Had these awesome folks install a bds lift on my new rebel and everything was great. Communication was there, all my questions/concerns were addressed and the truck was done when they said. I’ve used other company’s in the central texas area but when I ordered my bds lift I called them and they highly recommended trident over everybody else that was certified to do the install. So happy I went with these guys, they made my vision a reality and I couldn’t be happier.

Took my Tacoma to get a leveling kit and 33in tires. Everyone there was extremely nice and accommodating. they threw in spacers to make sure my tires fit perfectly which they did not have to do. the leveling kit came without a bolt and the owner offered his truck to drive while they worked on mine since their loaner was out. Overall it was a very good experience and my truck looks amazing now. Very happy with the end results, and will definitely be going back for my other projects.

I took my 2020 Raptor in for a stereo overhaul. James at Trident did an awesome job getting my build drawn up and ordered. As soon as everything arrived we did the install. I added all new interior speakers and a sub. I had high expectations and very specific requirements for my build. I have to say, James and his team did a stellar job. You wouldnt have any idea I had any equipment in the truck as they hid everything expertly behind the rear seats of the cab. This was a big deal for me as I did not want to lose any storage space.The stereo sounds great. A 100000% improvement from the stock B&O (upgrade lol) equipment. James and his team went above and beyond to help me fine tune the system and made it very easy to come back in to do so.By the looks of their parking lot filled with some of the craziest modified trucks and modified cars, I knew this was gonna be a top notch shop and once all was said and done they did not disappoint.Thank you guys!

Great experience! I requested a quote for leveling kit and tires on Sunday. Early Monday morning I received the pricing. I slept on it for a day and decided to call them after they offered up a call to discuss via text. The guy who answered the phone was great, and super helpful (I wish I remembered his name). I swung by the shop a little later that week, and it was impressive. By this point I decided to move forward with Trident, and chatted with an associate a little more about the process. I was scheduled about 2 weeks later, which is totally okay by me because it shows theyre busy and other people trust them. The Leveling Kit and new tires look fantastic and was exactly the look I was going for. Highly recommend and Ill be going back for any future truck accessories.

These guys are legit. I used them for the build out on my Tundra TRD Pro: wheels, tires, lift, front/rear steel bumpers, lights... I didnt know they did audio but Im glad I asked. The system is possibly my favorite part of the truck. Beat the pricing I had been quoted on everything and they really stand behind their work. Will be back. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank the team at Trident Motorsports for the great work they did with my truck. It did take a bit longer than expected to complete but was an issue getting parts in and not the Trident team. Once the parts were in they finished the truck in the time they said they would. Also, I talked mostly with Andrew Hubbartt and he was always very helpful but the rest of the team was also very helpful and very patient with my dumb questions. When I say my dumb questions, I got a new truck and didnt know what would work and what wouldnt and like I said the team there was very knowledgeable, I didnt feel like they were just trying to up-sell me. Got my first truck and was advised to take it to Trident. After debating on what should be done with the Truck and in the middle of a Pandemic they were able to get me right. I would advise any truck owner to get it done The Right Way the first time. Dont go to a place because the price is cheaper. Because you really do get what you pay for. Recommend the overall work.Very knowledgeable about what looks good and what needs to be installed if not sure what you need.Only thing I had a issue with is the customer service after you make a purchase. Went to make the final payment and pick up my truck and no one offered to walk out and make sure I was happy with product.They forgot to put the tires and rims in my truck so I had to go back. Lucky one of the owners was helping out with that. He said I was to bring it back for a follow up after 500 miles. When I picked the truck up no told me about a follow up or a annual check.To me it was like they are about taking your money and that’s about it.

First took my 2016 f150 there to put a 6 in lift kit with new wheels and tires and was very pleased with how knowledgeable they r, and was very patient explaining everything to me.... was beyond happy when I picked up my truck.... took it back there to get new Exhaust system put on, then a train horn.... also was very happy with the Finnished product.... wont go anywhere else other then Trident motorsports for Future upgrades....

