These lovely young guys went above and totally beyond to get me back on the road today. I definitely wasn’t on their schedule, but they made it happen. My dogs even went with them for the final test drive, that’s how cool they were!!

Great shop, we were new to town and we took my daughters Hyundai in there and they did just what needed done and didn’t try to a bunch of work that was not needed. Now they have become our regular mechanic for my wife’s Honda. Honest, fair and reliable.

Were here to help. Thats what the folks at Precision Import told us when we brought in our 2010 RAV4 with three warning lights illuminated (check engine, 4WD, and slip indicator). They scanned the engine, looked up the diagnostic trouble codes, and solved the problem for us quickly. Highly recommended!

We ended up broke down outside of town today, I called around a few different mechanics and ended up going with my gut and went to these guys. They were up on the tow truck before they even had it unloaded and diagnosed the issue we were having instantly. It ended up being super simple and they were incredibly nice and also super informative. They didnt try to charge us but we ended up tipping regardless. We will definitely be keeping these guys in mind if we have future issues.

Finally, mechanics you can trust to keep you on the road and never take advantage or over charge. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years. They are the best!

The best auto mechanic shop weve had work on our car! They were fast, thorough, and affordable checking on our older Toyota. Replaced our muffler and replaced our brake pads with Toyota parts as well as all Toyota fluids for the checkup. Couldnt be happier. 😃

When our Honda Odyssey broke down on I-84 the [wonderful] tow truck driver suggested Precision Import. Dusty, Jesse & crew were *amazing*! We were desperate to get back on the road to meet an important deadline. They moved us to the top of the queue, analyzed the situation, and through a personal relationship with another shop got us the ONLY available rental van in Baker City (or anywhere nearby, for that matter), allowing us to complete our mission.Dusty offered repair options (the motor seized), supported us all the way through the process, and gently lead me to the conclusion that the vehicle simply wasnt wort repairing - throwing good money after bad. And they charged very, very little.My biggest complaint is that i cant give them TEN stars!

Me and my brother often travel the nation on road trips. Because of this we tend to have to see more automotive technicians than one would hope for. This shop hands down was the best automotive shop I have ever encountered. Customer service was incredible, work was timely and exceptional, and the cost was more than fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing mechanical work anywhere in Eastern Oregon.

The service and diagnostic abilities of this Auto Repair shop are fantastic! Our vans alternator quit as we were heading from Colorado to Seattle. We managed to get the van off the interstate and coast it into their parking lot (not knowing their business at all). Not only did they see to our needs immediately, they diagnosed the problem perfectly. It was the Friday before Memorial Day and they took time to call everyone they knew to find an alternator for us. The only one available was 2 hours away, so they charged up our battery and sent us there in time for that dealership to replace the part and fix our van. By 6pm we were back on our journey, instead of having to spend the next three days waiting for a part and service. Thank you to the Christensens of Precision Import Auto Repair, Inc.!!

These folks were great! I was on a road trip from Portland to Salt Lake the other day when my Dodge Sprinter developed engine trouble. The three people in the office pretty much counseled me for 15 minutes and declined to take my money. They encouraged me to limp along into Boise where I would likely find a specialist who could fix my problem. They wouldnt even let me buy them coffee! Made it to the Mercedes dealership on the west end of Boise where they fixed the thing in less than 3 hours. Cant thank the staff at Precision enough.
