Thank you Nicole and Ross for all your help. An unexpected situation came up last minute with our moving company. They arrived a few days earlier than expected and our new apartment complex couldnt take us in yet so my bf and I reached out to a few storage units and Rio Estrella Storage Solutions was a few blocks away from our new home and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute. ***BEWARE***We unfortunately ran late and were leaving three minutes post closing time. Knocked on the managers door, called management where they told us that theyd informed the onsite manager. After twenty minutes i had the angry manager brandishing a gun at me come out furious knowing it was us. He began to yell at me cussing and beat his dog. This is no way to treat customers. Not acceptable. BEWARE...

The storage unit was very clean and the manager was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

This place is very clean and well kept up. The prices are about average, but the friendly staff make all the difference. We would highly recommend this place for your storage needs.Only, one little thing is they contact you many times for a review. It just shows times are changing for sure.

Staff was friendly and courteous. It was awesome that I was able to see the size of my unit before renting it and I love having drive up access, it makes it much easier to move stuff!

Got to the facility behind a couple of others and had to wait for the line to clear out, but then things moved right along. The process to obtain a storage unit was longer than I expected, but very thorough. Ended up a happy camper when it was all said and done. Will do it again if the need arises.Mac

I have never experienced such poor customer service EVER. Lupe is rude, miserable, unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive. She used to be nice but it seems life has taken its toll on her. Called office to find out when access gate locked and she refused to tell me unless I gave my unit number, mind you my account is current. I gave her my unit number and name but she couldnt pull it up on her computer. She refused to answer the GENERAL question. She told me I shouldve checked the website. She continued to talk down to me and would not tell me when gate locked. Take your $ elsewhere. You never know when she will change on you. It was quite disturbing and dissappointing!

The most friendly, and helpful people I have met since moving to Arizona. Always a clean and safe environment. I am a return customer, and would recommend to anyone who is looking to store the personal Items.

Very unprofessional , Lupe that works the counter has no idea what she is doing, she rented us a 5X5 unit that was already in use and thought it was funny that we had to move our stuff a second time. No apology or anything for making us move twice. Do not rent from here.

One of the.best storage facilities that Ive ever been in. Very clean with a good staff.

Rented a trailer for a couple of hours last week. My wife called to reserve it in the morning and I got to it in the afternoon. They were awesome folks to deal with and had me hooked up and out the door in ten minutes. Moved what I needed to move and brought it back. Out and on my way home in five minutes.

Took my daughter to pickup a few things from her storage unit. They have air conditioned units and it is kept nice and clean! Friendly managers!

The folks who run the place are awesome. The prices are comparable to others but I feel that the security is right up there.

Weve rented multiple different sized units. Owners are friendly and the units are clean. Weve never had an issue with security.

They have the 10x15 storage units with extremely tall ceilings prices are very reasonable.

Lupie is one of the most unpleasant women I have ever spoke to. Has no regard for customer service, told me customers are not always right. Blamed me for uhaul not explaining their free month offer. If you need a storage unit, look elsewhere.

I cant even begin to rate it 1 star. The manager had to be the rudest nastiest person alive. Ive been trying to make payments on my unit from NY. Initially they accepted my credit card but when I got behind due to my income the manager Luke, wouldnt accept my card any longer making me have to overnight her a money order when I made payments. I sent another money order put 2 weeks ago and now she claims she never got it and sent me an email yesterday saying they were selling my unit today. I called today to beg her to accept my visa over the phone and she said she sold my unit at 9am and wouldnt help me out to get in touch with whoever bought tickets get my personal things back. Then she literally hung up on me and wouldnt answer when I called back. What can I do all the way in NY now?

The Manager is a wonderful help. I have used the U Haul brand and others over the years for all of my moving and storage needs. I must say this team is the friendliest, hard working, always spot on team Ive ever had the pleasure of working with for my logistic projects.As long as Lupita is running the show I know Im covered. Friendly People, explained everything to me.

From the get go the lady was rude. Insisted I have the truck back by 5 so I did. Her husband decided to let me keep it until 8am next day. I returned the truck at 1030pm with 3/4 gas the EXACT amount the truck originally required. The next morning I listened to a voicemail indicating it was HALF A NOTCH under 3/4 and I will be charged $25 plus $5 for the gallon they claim it was missing after letting it run for 5minutes! So two days into getting this unit they locked me out of my PAID storage until this truck charge is paid for. I was not present when I returned the truck to do inspection seeing it had to be returned by 8 and they dont open yet. RIP OFF. PAYING IT AND GETTING MY THINGS OUT OF THIS PLACE!!

On July 21, 2016 I tried to remove my items from storage and close my account. I scheduled movers to meet me at the storage place. I was unable to access my items due to a LOCK being placed on my storage. I checked my account and found that the AUTOMATIC PAYMENT on my account was deducted and paid to Rio Estrella Storage Solutions. I made a second trip back home to look for another key, but verified that it was the right key and I had been locked out. Rio Estrella Fred and Lupe Mastriona gave me the most horrible customer service and refused to admit their error. Lupe was laughing and riddiculed me in front of another customer. I was unable to remove my items due to lose of transportation due to Rio Estrellas error.

Best Storage Facility and Incredible Management, I would highly recommend this location to everyone.
