Manager here is worthless walks around smoking all day without a mask on

The manager is rude, disrespectful and lazy. Have to turn off my water heater when i am not using the water because the faucets leak and he refuses to fix them. The lights in the bathroom and kitchen dont work due to a short in the wires and wont fix it

Manager steve said to be out by the 9th of october ive been a resident here for 6 years never late on rent always a good tenant here. I was getting blamed for all my neibors actions manager always picked on me for no reason at all after i got a divorce he seemd to act different to my new wife saying she cant come on the propriety. Shes only 100 pounds and pregnet and manager clames she is a threat to him lol good one and then slips a 60 day request to vacate the property. Then we had to go out of town for a family emergency for two weeks and when we got back he had already broke into the apartment and threw out our belongings and changed the locks before the rent was even considered late

Manager is rude, condescending and frequently ignores our requests.
