Rose is such a sweet person. She made this process so smooth and quick. She is what sold us to use this Storage place. She has such a great personality and always friendly. She is a rare find.. If she ever leaves so will we. Its nice to be treated like a human and not a number.

I had such a great experience at Litchfield Park Storage Solutions. I was in the process of moving from PHX to Minnesota and the movers I had hired did not show up. Rose at the front desk was such an angel and helped me through this stressful situation. She was able to get me a unit that same day and recommended some great movers that helped me get my stuff from my apartment and into a storage until I could find out how to get my belongings to Minnesota. I recommend this place 100%!

These people are horrible. First they over charged my son when he first got the unit. Had to wait over a week to get his refund because they had to have 3. Person discussion about how to do it. . my son has cancer and is in the hospital and Ive told them to stop harassing me for his rent of $86. But the continue to cal me everyday for my sons rent. Ive told them not to call me and Ill be in as soon as possible to pay but they ignore me and continue to call everyday sometimes twice a day. I understand they need there money but to make my life stressful over 86. Dollars while my son is suffering is driving me crazy.

I have used this location for over 5 years now and love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful when I call with questions. They make renting a unit easy and stress free.

They didnt have the size unit we needed for our needs but helped with giving us 2 units at a cheaper rate. The ladies in the front office were very polite and helpful. Prices were a steal and they also offered a free moving truck! The units itself were clean and the property was well kept. They had hand trucks (I think this is the right phrase) for moving items since our unit is on the 2nd floor. It does get a bit muggy and humid upstairs or indoors in general but I guess its not a huge deal. Overall pretty satisfied with out storage choice!

A woman gave my parents water bottles when their vehicle broke down outside of this place. So when we moved we purchased boxes from this place. Was Easy, quick and not too expensive. Would purchase more things from here if needed...or storage.
