WestPac Labs was busy this visit! I go there because they are very sanitary (even more w/Covid raging) quick & efficient plus... painless! I would recommend to anyone!

Check in on that little computer pad outside the window takes way longer than just going up the window to verbally check in. Heres my thing…the computer doesn’t work all the time which I have seen frustrate the elderly. Most are not even computer or tech savvy at that age. This tells you to have another method of sign in like a clipboard sign in sheet maybe?? Especially with the window not being manned with clerical staff. I waited so long to get back there I almost left and it appeared to be fully staffed. smh I will not be back here unless i truly have to. appointment or not be prepared to wait…

Fast efficient friendly easy sign in and they remember my name and face

Been here several times for blood lab work over the years. No employees present when you enter, sign in on a keypad and check the box for reason for visit, I.e. blood work, press enter. They get busy here, but the wait is normally under 30 minutes before someone comes out and calls your name. Normally 10-15 wait. Staff are very efficient competent and fast. Most blood draws I’m in and out within 30 minutes.

Un organized, takes forever to get helped and then called back

They were able to find my difficult vein like nothing ! Fast at drawing the blood as well. Well definitely come back to get my blood drawn

You are supposed to open at 630am yet your employee shows up after 640am! There was a line according to a friend today¡

Long wait time. Staff is friendly

This place is disgusting. It’s so run down and dirty I felt like I was in a third world country. I was afraid I was going to get a disease just from sitting in the chair. It took over an hour to be seen. The person that drew my blood did a good job. So if you can look past those others things you might like this place. It didnt used to be this gross. It’s gotten worse over the years.

Arrived 10:50am and ask how long the wait. The clerk at the window said there are 7 people in front of you so about 20-30 mins. Its been 30 mins and I have yet to even be checked in. At Quest Ive never had to wait more than 10 mins for blood draw. So far only 2 people have been called to the back in 30 mins. No lab should take this long, maybe hire a couple more phlebotomist.55mins in I ask how much longer, receptionist said my paperwork was taken to the back and I would be called next. 2 more people have been called as I sit, unable to get my paperwork back and leave. And why are so many carrying their urine samples around in the lobby?? Worst experience ever in a lab.

Very rude receptionist & this place is Filthy. Not recommended at all!

Clean cool people

This was the worst experience they didnt even have a receptionist. The wait was more than 30 min and there wasnt that many people there .the lady I got took forever to type in info into the computer. And couldnt find a vein and dug around in my arm before she asked me if I wanted her to take out the needle . Like do your job its not supposed to hurt .and if you cant find the vein try something different !!!!

This is the place I go to other than the other one that was on H st. Both places were quick to attend, unless they got busy but like all first come first serve places theres a wait. I dont think ive ever had to wait over 30 mins to get called in.

Horrible experience. My husband needed to borrow a wheelchair and they had one and wouldnt let us use it. Never been treated like this. A kind lady went next door and borrowed their wheelchair and helped us.

I have gone to this laboratory 4 times so far and every time I didn’t have to wait longer than 25 min. Phlebotomists we’re always very friendly and respectful. Would recommend.

I had a great experience today at PAL. My 5 yr old daughter has high anxiety and Diego was absolutely wonderful with her. He was very well trained, gentle and informative as well. I would definately recommend Diego for pediatric draws!!Thank you again Diego

Good and quick service for most of the times. Staff are very well trained and real quick in their work. Frontend staff are very friendly and they also provide quick service. We have to understand when they are busy it moves as per the line means first come first served and it’s common everywhere. Overall good experience.

Brought my grand daughter to have blood drawn on mt. Vernon and she said their great didnt even feel it, thank you luis

Completely unprofessional. Isnt there degrees required for people to at least act like they know what theyre doing?

I love these people its the only place I will go to have my blood drawn they are so nice a very fast to thank you all for helping me get through my blood drawn so much easier.

Bad customer services ladys were rude because my son was crying the lied about not having my sons paper work when they had just seen him Wednesday and the ladys could not draw my sons blood.

Shantell (sorry if I misspell it) who drew my blood was GREAT!!! The front desk persons who took my information at the front, in a few words no good customer service, they need to work on people skills.

I had to go here for blood work today the people in the back were friendly and nice that draw your blood But the older Black women that’s the receptionist upfront was extremely rude and unfriendly she wouldn’t even listen to anything I had to say . I was totally ignored and dismissed . I’m sure she’s been complained about before .

Very slow, they have zero care and concern for their customers.

Staff here is professional and friendly.
