Some of the rudest, insensitive staff to date. They send out incompetent maintenance staff to do repairs that arent repairs at all. And them have to find a guy on my own to fix the plumbing, and washer and still pay the full rent with no complaints until the unit has basically been refurbished entirely. I coukd play it safe and exercise the legalities falling short. Its the law to have hot running water after all and iam not one to complain until my recent request to fix the washer .... again....they are so cut corner ....i get it....go cheap and save a dollar....but at the wxpense of having to fix it again soon.

I honestly don’t how know how they have bad reviews about their service. I talked to two girls over the phone talking about one of their properties i’m interested in. They were EXTREMELY polite! I had a few questions regarding their property and they answered them all politely. I’m just guessing that maybe the other reviewers caught them on a bad day ?Either way i highly recommend them! They treated me w respect and we’re very nice!!

Just got a call from my husbands employer stating Taylor from this company is claiming we submitted false documents to her. My husband is currently unemployed due to the pandemic but is starting a new job at the end of the month. They accused my husband and his employer of falsifying an offer letter when Danny O trucking is an actively running business that you could have verified with a simple google search. They tried numerous excuses not to run our application even though we meet the income requirements by more than 3xs the amount of rent for their POS rental. We have decided to buy since our awful experience with them and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB regarding their initial discrimination of my husband being unemployed and on EDD. In the state of California you can not base your decision to rent to someone based on whether or not they are on Unemployment. I’m gonna go ahead and add I feel we are also not being rented to because we are Hispanic. Zero stars.

Make sure to take photos of every little thing that is wrong or they will get your money and more. Also check what comes with the apartments as they will charge you for things you didnt even realize you owned

Very unprofessional and extremely non-responsive ... while attempting to locate housing for our clients, several agents had been hung up on by the office staff simply for asking questions.

The women in the office are rude as hell and it’s probably because they look like some of the most boring creatures on the planet, they had no manners and disgustingly chewed their gum loud as hell while I was speaking to them. Horrible ! They don’t want to do their job and it shows very much. You don’t treat people this way especially when they haven’t given you a reason

I was rented a house by a so called harolyn johnson 2 months later this man shows up sayinf it his house and there is no such person . He tried to open my door before knocking and wanted to do a walk through.... I domt knlw whata going on but this company needs some new employees.

They ignored our fire hazard complaints for years, removed our gutters without notification and had people hop onto our porch while we were asleep in our bedrooms (talk about one hell of a creepy wake up call), we currently have squatters in our parking lot and the woman I talked to on the phone said it wasn’t their responsibility rather the local police department’s job to remove them. 100% unprofessional and useless.

My unit has mouse droppings in the drawers and cupboards, all the shelves are dusty and dirty, the exterior is absolutely filthy, my water heater had to be replaced, and my AC was turned off upon moving in. I spent 2 weeks without hot water, my first few nights without AC, and Im left to clean all of the mouse droppings after finally getting fed up with having to leave my dishes in the dishwasher or on the counters. I cannot believe how little they care about how much Ive had to deal with since moving in. Never rent from them out of principle

Wouldn’t recommend renting from them the whole time living at the property was ok aside from people having verbal and physical altercations on a daily basis but it was really after leaving the property that the problems arose they try to get you for every little thing that they can to make extra cash off of you and then when you reach out and confirm the date that you’re able to return the keys they will still charge you 2 extra days becasue they claim they didn’t receive the keys even though you dropped them off in the drop box on a specified date that you confirmed with their agency if money isn’t a factor then by all means rent from them but if you’re not so financially set then I would steer clear of this rental agency

Never will rent from them again! I let them know I had a roach problem. I was informed that they were responsible for sending someone out to spray for bugs. No one ever came. I called about 2x a week for 2 weeks, 3rd week, I called daily. Each call, they assured me THEY would send someone and it would be covered by them. My very last call about it, I said I have a baby in my home, i dont want roaches all over. A few people have told me someone will come out and nobody has come 3 weeks later and made a point that this was extremely important to me. The lady then said something along the lines of if you truly care about your daughter, you Wouldve taken care of it by now rather than keep calling us. I was so mad! This was my first apartment as a young adult, and I made sure to ask on my first call if it was covered by them or me, in order to be sure what to expect. So not only did nobody ever come, but I was insulted as a parent. I understand companies get busy, fall behind, and I can be patient, but this was NOT ok.

