TL;DR poor quality flooring; selling end of life flooring without disclosure; horrible installers; poor customer service; overall bad experience.Would avoid like the plague. Replaced the floors in the whole house and went with their installers. Floor was initially installed with lippage and unlevel upstairs; stair noses were also crooked and were squeaking and coming apart 2 weeks after install. Brought a 3rd party flooring inspector who confirmed my concerns. When showing this to Ric and Jason they came over and initially agreed to replace the affected portions of the floor (a couple dozen feet in each room) but after a couple of days told me the floor I just bought isnt manufactured anymore!!! They wanted to get out the deal with just a small discount but eventually agreed to replace the whole upstairs and stairs with a different thickness of the same floor. A couple months pass and after they install the floor it turns out its different, a different shade and different plank length.Both times the contractors scratched and messed up the walls, dents, scratches and marks everywhere. The 2nd time I wasnt told that the contractors finished and I can go back to my house. Contractors used my things without asking, 1st time taking one of my extension cords (eventually bringing it back after pointing it out).

Flooring Warehouse installed laminate plank in most of my house. Dana is a very knowledgeable salesman and helped us pick the right flooring for our specific needs. Edgars crew was incredible. The installation was quick and flawless. They were very careful handling our furniture and did not damage the walls (or anything else). We love our new floors and get so many compliments! Heck, even other contractors performing work on our house have inquired about who did our floors. Highly recommend!

We purchased carpet from Flooring Warehouse for just a few rooms in our house. The showroom is very organized and easy to walk through and they were great about helping us find options. The install team was on time and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Well use Flooring Warehouse again.

I recently had my chiropractic office carpet cleaned by Flooring Wearhouse. The experience was first rate from when Bob came out to do the estimate to when the technician arrived and completed the job. Their prices are very competitive as well I would have no problem recommending them.

Used them twice and overall very happy with quality of work and materials. Good prices on materials and fair pricing for the jobs performed (residence tiling of over 2000 sq feet, including demo of old tiles and wood floors using « clean air technique »). Quality of work is high (at least with two crews we had pleasure to work with). Sales managers professional and polite and willing to work with clients. We communicated on the project with Mr Rey and Ms Ashley (sorry don’t remember last names), communication was prompt and pleasant. Minor issues quickly and professionally addressed. Currently have third project in the pipeline and they will be our first go to place. We enjoy our tiles very much indeed.Highly recommend!Edit:Third project. Very minor work. Needed to extend tiling work (literally 26 tiles). Crew came out twice (second time to fix bad job done first time). Second time around - horrible lippage (some nearly 0.25”!), uneven grout lines, hollow tiles, two chipped tiles . Add to it very messy demo that chipped one of the kitchen doors and kitchen table, dust everywhere, nothing was protected, bits of tiles on window seals and even on the lamp!Waiting to hear if and when we will be redoing this job third time. Not sure what happen, but managers, assistants etc all changed, tilers not the same either, quality of job deteriorated significantly, sadly can’t recommend them anymore… still giving three stars because previous jobs were stellar!

I recently purchased new carpet and vinyl floors from Flooring Warehouse on Braker Lane. Dana, our salesperson was wonderful; he worked with us to ensure we got what we wanted at an affordable price! The installers for both carpet and vinyl were different teams and they were careful with our furniture, newly painted walls and the installation. Everyone was super helpful and I can heartily recommend them.

Was prepared to make purchase and install today, but not a single person acknowledged me in the store despite 2-3 walking past me several times.

We are really happy with the customer service and job we received today from Robert. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Flooring warehouse is contracted through our apartment complex and he has ensured the flooring and carpeting work in our apartment was done to perfection. Warm, friendly customer service in a very relaxed atmosphere. Special shout out to Ashley who is helpful and kind and doesn’t make you feel weird or pressured. She is a master at good suggestions and she asks great questions! We enjoyed our experience here shopping for floors and just wanted to acknowledge the great job they are doing to make everyone feel welcome and at ease.