If you want anything done to your vehicle this is definitely the place to go! I was beyond impressed with their amazing customer service. I bought my Chevy Duramax from new and waited 3 years to finally decide to talk to Trident Trucks. I had heard nothing but good things about this place. I spoke with Mike and he was able to explain in detail what I would be able to do with my budget. Trident Trucks installed a warranted 6.5 suspension lift on 22 with 37. My truck still runs smooth after 6 months. They said to bring it in around every oil change or I thought twice a year. I scheduled an appointment for today and I try to never be late but Mopac got me today. The best in Austin, dont go anywhere else! Called multiple shops this was the only one that (i) knew which lift kit fit my TRD Pro, everyone else recommended kits that would not fit, and (ii) was able to get me a larger tire size than anyone else. Total pros at this shop.

I recently purchased a Leer camper shell for my truck from Trident and couldnt be happier with the experience. Pricing was fair and communication was crystal clear from start to finish. Greg and the crew set clear expectations from the start and delivered on everything that was promised. He even went an extra mile and got a small refund for me from Leer due to some minor (very very minor) paint issues on my shell that was 100% Leers fault. His words- if youre spending this kind of money on something like this, it better be perfect. I honestly may have not even noticed the paint issues had he not pointed them out. These guys are pros and I would recommend their shop to any friend or family member looking.

Greg put a lift on my truck over a year ago and just recently replaced some mediocre at best factory control arms. Those arms had been causing alignment issues and bad tire wear. I needed a sub to supplement my current audio system for better mid-bass and overall bass range. I researched how to do it myself but I have never ventured into this territory, so I asked Greg if he could help. He picked out the perfect audio components, and the staff did an excellent job in fitting the unit in the back of my hatch. I did not even think about wrapping the box in carpet to blend in with the rest of the car but they did. I am VERY satisfied with the install, and happy to fully enjoy my music again.

Trident is highly professional and care about doing a good job the first time. I took my Jeep in to be looked at for a heavily botched lift job done elsewhere. They were able to take 5 minutes to diagnose the issue for free and even offered to look at it again to make sure it was fixed correctly (again for free). These people know customer service. I would highly recommend even though I am not a truck owner.

I cannot express how impressed I am with Trident Motorsports. I spoke with Greg and James about getting a new audio system installed in my Super Air Nautique G23. The project was much more complicated than I anticipated and they were able to get it done. From custom amp racks, custom boxes, retrofitting remotes, and vents adding a battery and charger. These guys are incredible.

Get rid of the meatheads answering the phone.

Long story short, brought my 2019 4runner in here where they broke/warped the front bumper tabs on both sides.This was a situation that branched from headlight retrofit projector replacements that they did not have enough knowledge about, during the install I was told they would have to bake the headlights and we quickly decided to exchange that kit for LED bulbs. If it weren’t for this, the bumper would never have been touched.Took it to a few body shops who all told me that whoever took my bumper off just did not take their time/didn’t disperse the pressure before slowing pulling it back.Did Greg offer to make it right? Absolutely, by glueing the tabs up.Having a bumper with bondo glue on my 2019 with 1,500 miles is disappointing to say the least.*Edit* Changing 3 star to 1 based on reply. For reference the body shops I consulted with about my front bumper are U-First Auto Body and Quality Auto Body. Both highly rated and high volume.

These folks did a great job on my daughters Yukon. I did not look through the reviews before bringing my Jeep Unlimited into their shop. I stopped by several months ago and was impressed with their professionalism and thought I would give these guys some business.I am giving Greg the owner one star. I told the counter guy what needed to be done on the Jeep. I dropped it off a couple of days before the scheduled appointment, I left town on a work trip. I called the next day to make sure they had the key from the drop box and asked if they had any questions. The young lady was pleasant on wrote down what I wanted done to the Jeep and said a technician would call to confirm the work.That all happened. The technician said the Jeep would be ready Friday maybe Saturday at the latest. I said that was fine, I just needed the Jeep by Monday. I was told, no problem.When I called to check on the Jeep today, Monday, I was told it was still being worked on, the part had just come in.....it was 3 weeks from the time I scheduled the appointment and the Jeep had been with them for almost a week.Greg said the technician told me it would probably be ready on Tuesday....that was a lie.Greg said he would get the Jeep pulled into the shop and have it ready today, Monday.Later in the day I get a call saying the Jeep would be ready in 20 minutes, its almost ready. Except the main work that I brought it in for could not be done.I was frustrated and said I would pick up the Jeep shortly.When I arrive, Greg gave me many reasons the Jeep could not be fixed by his shop and even blamed the lady I spoke to on the phone the day after I dropped it off.Greg said, we just want all of our customers to be completely happy. I responded, I am not happy and explaining why the work was not done is not helping. I am hear the pay the bill and pick up the Jeep.I told Greg I needed to leave the Jeep and would get a ride back to his shop to pick up the Jeep later. I told him if he needed to he could park it on the side of the building. He pulled the Jeep around and parked it on the side of the building and as he handed me my key he said, you probably dont want to leave it here too long, we get a lot of light bars stolen after hours.How sad.....apparently they cannot do the work they agreed to do, then they want to over-explain why it was not their fault and probably the fault of a lady they employ and if you leave your vehicle on site, it is likely to be vandalized.Lastly, I wont be checking Tridents Google page for a response, if Trident wants to respond to me they can call me. They have my number. If Greg doesnt know which Jeep Wrangler customer picked up his Jeep today and was not happy with the service.....they have more than one unhappy customer.