I’ve rented from them and when I moved in the place was not clean. Carpet has stains and I even mentioned in the checklist. When I left the place it was 10 times cleaner than when I moved in. They took partial of my deposit knowing that the place did not need any cleaning. They call it a general cleaning fee. Once they get your money they are in control.

You should have an attorney before renting from them. My family has lived in a home for over three years the week before school starts they give us a 30 day notice because the property sold. They did not serve us the correct way but I do not have the time to fight it. HORRIBLE OWNER!!! Contacted him to see if I could get the deposit back since it sold as a short sale as is said they would need to do a walk through first. The new owners bought as is so why I would not get my deposit back is absurd. The company has NO VALUES. Never fixed problems when I called. I do not ever leave a review on anyone but if I can save one person from renting from them it will be worth it. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE must be the ethics the owner has set. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM WITHOUT A LAWYER!!!!! Everyone with a problem should report it to BBB, I am going to.

I would give it -10 stars. Do not rent from these crooks. They will only cheat you out of your money. They wouldnt even do a final walk though instead the guy waited around the corner for us to go to their office so he wouldnt have to do the walk though. They are crooks and liars. Please please please do not fall victim to this scam.

No one meets you at rentals, sometimes they cant give you proper info on a property, you have to pay a deposite for s key. Last time I used this place the key didnt open the door and the key got stuck in the door. So I never got to see the property

Very UNprofessional. They don’t care at all about your living environment. They don’t answer phones or return phone calls. They pass you around to other people that aren’t available. Very rude. Don’t recommend renting from any properties they are in charge of.

I have a relative who rents from them , yes! I agree the girls in the office are very rude and unprofessional. When you ask to speak to their manager regarding their rudeness and unprofessional behavior they will NOT transfer you or even let you get pass them to fix the issue. This Company has been around for years, I think if they want to make some positive changes they should start with hiring people more professional that are a little nicer and have experience with customer service.

If I could give less stars I would. Their representatives are unable to manage the simplest of tasks. In all my dealings with this office EVERY discrepancy was due to their incompetence. So much paper is wasted with their ridiculous threatening letters sent by their representatives in error. Contact with this office is most difficult. Representatives rarely if ever close a matter with a formal response, requiring me to chase a down confirmation that a matter has closed. The big boss, owner I presume, sets the tone, as escalated issues go without a response. Never a reply.

The very first time I walked in to inquire about a property and get a key to view it, there was two other gentlemen (one Im assuming was a manager?) having an INCREDIBLY loud conversation right in the middle of the lobby as I was attempting to speak over them with the lady behind the desk - to the point that I had to repeat myself several times JUST in order to be heard over their obnoxious chatter.I obtained a key, checked out the property, and then took out an application. I returned the next day to submit it and pay my credit check fee and ask a few questions to finish the application - there, yet again, was ANOTHER pair of gentlemen having an even LOUDER conversation that once again forced me to repeat my questions over and over to be heard by the receptionist.. In my opinion, this is extremely rude when there is a potential client in the room. Anyone else agree?Just for reference - I was denied - which is 100% fine with me and not at all a factor in this negative review, as my credit history is my OWN responsibility to manage - no one else.However, it is purely the lack of professionalism of the people working in this office. Afterward, I requested to speak with a manager in order to discuss my application further and maybe suggest paying 2-3 additional months rent or a higher deposit... and this is when they started giving me the run around. Repeatedly, they promised to have a manager call me and not ONCE did it ever occur. They didnt even bother to ask for my name OR number either time!It seems like once they had processed/denied my application, all of the professionalism went out the window. Every contact witht them since has been incredibly dismissive and rude. The two ladies that work in the front HAVE to be relatives or friends of the owner of the company, because there is absolutely no way they would be employed in a position that involves so much customer interaction otherwise..I will ABSOLUTELY be submitting an additional review, and possible complaint, to the Better Business Bureau and I highly discourage ANYONE from ever using this realty company.Best of luck to all the rest of you looking for a home!

