Amazing service. They go out of their way for you. I havent given them a dime yet and they helped me find a new car that was another customers, and replaced the faulty distributor for free. He is insanely helpful

I have been taking my cars here for years and have never had an issue.

I paid $105 to have a diagnostic done on my Prius. A matter of plugging in a meter.Asked to have one of the undercarriage covers reinstalled. Wasnt done! My wife was treated rude, because she really understand the problems with vehicle. These guys are not proactive with someone that needs advice. Its a good old boy shop. F--- them. If I could give negative stars it would be -10.

Trustworthy automotive shop.

This place will charge you as much as they can. Go somewhere else because they will make you go back for more repairs and not honor the warranty they promise. I suggest for customers to shop around and get quality service better than this auto shop.

Took my car to 3 other places before coming here & of course got the run around & new problem after new problem. Took my car here was fixed within the hr. Great Guys that know what they’re doing. Highly Recommended 💪🏽

Great customer service and affordable. We had an appointment elsewhere but they were more than an hour behind (typical for that place) so we called Le Toy and they got us in and out in under 20 minutes. Oil change included topping off all fluids, basic vehicle check, and no-pressure estimate and recommendation for other upcoming services.Will definitely be going back!

They got my car started again so it works now but left it incomplete and didnt quote me a price for the work that still needs to get done on it

They said I needed a new power steering pump, it was a loose hose clamp. They said I needed a new rack and pinion, it needed a new rubber boot. Watch em!

Absolutely fantastic! I broke down in Bakersfield. Ben and his team were honest, helpful, and up-front about everything. I was prepared to just sell my car for next to nothing. Not only did they replace the hybrid battery for HALF of what the dealership quoted me, but they also worked quickly and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Thank you!

Good fast service. Had my rotors replaced. The new ones they installed were slightly warped and were not turned down. I never got around to taking it back in.Overall I think this is an honest shop who does good quality work.

Brought my car in after the Lexus dealer quoted me over a $1,000 to fix my 2008 Lexus LS460 horn. Bin and his crew had it fixed within four hours for only $350. Horn works perfectly and I saved a bunch. I will be bringing my car to them exclusively for service from now on.

I really like these guys! The shop is clean and well organized. My 1998 toyota runs like a top now! All mechanical work is too expensive, but I believe the owner Bin and his guys are fair... even gave me a senior discount!!

ZERO STARS. Came in for a brake inspection ($37 charge, while other shops in town do it for free) & flat tire replacement on my car, only because my parents have had work done on their cars here before. After diagnosing and quoting me for the brakes and two front tires, I kindly requested Bin (the owner) to let me take my car home so I can shop around for less expensive (YET same genuine quality) parts and return another day to have them installed. He tried to be a smart aleck and said You cant just take eggs to McDonalds and tell them to make a sandwich for you- sure bud, but this isnt your favorite restaurant McDonalds.. you are an auto shop. All auto shops openly welcome customers to bring in tires or other parts in general and pay for just the service if they want (the REAL reason he was upset is because he wouldnt be profiting from the overpriced parts). I also asked if I could bring in tires of my own (since I could get them for $160 instead of the $400 which they quoted me) and have them install them (and pay for just the labor)- which they agreed to.So, I bought tires from elsewhere and brought them to their shop within 20 minutes and they did not even acknowledge my presence, as if they didnt want to have anything to do with me. They were all SO UPSET (and talking about me amongst each other/scoffing) since I did not get the tires through them & also that I was wanting to take MY car home to shop around- afraid that I would find better prices elsewhere and not return. After standing around like a fool for 1 hour with no one communicating with me, I kindly asked Joshua if theyll be putting the tires on for me and he said No very HOSTILE as if Im ridiculous for asking him that, which I already expected after sensing their vibes even though they agreed to it earlier. I told Bin to just take my car off the rack with the old messed up/flat tires so I can get it out of here at least and he was very hostile toward me about this, compelled me to leave it there and use their “free wifi” for parts shopping and other alternate justifications for leaving it there. He told me Did you expect me to just stop in the middle of what Im working on to install your tires?- first off, this was the first time I approached him to simply find out if someone would do it, secondly there were workers walking around that could have easily done it (it was only 3pm, yet their shop closes at 5pm), and third I dont think you should be hostile to your customers or get ticked off from a simple inquiry. Bin and his workers took the car off the rack, positioned it in the parking lot for me and walked right past me without making eye contact let alone saying farewell as if I offended him somehow- why so upset?Customers should always feel free to do as they please whether they want to purchase an item/service or not. So I ended up having to call and pay for a tow truck to take my car to a tire shop because these guys were too upset to install the tires I brought as they originally had agreed to. I would help a stranded car on the side of a road that had a flat tire so they can get mobile, and these guys being an auto shop didnt provide common customer courtesy to get my new tires on to at least get me mobile so I didnt have to request a tow truck (even IF they actually were busy, they could still out of courtesy take max 10min to help out my situation... but in reality it was clear that not everyone was preoccupied that no one could do this for me). Anyway, I found a much more professional/courteous shop in town that did my brakes for $470 less than what these guys quoted me!- yes using genuine parts with warranty etc. I saved $710 total. Do your homework (shop around) before paying these guys and expect to be unwelcomed/disrespected if you aren’t ready to proceed with getting work done by them after getting your estimate- isnt this what estimates are for in the first place?

Charged 1000 for simple oil pan replacement, put wrong kind of oil in my car. When I told them, they said my dealership was lying. They showed me how it wasn’t the right color.

Went to have some stoptech cross drilled rotor and pads both brand new installed at the same time and my rear brake pads are completely gone now. Im missing 2 plugs for the rear rotors. One rotor cracked I assume due to the heat. These so called mechanics need to pick up a book and read about cars. When I called they said if I raced I said no im a daily freeway driver he states as long as the wheel didnt fall off there not responsible for any damages. My question is why parts are missing from the rear brakes and they wore out before my front brakes? Plus I love the fact they didnt take there time to lube the bolts that needed lube and not applying the boot to one of the bolts that she be kept dry and dirt/dust free. I would never recommend this place. If you want to lose money Id say go here because ive spent enough replacing products that are not even a year old.
