a way better manager than he is. She was very polite and even apologized for the manager. The store manager serious needs to reconsider him being a manager.

Very rude cashier named Kimmie I dont if she was new or not but either way she didnt know what rebar wire we had and when we told her, she said that we were lying! I even went back and took a pic of the tag and she still didnt believe us! Ive been going to this Lowes for years and never have I had such horrible service.

We ordered Christmas lights because we needed them for our house, they work amazing there were 1 or 2 that were out but the rest worked amazing.prices are fine but kind of high other then that I recommend this store and its products. 👍👍

High quality store, one of my favorite store for home improvement

Searched all over for some place that makes transponder keys for my Honda accord. Locksmiths will charge about $80 if not more and Walmart, home depot and autozone do not make transponder keys like Google says. Took a chance and lowes does $40 & it works already programmed.

Staff was not helpful. Asked an employee if he could help me once he was done with a customer. He said he was not from that department but, he was helping someone in the same department I needed help in. Said he would send someone to help me and I waited but, no one showed up. Store was not stocked in some areas.

After a long day of work I decided to stop by and get some items from here, let me tell you this was the worst experience Ive ever had thanks to Assistant manager patrik not only does he lack Profesionalism but also insults customers, if this is their leader I cant imagine the people they have working there at then end of the day not only did he insult me and insinuated for me to leave the premises he didnt even take the time to answer a question, isnt that their job? I guess from now on Ill be shopping at home depot where they have manners. Absolute worst customer service I have ever had! When your in store making a big purchase they treat you very nicely but as soon as that sale is completed they could care less about any issues. We ordered a refrigerator and were given a time frame of 2 weeks. A month later and we finally get our fridge delivered and the delivery people dented and scratched up our fridge. We’re told to call and they want us to place an order for a new one and have it delivered then get refunded one the second one is delivered or get a 10% discount. Both totally unreasonable offers. I am never buying anything from them again. Oh and forget trying to call customer service because they hang up on you, place you on hold or just never pick up.

Typical big DIY store...you better know what you need and where to find it on your own. Employees walk around trying to avoid eye contact, because heaven forbids you may asked them for help.

I order my swoop cooler on line. Went to Lowes and went to customer service took care of everything. They had Lowes to load it in back of my truck. The box was easy opening. Had every thing you need to hang it up. Easy to install. I was well please with how it work and cool down the house.Before i order it the lady said all i have to do is bring in my Veteran card. But the only thing is the costumer service said had to file out the Military information be for i could get it. So i did not received the 10% discount
