Extremely adaptable lab that is really on top of things. 1) They were virtually the only lab out of many places I had called across Bakersfield that offered rapid results AND whose COVID testing method was in strict compliance with entry requirements into Japan (most other places only met one or the other criterion but not both). 2) Impressively, they had been proactively tracking changes in Japanese entry requirements, and so I didnt even have to bring the new immigration guidelines to their attention. 3) They scrambled to get a doctors signature for my COVID test certificate and provided me with both a physical and electronic test certificate within 24 hours, in time for my departure. I went there today. I was greeted with the most nasty disrespectful rude lady. She was having an attitude telling me what i wanted. All i said was good morning i want to get tested I called but there was no answer. And she rudely said i dont have time for that if you dont have an appointment just go make one and come back then with an attitude. Train your staff at least to greet a patient with a good morning. We already dont want to be there and to be treated like that and I wasnt the only one. So disappointing.

Employees went to get a insurance required drug test. The building has it posted that its a Covid-19 testing site. The entire lobby had a line through it and stared to extend outside. About 15 people in a small lobby not social distancing and not wearing mask, many of them there asking the front desk about covid testing and not wearing a mask. They did not try to separate individuals wanting a covid test from other patients. Our employees were smart enough to observe what was going on and leave quickly. I normally would not be concerned how a private business or individual chooses to practice covid prevention but this facility is a Covid Testing Site, i would consider it high risk for a hot spot situation. They are supposed to be medical professionals, how can they be so irresponsible!

This is a very professional and confidential facility.I have used this facility through work and own personal service.They are always friendly and willing to educate you on the programs they provide.Would recommend this facility for business or personal matters.

Their automated phone dont even work.... send you in a loop. Cant even ask about Covid testing.

Yesterday’s drug testing was pretty bad. They need to train their staff to understand that just because they know the routine, they can’t assume the client knows what to do. The staff should explain what to do and not just assume.It took an hour of waiting, very poor explanation of that. Then the actual going in and steps in the bathroom was pretty clunky, steps involved was not explained. Then in leaving was not explained either.I also want to complain about the TSA walk in. I saw the sign and asked for that when I first came in. Told that it could be done. I waited two hours, no explanation. I asked and was told it would take ‘20 minutes’. That wasn’t true. There wasn’t anyone around. The only way to get help is to walk outside and back in to trigger door bell. I finally asked for my license and passport back and left.

Very quick!!! When they were finished entering all our data, they took us right back to add the finishing touches! Super easy to do!! Friendly and sweet staff!

The only suggestion would be the music. It was heavy metal, that kind of music “can” cause anxiety. Something a little more soothing would have been appreciated! Thanks!!!

Said results for test would be ready in 3 days, that was Monday today is monday again and I called and nobody answers and no response to the txts since Friday morning

Cleanest and fastest drug test Ive ever had! Every other place Ive been to smelled like pee but Arcpoint smelled and looked pristine. Staff was very friendly and inviting!

They are arbitrary they do the tets to drivers with class C and they do not show them the results or give them a sample so that they can take the test to another place to be able to check the result !! el️ And they refer them to other places just to pay for classes and questions that cost $ 650.00 dollars
