Monday 10Am is the best time to go. There was no line got right in. I was there for a passport photo but Im usually there for DMV stuff, reg, license plate, titles etc..

Definitely going to cancel my RV roadside coverage. They failed us while stranded on the 5fwyw with a blow out on our class C rv

I asked AAA specifically if they didnt have my type of battery, I wouldnt meed their service. Because there would be no purpose, they said they did have it. They DIDNT have my type of battery for my car..... But the service I got from the company that checks out the battery was FANTASTIC. Because of CULLEN I will give AAA a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... Keep Cullen hired PLEASE, he is a very informative hard worker. He stood there to make sure that my car was running, and that I new about the battery.

As much as I despise AAA, my experience with the DMV office within the branch was exceptional. Despite being very busy they moved with a perfect urgency, but didnt make me feel rushed. I wasnt expecting much, but the clerk was knowledgeable and polite. She was able to complete a title transfer that I began online, which saved me from having to risk sending the pink slip through the mail. Overall Im very satisfied with the visit.

Great customer service! I only waited about 2 minutes but they got busy right before closing. I went in for misc things at their DMV. Definitely much faster than the normal DMV. But just giving you a heads up, they only take CASH or CHECK... NO CARDS. Hope that helps : )

THIS COMPANY GETS WORSE EACH TIME YOU CALL! Tow truck was to arrive at 3:27PM and its now 4:15PM and wont be arriving for another 45 minutes and you cant get in touch with anyone. On hold for 28 minutes. WOW so much for emergency roadside service.UPDATEAgain. They are the worst. They leave you stranded and they absolutely don’t care. Called for the link cause they won’t answer their phones anymore unless you wait on hold for 20-35 minutes. I did wait on hold and got thru to someone. I told them they are the worst And I want a tow truck there now! So she puts a note on my call file and states that I’m in a dangerous neighborhood to try to speed up their substandard service. Guess what. I get a call from the police telling me they are sending squad cars and a tow truck. WTH. I am at a friends beautiful house next to many other beautiful houses. I told the police not to come. They cancelled the call. I will be filing a false police report on AAA. Heads will roll this is the dumbest and worst company ever. Just do your job and send a tow truck when people call! Wow like it’s hard!

Terrible. Ive been on the phone for 3 hours trying to get my car towed. The system keeps taking me to a New York representative, the NY representative transfers me to unresponsive California representatives which leave me on call waiting for 30 minutes at a time without any available agents. Ive been waiting three hours, THREE hours, after being told only 45 minutes. Unacceptable. I do not recommend, half the agents sound miserable and dont want to be there.

Got a way cheaper rate of insurance by switching to them. We will see how we are treated during an accident, usually tells all about a company. So far great. Have added home insurance, rental insurance and have their tow package as well for $250 a month. Cheaper than my other insurance by 75 dollars. Went with a third party insurance cause of points and was treated horribly had to pay out of pocket for rental and had to pay deductible for my car getting hit in front of my house with no one in it. If you could get set up with them I would highly recommend. The coverage of accident we would be covered more than previous insurance. Very happy with the switch

Horrible service. Called for tow truck at 5:30pm and called again at 6:30 no update, called at 7:30 they said it should arrive by 8:30, called again at 8:45 and they said it would be until 10:30 pm. They didnt even call to give me updates until I called. 5 hours and thats not even for sure they were going to show up at 10:30pm!! Called and totally canceled the service!! Terrible and RIDICULOUS!!!!

Me and my husband had horrible service we ran out of gas and we called AAA my husband was on hold for 3 hours only to tell us that they wont be there until 7:00 a.m. by the way it was 1:00 a.m. and I dont understand why I am paying $200 a month and we had to call two times because the first operator that we got was so rude she hung up on us after 1 hour then we called a second time and that operator was even worse and again to only tell us that they wont be there to 7:00 a.m. horrible service please do not pay for triple a they are no help oh and then we didnt even want the help because I only said 7:00 a.m. so my husband had to walk 8 hours to the nearest gas station horrible service please do not pay $200 a month for this kind of service me and my husband will be getting a new car provider

On 09/30/20, at about 1430 hours, I was at the AAA Bakersfield location on Commercial Way. I am a typical, average customer, 56-year-old male, Marine Corps Veteran, retired police officer, who is taking care of an 82-year-old mother. I was being helped with my DMV needs by Kimberly when my blood glucose dropped below normal. Kimberly immediately recognized my diabetic symptoms, gave me her own protein bar, and a AAA bottled water. Kimberly did her paperwork while getting to know me a bit, and before you know it, I was no longer thinking about COVID-19, civil unrest and division, my bills, or my medical issues (seven surgeries within a two year period. Thank you Kimberly...BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEYOND!!!

