For$19.99 for a whole month you can go and wash your car as many times and vacuum it for free I think its a very good deal I recommended especially if youre lazy and or dont have a place to wash your vehicles or vacuum.

You get a better wash when they arent busy. They speed up the process when busy and car needs to go twice to get clean. Always great service and never a problem to rewash if your not satisfied. Great staff.

Customer service is good, but if its busy dont expect your car to be really washed. My trucks bed would get washed and dried when theres not many people there, but when its loaded they rush people in back to back to back, and soap wouldnt even get dropped on my bed, wouldnt get dried. Absolutely terrible.Never going back to this location

IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS HAS CHANGED OWNERSHIP STAFF IS VERYCARING ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE AND WILLRUN CAR THRU AGAIN TO MAKE GOODS ASPRIOR OWNERSHIP HAS IN THE PAST..BEADVISE TO DRYING THE VEHICLE YOU HAVE 10 MINUTES TO DRY OFF. THE CLEANING SOLUTION IS THE SAME AS THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU USE HAVE BEEN USING ARE BASICALLY THE SAME.

I always wash my car by hand but I only brought it here because a customer gave me a coupon for a free lava cruz. I went in with a dirty car and came out with a dirty car. The cloths left a long line of grime along the sideskirts of my car. Good thing it was free because if not Id be demanding a refund!

The only thing I dislike about the car wash is not the companys fault; any day if the week (including weekends) the vacuuming area is packed between 1130am-12:30pm. Otherwise, they are fast, friendly and readonably priced 😃!

Does anyone else wish Cruz thru was back as much as me!? I miss the air freshers and idk it just doesnt seem the same. When I asked why they dont have the scents anymore they told me because they are trying to keep prices as low for customers um hello? The price went up. I wouldnt mind the price going up if they offered the same or something similar to before. Everyone asks about the air freshers you know you do too, or did!

One of the best cruz thrus i have ever been to excellent, fast, efficient and the staff are just awesome. Ive read the negative comments and it sounds like a bunch of winy adults acting like little kids also quite ignorant. I read one about a guy who gave them one star beacuse they didnt vacumm for him first off all go to a detail car wash dont expect them to hold you by the hand. All bad comments are little things that didnt satisfy the customer most likely the customers error/their own fault . Im one of Californias best franchise critiques and i give this car wash a 4.7/5 the staff were hardworking and nice only reason i gave them .7 more. Strongly recommend this car wash. Be nice to the employees will ya theyre human beings too.

Great carwash. They let you go through again if the first pass doesnt get you perfectly clean, all you gotta do is pull through again and ask.

The staff are friendly! The actual wash itself does not catch the bottom rim of our car just underneath where each door closes. It is a good price if you go more than 4 times a month but dont expect it to be perfect even if you pay for the highest packages.

Its okay Ive been washing my car there for very long time I actually have a membership more than often sometimes the rollers dont work somethings always broken but it is close by and convenient which they paid more attention to their equipment

I took my car this afternoon to get washed here and halfway through the wash the whole carwash shut down three times. When it came back on finally, the car in front of me proceeded and left the tunnel and my car stayed still. My husband and I both have monthly passes at this carwash and I have been here so many times that I knew that when this happens, you leave your car in neutral and let it be pushed forward; however my car was not moving and the vehicle ahead of me had since exited and left. The manager, Felipe, approached my car at that point and told me that my car was off the rollers and I needed to drive forward. The cars behind me were honking, everyone was upset and I told Felipe that if my or someone elses car gets damaged, then he and his carwash are at fault. He again told me to pull my car forward. I put my car in drive at that point and attempted to drive forward; however, the rollers in front of my car were so large that it bounced backwards and hit the car behind me. I then used more gas to get over the roller and exited the car wash, my car only halfway washed. The car behind me pulled out, drove up next to me, rolled down the window and told me that I hit his car. I told him that the car wash had malfunctioned and the liability was on them, then told him that if he was upset with someone and needed repair for damages he needed to talk to them; which is in fact what I planned on doing myself. Felipe was standing between both cars, said nothing up to this point but then began agreeing with the other driver and told me that, in fact this was my fault. I told them they were both delusional, the other driver called me a cunt and drove off at that point and the manager and his friend began walking away, at which point I parked my vehicle and began following Felipe back to the car wash and demanded names of everyone working at the car wash presently and the name and phone number of the manager and owner. He stated he was the manager and that if I wanted this information then I was going to have to wait because hes got a job to do right now. I went back and got into my vehicle and while I was waiting wrote down the other drivers license plate number and told him to call me another name, at which point he picked up full water bottle and threw it at me hard enough to break my windshield. Luckily it did not hit me but hit the side of my vehicle but I was too scared to deal with these fools anymore so I left. Bottom line, I wouldnt recommend this car wash to ANYONE, unless they have a death wish, and even then I still wouldnt.

Terrible place Im elderly and handicapped they would not and could not help it anyway vacuuming the car only a wash I couldnt do it myself they were of no help whatsoever I ended up going somewhere else I will never go to Cruz Thru Express again in my life and I will bad mouth them all that I can.