The team at Flooring Warehouse is fantastic. Very knowledgeable not only about their products but also the market in general so as to ensure that you achieve your desired end result. We walked in dead-set on LVP and ended up going back for some wonderful waterproof laminate that we werent aware even existed before. They worked with us on the pricing to make sure it fit in our budget. Much appreciated and glad to be able to do business locally!

They did an amazing job on both my tile and my carpet replacement work. The entire experience was very professional. From the confidence i had in our sales person, Dana, to the meticulas detail in our tile work and the care provided in handling our carpet replacment, while we were still living in the home. I have an older house and have had the flooring updated many times. This experience was definatley the best I have had in Austin and I have been living here for more than 30 years!. Thier price was reasonable, the staff very proffessional and the work product excellent.

Beautiful work at an affordable price! PJs team did an amazing job installing my new wood floor. They had to remove the existing carpet and tile and lay the new floor and they did it all in 2 days with perfect results! I recently had to patch a section of flooring in my entryway. Flooring warehouse not only carried the exact match but had plenty in stock. PJ took great care of me. You don’t come across this kind of customer service anymore!

I really wanted to have a good experience with this company. Especially after our initial visit to the showroom where we received excellent service from Ashley. Unfortunately that is where the good experience ended. I wanted to have carpet installed in two bedrooms to replace existing carpet after water damage. I provided a diagram of the rooms and material selections but never received any follow through from the Flooring Warehouse team. After being told multiple times over the span of 3 weeks that we would receive a quote from PJ I never got any information. When I came back to drop off our samples I went there with the hope that they could make it right and we could move forward with the project by providing the appropriate information and giving me the confidence to hire them for the job. Instead they only said they were sorry and did not provide any more pricing or scheduling information. My project would have been small so maybe they dont want to do small projects. Whatever the reason for not wanting to work with me, they should have communicated better with me instead of leaving me waiting for weeks only to never provide any info. To be honest I feel like I may have dodged a bullet by not hiring this team.

These guys are GREAT!!!First, they were quick to respond to emails and get me a quote, which was very competitive. I liked PJ(the guy that came out to measure), and Alexis(answered my phone calls) and what they recommended. Once I signed the contract and put down my deposit, I got on the books about a week later. Their workers came out on time and got everything done within 4 days, which was quicker than promised. The work was great, but what stands out to me most was the followup. I didnt know what to expect in terms of tiles and how perfect they should be. I reached out to PJ again about one very small issue I had. Well, the next day the guys were out here again to fix it. This is how businesses should be run! No one is perfect, but to be able to stand behind your work and even come back out to tweak one minor issue is awesome. I 100% recommend flooring warehouse. (FYI-they recommended to me dustless cleaners, which makes the demo as clean as possible...costs slightly more, but is def worth it)

PJ is too busy and has too few supervisors to make sure a job is completed as specified on the bid! Quarter round at a corner had a 3 inch gap, leaving exposed flooring, flooring wasnt secured, and old flooring was not taken up and cleaned before installing new flooring! The crew had to come back 4 times to finish the job properly ! Some of the problem could have been avoided if PJ had just measured the areas! I think Flooring Warehouse could be good, but are running too many crews to get the job done right

I told them I was in a hurry and they let me know they could accommodate. I picked a carpet that they had IN STOCK. They cancelled first measurement and estimate due to family emergency, no problem it happens. Came and did the estimate, guy was quick and friendly. Then 10 days later I get a call from Ashley to get my email to send the estimate over...so slow. By this time my carpet was already installed by another local company that did my measurement and installed the next day. Not sure if it was because it was a small job or incompetence but dont go here if u need it done quickly.

These people will lie in your face over whats installed, we ordered a memory foam padding for $500 extra that was on the floor in the demo room and got a totally different padding then was lied too about it saying the one we got was bits of memory foam. the manufacturer said they are lying that it is not memory foam. stay away from these crooks.

Flooring Warehouse and PJ Livesay has been extremely helpful. PJ did provide first class customer service when I first moved in to my new home. He made sure that my flooring was done right and he even took the time to come see it for himself. He also went out of his way to clean the floors after the installation. I will continue to use them for future floor services :) Thanks PJ and team!