Absolutely rude. Muriel was rude to me the second she came out to get me. She didnt introduce herself I had to ask her name. Very controlling behavior ( shes in charge attitude) If you are from out of state and used to any kind of customer service, you will be disappointed. I will be cancelling my membership for sure. I kind of think that she was rude to me because my appointment was actually tomorrow but I took care of all of my stuff a day early and called and asked if they had time for me today, and she was just coming back from lunch and wasnt expecting to have somebody waiting for her. Maybe I interrupted her water cooler time.

AAA used to be great. Now it takes longer to do a dmv transaction than at the DMV. Over an hour to speak to a rep today.

They scammed me into getting a membership to give me my tags, only to tell me they couldnt do it after getting the membership. Total scam! Be aware of this so it doesnt happen to you!

Even while dealing with obstinate consumers who refused to wear their masks, the staff remained professional and efficient in helping their patrons. The walk-in to start services could be a bit more clearly defined and organized but, all in all, they are making it work rather well.

My experience was very poor. This was the Long Beach Santa Ana office would not return calls bad information they ended up trying to sue me over a car that didnt even belong to me all because theyre rep couldnt read a driver DMV print out, spent close to 15 hours trying to get it resolved horrible service.

I needed a driving booklet. AAA had one available. Everything is outside the office. Took care of my needs. Very pleasant staff.

Great expereince going here. They are very organized in handling and keeping staff nd customers safe through the Covid situation. We were in line to check in outside then were called one by one. I felt very safe in doing my transations.

If I could I would not give a 1 star. I was on my way home to Bakersfield from SF and broke down 126 miles from my house on I-5. I called AAA for a tow and they said I was in northern CA so they transferred me. After being transferred to another representative they said that they couldnt pin my location to order a tow truck. After 45min of me locating my self not AAA they said I would be a priority and someone would be out to me in the next 30 to 60 minutes. After 45min and no text updates I was getting nervous. Mind you this is at 9pm at night and I was alone. I called AAA for an update. The woman laughed and said that the tow was far and she couldnt get anyone to do it. So I called a lift that was there in ten minutes to get me to the nearest hotel. To say the least I have no idea what I have been paying for. When I cant get a tow!!! This is a service that I pay for... My husband had to hook up a trailer to tow my car the next morning!!!!! I am furious..... Also when I went in they had me write a statement and 7-10 days I will hear back from a supervisor. I am done with this company and so are my family. We are changing insurances. I do not recommend their services to anyone.

Love this place. Come on an indoor dmv how great is that. The wait is very quick and the staff are awesome. This is the best insurance company that my wife and I could have ever joined. I just wonder what took us so long to join. What a waste of money on those other insurance companies. Plus all the discounts and offers that you get from vacations, to movie or concert tickets to everyday store shopping discounts as well. If you dont have AAA you are throwing your money away and missing out. So do yourself a favor and check out all their policies that they offer.

Dont get me wrong the website is a good website. The reason for my comment and visiting the website was not in a favorable situation for AAA. If you look at my comment I was very upset with them for leaving me stranded in Fresno California when I was trying to get back home to Bakersfield and after waiting over 2 hours AAA did call me and said there is no available truck that I need to go commercial and thats the last I heard from them.On top of the request that I use a commercial tow truck I would have to pay for it and ask for reimbursement you know Ive been paying for AAA for almost a year I have the plus membership and also have their vehicle insurance and Ive never had to utilize either one so I feel the request that I did have was an emergency I was stuck and I was stuck since about 4 in the afternoon it was 10 before I got home from a ride so and my vehicle to this day is still in Fresno. So lets just say I am so disappointed in AAA roadside service and not sure if I will renew my membership this year