I recently sold my truck to buy a new one. I needed various accessories removed from my old truck and installed on the new one in a very tight time frame. I contacted Greg in the evening and the next morning he squeezed my truck into the schedule and had it completed quickly. I really appreciated the excellent responsiveness and will call them again next time I want to do any upgrades on my truck.

What a great experience I had at TridentTrucks! Starting with Gregg the owner and two time war Vet! I recently retired after 40 years in the customer service industry and I have to say these guys put customers first! I first spoke with Gregg about getting a couple things done on my truck and he was very helpful, straight forward and transparent. He did NOT try to sell me anything I didnt need. I ended up doing more than I had planned because I was going to do a little at a time to see how the work was. but quickly saw how happy their other customers were so I went ahead did what I wanted to do all at once . Throughout the process I got three courtesy calls to give me updates and keep me posted on progress. James the manager was extremely helpful as well as he stoped no matter what he was doing a few times to take the time to answer questions and teach me a lot about diesels which I have not owned in the past. I went down the street to Texas Tire and was treated great, new tires on in less than 3 hours. Greg who owns the place is knowledgeable and easy to work with, and James did a great job helping get me set up on the front end. If you need anything done to your truck or Jeep go to them first. Better than 4 Wheel Parts by a long shot. Plus they are veteran owned. Doesn’t get any better.

Had my 18 F250 leveled by these guys and absolutely enjoy it. Originally went in looking at another kit and talked to James and Greg a bit and they gave me a few options and decided on a different kit. Had a small hiccup with another part that was damaged out of the box but they were quick to order a new one and get it installed ASAP. Super happy with the quality of the install and parts.

Ordered a 6” BDS coilover lift with wheels and tires for my F150. Truck turned out great. These guys do excellent work and truck rides better than factory. Highly recommend.

I needed something done to my car to pass inspection, it was completely outside of their scope, but the place was recommended very highly to me by several people. So I went by to see if they would help out. I walked in and they were so kind and helpful to me, completed the small task I needed in 20 minutes, and sent me on my way. I was desperate and frustrated and they turned my whole week around! Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. Gave me a great price to lift my truck and was easy to schedule the work. I let the guys know I needed my truck back the same day and they made it happen. The lift is a BDS which the are a certified installer and warranty center for BDS. I would recommend anyone wanting a lift or tires to come see them.

The other Five star reviews are clearly for a reason. Greg and his crew are great. Very friendly and honest group to do business with. Can get most products within 24 hours if not in stock and their install times are always spot on. No waiting around after your appointment is scheduled. Trident earned another repeat customer.

I wanted to do something to my boyfriends truck for Christmas and these guys totally hooked it up! I don’t know the first thing about trucks so they really helped me out a lot with giving me different options and price ranges depending on what I was looking for. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me the highest option which made me feel comfortable doing business with them. He ended up loving what they did so we’ll definitely be back!

Greg and his team completed a second set of modifications on my Raptor. He did a very good job again and completed the work as promised on time.

Took my truck in to Trident for some small scale work, lift, tires and exhaust, overall very happy with the workmanship and time it took to turn around . Greg and his team of guys are top of their game. Will definitely go back when it’s time for another upgrade!

Terrific experience with Gregg and his team, I’ve brought multiple vehicles to his store to work on and have always been impressed with his timeliness and attention to detail! Trucks are his forte, but they can work on anything(from trucks to 69 Camaro). Haven’t found anyone close to the service he provides in austin.
