Walked in looking for a large unit and even though their system said none were available, Mr. Nuñez was kind enough to drive out and find one what was available. Kaylee was amazing, making all the paperwork fast and simple. I was in and out in 20 mins. Awesome service and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I scheduled a 15ft truck and when i arrived was told that u haul made a mistake and had the truck under repairs and didnt inform me, Kaylee and Art were able to figure out how to help me out after u hauls mistake and got me a truck to get my move going, if you need any moving needs done these are the people to help you

I needed a storage unit for a couple of months and I thought I found a good one when I choose store more. Come to find out the hours were horrible I work and Im student by the time I go to work theyre closed and by the time time I get out theyre closed also needless to say the hours are horrible if you need later access they advise you call and tell them that I called at 3 times for later access every time I went after hours gate code didnt work, so there I am late at night with my belonging trying to get into the storage that I was paying for and couldnt even get in. I pay for 2 units inside with air conditioning ever since I moved my belongings there the air condition has never worked theres always roaches in there ALWAYS. And finally I advised store more that I would moving everything out 5 days after my due date thinking like most places they would pro rate my monthly bill for the month, but no they are billing me a whole month for 5 days needless to say if you need a storage unit PLEASE DO NOT GO TO store more storage, you be be unhappy.

Rented a U-Haul from Advantage storage units Cliff was an excellent representative of the company awesome customer service.Vehicle was extremely clean comfortable ride and the AC was wonderful.The hold I was required to place on the vehicle was 1/4 at Penske Truck Rental charge me in the past.So if you live in the area and need a U-Haul Advantage storage unit as a place you want to go

Advantage has texted me MULTIPLE times that my account is 10 days past due. I respond that I dont have an account with them and never did, and to remove my number from their system. They continue texting me. I called them near Christmas and the guy who answered said the accountant was out. He would not take my message. I dont have time to deal with people or companies who wont fix a problem they created. So heres a one-star review.

I was in need of a storage unit and I went to Store More and they handled all of my needs. They were polite, very efficient, and solved all of my problems. Manager has an attitude problem so does staff. Was moving into new house so my realtor rented and paid for storage room when I went to get my stuff they had a lock on it , then they said my realtor never paid ( lie ) he did or would not have gotten room. They held my furniture hostage , and even though I told them to put it in my name they didnt. My realtor was out of town for death in family and could not take time out to come back to argue with them. I have a house but cant get my furniture out. Will call 3 on your side and police if need be. I would like to edit my review of this place and staff , I was wrong the problem was with my realtor not the storage facility or staff there. They are really great especially management , I guess I was just in a bad mood and upset that my storage was locked up. I would highly recommend this place. Was having bad day not managements fault , Sherry is so nice take back everything I said before.

A little pricey but good safe place

Unbelievable! How can you not work with your customers! Absolutely ridiculous! I fell behind which I understand is my problem not yours but to flat out refuse to take a payment unless its in full is the craziest thing I have ever heard! I wanted to pay my past due and Id be back this weekend to pay the balance and was told unless I have payment in full it would not be excepted!! That makes no sense at all! Why would any business turn down money! Ill have the balance paid by this weekend still but you have lost a customer! Ill be moving my property!

Left my furniture in there for ten months had no food in there what so ever. Came in to find all of my belongs were covered in mouse crap and urine. The only thing I didnt wrapped in plastic was the washer, dryer and my couch. Had to throw the couch away. My washer that has less than 2 months of use, is draining water everywhere when you turn it on, followed by mouse turds. Dryer is full of turds out of the exhaust pipe. They told me to take it up with the insurance, that the infestation of mice were not there problem.

I go here often for postal services and it is always a pleasant experience. The office always smells nice too.

They charged us a fee because they failed to ask us for another document w proof of renters insurance, their system lapse and they did NOT tell us anything about this(it lapsed in July and we barely found out in OCTOBER and was explained to us after the fact). They did nothing to fix their mistake. We gave them proof of renters insurance in the beginning, how are we to know about the lapse and how is it our responsibility if we didnt get a notice?? Second, we have paid on time and early and they have denied us access to get into the actual lot where the storage units are. This has happened at least 3 times. I need things from time to time and having to go back the next day and talk to them just to get into the storage unit is so annoying to say the least. We never have bad experiences w the employees its only the actual place itself that seems to be unorganized