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! I dont know how the owner of this company has not fixed the obviously REPEAT problems this place has, and the attitude adjustment all of these ladies need so badly. Gloria is a very VERY rude lady on any day besides days that rent is due. If something ever needs to be fixed expect to call every day of the week for at least two weeks. They do not even deserve 1 star dont deal with these a#*holes. The reviews on this company reflect the quality of people that work there.

Honestly I had the worst experience, the receptionist Diana is her name is Very rude has no morals And lacks customer service.I will be reporting them to BBB as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They managed our property for 3 years and were terrible at it. They had a full-time maintenance staff, so you would think problems would get fixed in a timely manner. Well, they didnt. They were also rude to our tenants and charged us for every little thing. We ended up making most the required repairs ourselves. The only thing they were good at was collecting their monthly fee.

I want to sell my property just be they are the management. They are unreasonable in their requests. Will send you a letter to trim a tree (that is already trimmed) and give you 15 days notice to do it or they will fine you $50...if you try to appeal, they will take it to their board and deny any appeal then fine you even more. Very unsatisfied with how they treat their tenants. Oh, and they raise their HOA monthly fees every chance they get. They have raised mine every year since I bought condo. Not very customer friendly.

They are evil money stealing scammers they will only put you on the streets in six months dont be taken by these crooks. There has to be a law against what their doing. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the worst property management company Ive ever worked with! The people are rude and very unhelpful! I rented from them for 6 months and as soon as my lease was up I moved out beause they refused to fix the things that were damaged before I had moved in! We ended up fixing some of the repairs ourselves and they still took over half of our deposit back! I do not know how they stay in business!

This company is the worst company I have EVER rented from…I cant save up enough money for my house soon enough to get away from PRM. I can honestly say I have experienced what a slumlord is and PRM and its owner/s are slumlords. They take your money happily but dont want to lift a finger when you need them to come out and do something at your place. If PRM is Professional than Im a billionaire (furthest from the truth). The staff and office manager Gloria has to be the some of the rudest people I have met they are nice getting you in but once your in the nice mask comes off. I question how they have jobs because they dont have customer service skills at all and good look getting them to right a correct note down for a maintenance request. I have never in my life written a review for a company but PRM is such a horrible reality company to deal with if I can save someone else from renting with them than mission accomplished.

When i first moved in to the house I rented from Professional Realty Management, I was very happy. It was cute and priced right. The first issue I had with the property was minor, but definitely gave me pause as to how well they would take care of larger issues. The back fence was coming down and on the other side was a very large angry dog. I called and asked that they send someone to repair the fence. The man they sent came out, searched the yard for loose wood that had falled off the sides of the garage and patched the fence with those. Obviously not a licensed contractor. I didn;t think much of it as long as the fence was secure enough to keep the angry dog out of my yard. The next event was when my tub clogged. After investigating I discovered the pipe to the tub had a whole in it under the house and the water was draining onto the ground. I asked for a plumber to be sent out. The man that cam eout was too large to climb under the house and stated he would have the cut the floor out and that I would be without a bathroom for a few weeks. This was unacceptable to me so I offered to fix it myself. I asked that they pay me for my time and the parts. They agreed! The took the amount owed to me off the rent for the next month. However upon giving notice to move out issues arose. I left a notice at their office providing my 30 day notice and my last day that I would be in the home. The day I left the property was mid-month, therefore legally I should have the final rent prorated since I was not in the home for the remaining days of the month. I discussed this with tme, but they argued. Finally they agreed. I paid the prorated rate, however they charged me for cleaning which happened to add up to the remaining amount of the month I was paid back for repairing the tub and for the remaining days of the month I did not live in the house. For a house I paied $725/mo, it cost me $1100 to get out. They left me alone the rest of the time, but these dealing have left a bad taste in my mouth. I am sad to say I would not recommend renting from this group unless they are the last option you have. Their practices are shady.

Awful, just awful. Office staff is so rude and disrespectful and take several days to return calls, if they do.After move out, they literally nickel and dime you even for things that were wrong with the home BEFORE you moved in!! Proof and filing a dispute with them does not work. Dont waste your time with this company.
